Description of Work: Removed ice from roof and gutters. Bradley charges 175 for the first half hour and then 45 for each additional 15 minutes. Took them 45 minutes. Had water damage from ice backup on roof and it took care of the problem. Getting an estimate on heat cable on that area of the roof.

Description of Work: I had them replace all the gutters on the rear of my home. They gave a great quote for the work, were on time for all appointments, the job site looked good afterwards, and I have seen that their work is holding up great through the winter. While they were doing the gutters they also replaced several roofing tiles where the nails had come up through the roofing tile.

Description of Work: I had two jobs for them. One was to repair/replace the parging on the outside of my house. That was done ok but I had to have the foreman repair some areas that were not done well by the original worker. The other job was to replace some of the steps on my front porch which were cracked, but which had been evenly spaced before they touched them. The first time they tried, there was a 2.5" difference in the various rises between the five steps. (According to code, there should only be something like 3/8" or 3/4" of an inch difference in the rise. It was very uncomfortable to walk up and down because the difference in the rise was so apparent. So they ripped the steps out and tried a second time, and there is still too much of a difference in the rise between the five steps that I feel every time I walk up and down them. A second problem with the porch is the cleats they put around the railing poles which were intended to keep water out to prevent rusting. Instead, the cleats themselves rusted to a bright orange color (my railings are white so the rust really stands out) and they do not close the gap where water can get in and cause the rusting of the rails themselves. It looks absolutely horrible. When I contacted them about this a few months after the original job was done, I received one email back that the cleat issue would be looked into, but then never heard back. Those cleats just continue to rust to an even worse condition so clearly they were not intended for the job they were put in to do.

Description of Work: They were to fix joints in chimney and replace screening. Everyone I came in contact with was very professional. A few months later I had yellow jackets in my fireplace. |Exterminator said there were fine cracks in grouting. SBradley came back and did fix it for an extra charge......which I was not told about at the time. When I received the invoice, I paid it and included a note to the effect that I felt this should have been addressed upon the first inpection. Have not heard from them since. That is why I gave them a B.

Description of Work: We got a new roof, new ventilated soffits and new gutters. I picked this provider over 2 others that I got estimates from because the price tied the lowest price and they provided a much more detailed contract. They were always easy to get in touch with. I usually used email. The only area that I think could use some improvement is the communication between the different teams of workers who did different parts of the job.

Description of Work: We needed a third party roof inspection for a warranty claim on another roofers work. We were contacted promptly after messaging them through Angie's List and were scheduled for a same day appointment. They showed up early, provided thorough and helpful insight into our problem and answered all of our questions. I wish we had used them originally and avoided 5 years of headache from another roofer.
