The S. Bradley Company, Ltd. was started in 1994 with nothing more than two men and a pickup truck. Scott Walunis & Jeff Sotka have worked hard to provide quality workmanship along with excellent customer service. We value each customer the same whether we are reattaching a gutter or replacing a large roof. Description of Work: Tore off and replaced existing roof on house and attached garage. Installed new roof vent. Cleaned up area. Very impressed with Scott during initial visit. His professionalism and knowledge influenced our choice of contractor. Workers arrived promptly when expected, did a thorough job of installation and clean-up. Highly satisfied with the job. When we pointed out a few small issues to Scott, they were immediately addressed. For example, a dented gutter was replaced.

Description of Work: On April 10, 2013, I called S. Bradley Roofing and talked with Jen to set up an appointment for April 16 at 2:00 p.m. I stressed to Jen that Mike needed to be on time since I had to leave home at 3:00 p.m. I needed an estimate on tuck pointing the chimney, replacing the flashing boot around several soil stack vents, and installation of heat cables. On April 16th, Mike called and said that he would be late. I told him that I needed to leave by 3:00 and he assured me that he would be at my house soon. He did show up and although it was rushed, we did discuss the items on which I wanted an estimate. Mike took my e-mail and said that he would forward an estimate in a few days. On April 25, I called S. Bradley again and talked with Jen. I asked that Mike call me. Mike did return my call later that day and he assured me that I would have an estimate in a couple of days that he had been busy. I said okay. On May 8, I called S. Bradley, talked with Jen expressing my disappointment that I had not yet received an estimate. I told her that if S. Bradley didn't want the job to let me know. Jen assured me that S. Bradley was not in the habit of blowing off customers and that Mike would call me by the end of the day. It is now May 10th and no call from anyone at S. Bradley Roofing so I'm considering myself officially blown off.

Description of Work: Well for being on the A List for ten years, i thought with their great reviews we would first have Jeff come & give us an estimate. Last week when my husband called for an appt. which was to be today, Wed 6/13/12, at 11am & i was real upset because no Jeff at 11am, so my husband called & was told that our appointment never got into the computer & now we have to wait till next Tues ,6/19/12. I'm not so thrilled with them at all now. So much for 10 years on the A list, sure doesn't impress me now !!!

Description of Work: We had a leak on the seconc floor. It was recurring. Over the last 3 years we had the roof repaired, the chimney tuckpointed and the gutters repaired....and the leak came back. Scott came out, figured out the chimney needed a new liner. The came out the day they said they would, fixed it, cleaned up. We have had no problems since.

Description of Work: Man came out and gave estimate. They took forever to return phone calls and to finally come out when they saw fit. They billed me before they did the work. When they got here, they worked fast and fixed up 20 slates, using some of my own.

They did an excellent job.
Description of Work: They repaired a leaking chimney. They installed flashing and replaced the surrounding shingles from the chimney rear. They replaced the tile as needed. They also waterproofed.

WE ARE SORRY TO HEAR AN APPOINTMENT COULD NOT BE SCHEDULED. WE ARE AVAILABLE FOR ESTIMATES BETWEEN 9 AM AND 6 PM, MONDAY THRU FRIDAY AND SOME EVENINGS AND SATURDAYS. HOWEVER, JEFF AND SCOTT HAVE FAMILIES AND CHILDREN AND CANNOT BE AVAILABLE EVERY EVENING AND WEEKEND. THE AVAILABLE EVENINGS DO SCHEDULE QUICKLY, ESPECIALLY IN THE BUSY SUMMER MONTHS.
