Highly recommend. Very quick response (same afternoon), exactly on budget, and solid work. Went over long term options, after short/medium term repair, with no pressure on sale or trying to sell me on upgrades I don’t need. Will be hiring again within a few weeks to replace the entire door since the damage technically weakened the door permanently. Also took the time to adjust springs, lubricate moving parts, and inspect other components that weren’t even part of the repair. Wish all folks did this kind of work.

My purchase was a single, insulated paneled roll-up door (used existing Liftmaster, which he adjusted for free). Denis Ward is the owner of his business. He is very honest, very experienced in all things related to a garage door system. He even fixed my existing (falling apart wooden) garage door until the new one came. FOR FREE. Wonderful experience with a no pressure, no hassle contractor. He cleaned up all debris after the installI. definitely highly recommend him. His price is in the lower-middle range for garage doors, which was great for me, a senior woman on minimal S.S. Income. Hire him by all means !!

Was pleasantly surprised after dealing with some individuals and companies that never call back or show up. Dennis came when he said he would and was even early. Gave a free estimate and we had him come back in two days to complete the job. He was early again and worked until the job was done. The garage door opens and closes now better then it ever did. Great quality for the price.
