They did a good job. They were quick. I'd give them a B overall because they were pretty much higher than everyone else.

Great. Was able to install in a cost effective manner. Mark is quite knowledgeable regarding tile installation. Helpful with my travertine installation.

Price wise Home Depot (GE water heaters) were average in comparison for water heaters of the same size and warranty period at Lowes (Whirlpool), Sears (Kenmore), and Menards (Rheem). I did my research and the GE brand were much better rated than Whirlpool and Kenmore, but not Rheem, who actually makes the GE brand. I did get good deal on a 50 gallon, 9 year warranty, hot water heater for about $420 (with military discount + $20 for a drip pan) as they were on clearance. The install cost was $400. All stores state a lower install rate, but that is for standard installation for a same system requiring no alterations. I got several quotes for installation and Home Depot was average and stated same day installation. Installation took longer for me due to weather issues (3 days). I rated them down a bit on responsiveness and punctuality only because after they had to cancel on our originally scheduled day, it was confusing as to when they were going to be able to make it back out again. They said 1st thing Monday morning, but then got a call, and it really ended up to be about 2 PM. The installer was polite, professional, and really explained things well. I can't rate the water heater or I guess how well it was installed as this was done only today, but it appeared everything went well. Time will tell if I need any service calls. It appears to be working well and I had hot water again within about an hour. I am pleased and would definitely use Home Depot again for this service, but hopefully not for the life of the water heater.

They are very excellent. The quote was high, but I was able to cut it down to a good price over the phone. The installers were great and the floor is great.
