+ -1 moreWhen they gave my computer back to me, the laptop was in a different case and it didn't have any of my files on it. I felt like they should have called me to let me know they were changing the housing of the computer. It has been working very well but it was like getting a different computer back from the repair shop.
Description of Work: I took my laptop computer to Ohio Custom Computer because it was overheating. They said the hard drive had burned up and so they replaced it. They also fixed the scroll bar.

+ -1 moreI HAVE TAKEN IT THERE BEFORE A COUPLE OF TIMES. THEY WERE REALLY GOOD AND I HAVE HIGH OPINIONS OF THEM. TO SAVE AND REDUCE THE PRICE, I HAD TO LOSE EVERYTHING ON MY HARD DRIVE. HOPEFULLY, NOTHING ELSE HAPPENS TO IT.
Description of Work: THE COMPANY TOOK A WORM OFF OF MY COMPUTER AND WIPED EVERYTHING CLEAN. THEY ALSO INSTALLED NEW SOFTWARE ON IT.
