+ -1 moreAlthough it took five days, I'm delighted with the results. All the "Geeks" were helpful, polite, and understanding. I thought I was going to have to buy a new computer, so $30.00 is a minor expense compared to what it could have been.
Description of Work: While trying to download Adobe Reader 8, I messed around and deleted too many items which made it impossible to use any PDF files and plenty of other programs. My computer would just freeze up. Geek Squad was able to restore my misdoings and downloaded Adobe Reader. Everything is running smoothly now.

+ -1 moreWE THOUGHT THEY WERE HIGH PRICED FOR WHAT THEY DID. THEY WERE ABLE TO GET THE JOB DONE FOR US QUICKLY AND WITH EXPERTISE. THEY ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE WITH COMPUTERS.
Description of Work: THEY BACKED UP MY HARD DRIVE AND ACCESSED SOME FILES THAT I COULD NOT ACCESS.
