We've used them for 3 years. Great job per usual. They always come on time. The price is good. They give you a detailed list of what you have paid for. Excellent.

S Bradley Co came out and gave an estimate. They arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and responsive. Came back to do the work as promised. We are very satisfied, and will probably use them again in the future for larger jobs.

Jeff first came out to give us an estimate. He was very professional, explained everything to me very clearly and was very up front with me about the process. He also gave me an accurate timeline of when they could be at our house to do the work. We felt very comfortable, plus the estimate was lower than other estimates from other firms. The workers had to come out an hour early to accommodate our schedules, and did so and were also on time. They managed to complete the entire job in one day. They also informed us that our bathroom fan vented directly into the attic, which we were not aware of as new homeowners (and did not like.) They re-routed it outside for us at a very reasonable cost the same day. Overall, we got more than what we paid for. They were very professional, fast and courteous and we cannot recommend them enough. We will use them again for a new roof in the future.

I had trouble getting a roofing company to do the job because it was small. The office was very friendly. Someone came out in 2 working days to look at the job and gave me a quote that day. They did the work 2 days later. They were courteous, punctual and did a good job. I was pleased and would recommend them.

Jeff came out and put back some wire that was hanging from the roof for no charge, as the company had done major work on my roof last summer. The two men who then did the work specified above made an effort to do a thorough job, and it took them about five hours. As far as I can know, they did do a good job, and the price was competitive. It is reassuring to be able to rely on one company to do a number of jobs around the roof area.

Excellent job from quotation to completion of work. Scott provided a no pressure sales presentation, was extremely knowledgeable about his craft, and was willing to answer all questions concerning the project. Workers replaced roof under extreme temperatures and still completed the job in under two days. Very happy with the results.

They were excellent because they itemized everything on the proposal. The product, labor, and cleanup. They came out, completed in one day and the clean up was excellent. The price was good.

He took care of everything for me, it was fantastic. I can't say enough, they were very prompt. I went on vacation while they were working and was very pleased when I returned. They were very professional.

We met with Scott originally. He was very helpful and honest and very low-pressure. The job went well. There were a few issues with clean-up, but other than that they were very good.

The owner Scott was great to work with. He was very friendly and was always responsive to questions and concerns we had. He provided the most comprehensive written contract of anyone we contacted so there was no question about what was included in the job and what materials would be used. We obtained several bids and Scott's price was reasonable in comparison. He also has his own crew of workers which was very important to us. The foreman was Eric and he and the crew were really great to work with. They were always on time and very professional and polite. I was home most of the time so Eric kept me informed on the progress as the job went along. Scott also came to the job several times to check on how things were going. The crew did an excellent job cleaning up during and after the job was done. The gutter co. was subcontracted and he was also prompt, very nice and did a great job. I would highly recommend Scott to anyone and would hire him again without hesitation.

Really excellent. Estimate was spot-on. Easy to get a hold of. Amazingly prompt with estimate & with work completed. Cleaned up after themselves. Beautiful looking final product. A pleasure to work with.

Jeff, The S Bradley representative, was very generous with his time in explaining his proposal to us and answering lots of questions. He visited us at our house 3 times, twice before the job (to make the estimates and answer questions), and once while the work was being done.

The crew was polite professional, and worked efficiently. They knew what they were doing and I am pleased with the results. They arrived in a timely manner and completed the job in the estimated time. Their clean up was thorough. I was pleased with the job and would hire them again.

After looking at the work & talking with him, I decided to possibly go a different direction with the project.

They did a very good job. They were prompt about getting to the job and getting it done and very professional in their dealings. They were, however, quite pricey.

IT WAS VERY CLEAN AT THE END OF THE WORK. THEY LISTENED TO MY CONCERNS AND TOOK MY SUGGESTIONS INTO ACCOUNT. I HAD A COUPON FROM THE ANGIE'S LIST MAILING.

Very positive. They quoted the work within a couple of days of us calling. They were one of the few who actually went up on the roof to look at the problem. They then completed the work timely. Very professional.

I'm sorry to say that I am totally unimpressed with this company. I would not have chosen them if my estimate was FREE. It was, by the way, my highest bid by 8%. I can't even say I would be paying for quality-they were the only company that didn't bother to go up on my roof or take a quick peek in my attic. (and it was a nice, warm day). Again-Totally Unimpressed !

Job 1: Sent an email to their address posted on Angie's List: sbradleycompanyltd@msn.com. No reply after 6 days. I have hired somebody else. Job 2: Update to the 2/13/06 report on this company with the 'F' grade: I was eventually email contacted by Scott Walunis from S.Bradley on 2/21/06. Scott apologized for not replying earlier to my email. He explained that this company does not regularly conduct customer business via email. Therefore it is not regularly checked. Therefore I would not dis-recommend this company, just advise NOT TO CONTACT VIA EMAIL.

The 3 men who did all this work were remarkably efficient. They did it all in a day-and-a-half. They were very polite and professional. They came on time and supplies were delivered promptly. While they worked on the gutters the first day, the insulation for the attic was delivered (to be used on the second day). They removed the old insulation and installed all of the new insulation the next day and were gone before lunch time. Since we had used this company 2 or 3 times before, we had confidence in their recommendations, honestly and in the quality of their work. My husband was at work, and I had plans to be away part of the day. Nevertheless, I felt secure leaving them alone in the house. Nothing in the house was disturbed. They cleaned up all of the scraps of insulation and took away the old gutters and insulation. I highly recommend the S. Bradley Co. to anyone in the Cleveland area who needs roofing work done.

WAS CONSIDERABLY LESS THAN OTHER ESTIMATES I GOT.

I spoke with one of the owners (Jeff) both before and after he came out to the house. He was very kind and took a lot of time answering my questions and explaining the situation to me. He seemed to be very knowledgeable and willing to take the time to share that knowledge with his customers. We are waiting for estimates from him for more long term solutions about the roof as well as one on siding. I will definitely call this company again in the future. I felt very secure that I had placed my roof problems in very capable hands.
