Ultralawn Inc

My neighbor signed up for Ultralawn and their work is very sloppy. After completion they leave their Ultralawn sign and the usual pesticide application keep your kids/pets off warning sign; however, lawn fertilizer was not only on the lawn but all over the sidewalk as well as half the street. I gave them a break after the first time they came out but the same thing happened the second time. There's no where to avoid the application not to mention the toxic runoff after a rain into our lakes, streams and groundwater. The company needs to buy a blower and take the extra few minutes to clean up their work.

I have had ULTRALAWN do lawn service for me for 8 years and my lawn looks horrible. Burn spots as the result of over fertilizing, lack of maintenance advice and just out right lying about the bad advice given to me as a customer. No appreciation shown to me for being a long time customer. I complained about the deterioration of my lawn appearance and was told I needed a new lawn planted because my grass had thatch however there was no follow up advice on when it should be done I HAVE ALL PAPERWORK LEFT BY ULTRAWN . Ultralawn will say oh you didnt water the lawn or get all applications ,however they never advised or mentioned once to me that if i didnt get ALL of their services on my lawn would suffer .I had two reputable companies come out and do consults on my lawn and both companies agree that the damage to my lawn is the result of ULTRALAWN incompetence and neglect and not lack of water or lack of applications. After 8 years of service by the same company my lawn should look maintained. Dan of ULTRALAWN was offensive and rude because I dared to call and complain and the owner Dominic was of course in agreement with putting the blame on me for my lawn condition. It is evident they didint care about my lawn because of all the paperwork left by ULTRALAWN getting more appications were never suggested they were satisfied to just get paid and watch my lawn deteriorate. I hired them to advise , treat and suggest what is best for my lawn. This was never done I have the follow up papers left from year to year . I am sure they will make up more lies to blame customers and not themselves who are supposed to be the experts.

Went fine. They use an engine powered buggy to drive around the property spreading products.

I have an annual contract with them. I have no complaints. They did a great job.

It usually takes them about 20 minutes. They are on a contract with us. I haven't actually talked to them in years.

They gave me the program of treatments that I was looking for, compared to other companies that didn?t have certain things that I needed ? like insect and grub control. Their prices are very reasonable compared to other companies. They always show up at the right time for the treatment that they?re putting down. For example, if the lawn needs to be watered right after the treatment, they always show up right before it rains! Whenever I have had concerns or questions, they?ve been right out to take a look. They have all the answers. They?ve been very nice and accommodating to my needs.

They perform service very well If you have weeds that come up Just call them they will be out in a few days to spray Lawn looks great No Problems :)

The only reason I'm stopping my service with them is because of an impending move out of the area. Joe is extremely professional and keeps me informed on when he plans to come to the house, and gives tips to maximize the effect of their service with cutting suggestions and watering information. Our lawn was in poor shape when we bought our house and after a full year of Ultralawn, we have one of the nicest lawns on the street! (from what our neighbors tell us). I highly recommend them.

We are in our secon year with Ultralawn. We recently purchase our house and the lawn was very neglected. It was thin and full of weeds. I originally thought that we would need to reseed the entire lawn and start. After a year with them the weeds are gone and the lawn has started to fill in. The progress has been as they stated and we are very please.

I used Ultralawn for the first time last summer. I had not had my lawn treated in several years and it was getting weedy and thin. When I called them, I was given a good explaination of the treatment options and pricing was fair. I purchased an annual contract and my lawn quickly improved and looked great! They are vert prompt at calling back to answer questions and in providing service. I am contracting with them again this year and highly recommend Ultralawn. I thought the results were better than with other lawn treatment service companies I have used.

My property is more rural than city---the lawn is a mix of grasses put in by previous owner. they are fantastic, my lawn turned from a 1 acre weed patch to all grass in just 1 year. they are professional and fairly priced. my previous service company had failed to come on time so i switched. i have and will continue to recommend them. My lawn is completely free of weeds all summer despite the mix of grasses.

I pay about $500 for the whole year for the lawn and shrubs and that includes organic fertilizer on the lawn. The workers are very competent. It takes them about 20 minutes to half an hour to perform the service depending on what they are doing. Different individuals come for different things. They are very prompt. I would tell a friend that I am very satisfied with them. They don't keep calling to try to sell me extra service. I have been using them for about ten years. I might sign a contract with them for next year.

I have a rental house on the main street of the city. The front lawn did not look good, so I hired UltraLawn to fertilize the lawn. They charge by application. There are 6 applications in the program for the whole year, but they are flexible, so you can pay for any number of application you need. After 4 applications, the grass looks very green, so I canceled the rest 2. I have never seen the owner. All contacts have been done on the phone: estimate, paying bills, etc. It worked out for me.

Very nice company to work with! I used a different company in the past and they were always trying to sell more applications and/or more services. UltraLawn lets you decide how many applications you want per season, gives a senior discount, and they don't pester you with phone calls. Lawn looks good at a much better price than I paid with my previous provider.

After two treatments, we've seen dramatic improvements in our lawn and couldn't be more pleased. Our only regret is not having called them last year.

I really like him as my lawn looks better. Our grass is greener and he comes when he was asked to come. We asked our neighbor who they use because we were not happy with who we had last year. So when my husband called he said, ‘we found them on Angie’s list and one of our neighbors used you’, so he said he can give us a discount. He was very polite. I am very happy with our lawn. It was very reasonable and my husband was very surprised.

The company responded my request for an estimate promptly and paid a visit to give the price that is quite competitive. After the first treatment I was quite happy to see the weed was no longer dominate the field. I'll see the progress along the season.

I talked to several companies and got several estimates on the service. I felt very comfortable when talking to Ultralawn as they really seemed to be knowledgeable and dedicated to providing the best service. I started the process kind of late to prevent certain problems, but they came out quick and beat the problems before they started. So far, my lawn is the greenest and most weed-free in the neighborhood, and everyone uses these types of services around me.

When Ultralawn put fertilize on my grass, the grass perks up and turn green. The weeds die within a month.

Impressed that after the first treatment we noticed a significant improvement in our lawn being filled in (bare spots) and also the return to a lusher green after a very dry summer. (obviously this was not instantaneous, but roughly 1-2 weeks after the treatment...(and Ultralawns recommendations to cut in mulch mode leaving 3 inches...sure enough our lawn was starting to be restored.) We had our 2nd and final treatment for the season which also included an application of lime. Only side comment was that we didn't realize Lime was being applied this second go round (however it was needed and some of the blame was on us for not specifically asking what all treatments would be done through the end of the Fall term ..so just make sure you ask specifically what they'll come out to put on the lawn automatically vs. what they will put down through a request to the home owner first. They do offer packages with predefined treatment schedules which we'll be looking into for Spring and YES, we do indeed to keep Ultralawn - their initial customer contact to setup first treatment was great customer service and the information they left with us after the treatment (for continued home owner maintenance) was excellent.

These services are always pricey but I feel Ultralawn gave me a very competitive price for the summer season. They showed up at regular intervals and the lawn looks very good. It was a dry summer so the grass turned brown early. But the lawn recovered very nicely toward the fall and once again looks very good. I believe that they did a great job at a reasonable price. I would use them again.
