Cherp Home Inspections

Tony provided a very thorough inspection and we would highly recommend him to anyone purchasing a home. Our inspection was completed at 5pm and we had the report in our hands by 6am the following morning. His report is very detailed and includes a recommended list of items that should be remedied. The inspection was tailored specifically for the property and was not done by following a generic checklist of items. Tony even returned to follow up and review the quality of a repair done by seller.

Tony was excellent. We are doing this process remotely and he was very responsive via email and phone. He answered all initial and follow-up questions and clearly explained the process. His report was very detailed with photographs to accompany notes when needed.

A big factor in choosing to go with Cherp Home Inspections for the inspection of our new home was their level of community involvement, and support of area youth teams.  I was not disappointed!  Tony was professional, courteous, and just as excited about our new home as we are.  He arrived on time, performed the work within the agreed upon schedule, and walked me through getting to know the house in a way I wouldn't normally think to do.  As an excited new homeowner, I was more concerned with the "pretty" parts of the house, but I now feel like I have a complete understanding of the home we are buying.  As an example, he demonstrated window openings and advised me on the best way to care for the window latches and sashes, as well as advising me on options for optimal downspout drainage.  I was impressed that he didn't complain about the awkward crawl space access, and he willingly crawled through 50' of mud under a deck to access, fully inspect, and photograph the crawl space. 

His digital report, complete with pictures of all areas of concern, arrived promptly and was very detailed.  A handy summary of all recommended repairs accompanied the report, and it was easy to understand.  I would definitely use this company again in the future if ever needed.  Thorough and professional in all regards!

He has done two home inspections for us. Each one was very thorough and he goes above and beyond to make himself available should you have any questions. He will also recommend other services who can take care of any issues that are discovered during the inspection. He is professional, amiable, and someone I would recommend highly.

This company deserves any and all awards Angie's list can apply to this company. Tony is professional, thorough, and friendly. He showed up when he said he would, did a complete inspection of the house, walked me through when he was done and pointed out things that are good and bad with the house and property. The report included excellent photographs, and the invoice was meticulously itemized everything As part of his inspection, a moisture and bug inspection was included. Even after the inspection was done, we called him for advice on other things and he was happy to help. I can't say enough good about Cherp Inspections! Well worth every penny!
