She may do a great job cleaning, etc, but I had a problem with her lack of consideration for my time. We set up an appt for 4:00 on 5/3/2014. At 4:20 I called her to see if I misunderstood our appt time. She said she was working a party and it went longer than she thought and was trying to find out how much longer it would be before calling me. I feel she should have called me at 3:30 when it was obvious she wasn't going to make the 4:00 appt. We rescheduled for 5/7/2014 at 4:30. I was honest with her that I was interviewing another company also. I scheduled my day around our appt and she didn't show nor did she call. I have no problem if she didn't want to compete with another company and/or just didn't want my business, but I do have a problem with her lack of consideration and professionalism.

She is very continuous and very thorough with her cleaning. I have been using her for a couple of months. She comes every 2 weeks. For an example: she does basic housecleaning. She dusts, vacuums and cleans the bathroom too.

She does everything. She cleans, does sheet rock, and paints, everything. She's an exceptional cleaner, I've seen her get stains out of everything. She's honest and dependable, I can't go on enough about her.
