Jeff came out and explained that our problem could be three different things. This was after other roofers had visited us only to tell us that they had no idea what was wrong. They fixed the three problems that we had with the roof and we haven't had a single drop fall through the roof since, and there have been some violent storms. We really appreciate everything they did for us. We didn't even need to be home while they did the work. Roofers can make so much more money spending a day putting on a new roof (one of the other companies flat out told us that). It was great customer service to give up a day to help us with our mysterious problem. They were also honest and realistic about the time frame that they could make it to our house. When we do need a new roof, we will be calling Jeff.

They did a great job. It looks fantastic. We can almost hear the house breathing. They also cleaned up after our failed attempt to do it ourself. They replaced aluminum siding we tore off and re-installed gutters that we tore down. What a huge bonus!

Not only was the price less than half than Anderson, Stanek, and the rest, but the quality of the product and installation was nothing less than superb. First, every window was measured. Then we selected the windows by Alside which were each custom made to fit my unique window sizes. It took about 6 weeks to custom manufacture each window, but it was well worth it. The crew they sent for installation was wonderful. They were young, but the quality of their work, their attention to detail, and their politeness and understanding with us throughout the process was top-notch. There were also some nice little extras that others might not notice, like using the higher end caulk and aluminum capping on the outside. The windows look and function flawlessly. My home is markedly warmer, my heater runs half as much, and the house is amazingly quiet. 22 custom made vinyl windows with Low E and Argon glass professionally installed is a steal for this price. I couldn't be happier.

Responded quickly to a request for a quote. Very friendly and helpful. As it was winter they could not give a specific date for the repair due to the weather conditions. However we were not in a great hurry and they called us a day before they were coming. The job was done very well with no mess. They also cleaned out a gutter on the other side of the house for me.

I selected S. Bradley because of the professionalism and knowledge of their estimator - Jeff Sotko. Before giving me an estimate, Jeff did a thorough inspection of my roof and then submitted a detailed description of all labor and materials needed. In addition, he provided information regarding "smart vents" that should improve ventilation of my house and minimize heat loss in winter and increase cooling in the summer. The work crew seemed to work efficiently though I had to ask them for status reports rather than them keeping me informed of their progress. After the job was completed Jeff came by for a final inspection, feedback from me as to my satisfaction with the job and payment. We discussed some issues and concerns I had and Jeff took care of them.

VERY GOOD! JOB WAS ESTIMATED BY A FRIENDLY & INFORMATIVE REP. STEERED US AWAY FROM EXTRAS (PRESSURED BY OTHER ROOF CO. TO INSTALL). HE DISCUSSED THE PRO'S & CON'S WITH US, THE REASONS & OPTIONS OF WHY & WHY NOT. THE JOB WAS DELAYED 5 WEEKS DUE TO RAIN. POLITE GUYS, THE CREW WORKED HARD & FAST! NEVER SAW ANYTHING LIKE IT! RAN OUT OF SOMETHING OVER THE GARAGE- BUT RETURNED THE NEXT DAY & FINISHED. MY HUSBAND INSPECTED THE JOB LATER & FOUND THAT THE CHIMNEY WORK WAS NOT COMPLETED. RE-POINTING WAS NOT COMPLETED. I CALLED THE COMPANY IMMEDIATELY, THEY CAME OUT RIGHT AWAY TO COMPLETE THE JOB. GAVE THE CHECK TO THE FELLOW WHO FINISHED THE WORK.

This company's primary focus seems to be roofing. They were very clean and efficient and had the roof completely replaced in about 1.5 days. I'm very happy with the roof work and would definitely use them again.

Overall, I'm happy with the end result, and I guess that's what really counts. First off, the siding/gutter work performed by this company was sub-contracted out. This is not necessarily a bad thing, but it should have been stated very clearly on the quote/contract. I was originally told it was going to take 4-5 days to complete. It ended up taking about 3 weeks. The crew that installed the siding/gutters were very polite, easy to work with, and very accommodating - making all the adjustments and tweaks I asked for. A few weeks after completing the job, one small piece of siding loosened from the house. They were very prompt in fixing it. Like I said earlier, I'm happy with the end result, my house looks greats, but I should have been informed of the sub-contracting and how long it was really going to take to complete the job.

Scott showed up at appointed time to discuss the job. He wrote a detailed estimate on the spot. His crew of about 8 guys showed up when we were told they would, and they finished the job in one day. They were very thorough and did a great job cleaning up. This was one of the best contracting jobs I've ever had. If you need roofing the S. Bradley company is the way to go.

The service and price were very good. They were very professional. They were done in one day.

Scott was a pleasure to work with. He was very timely in providing a quote, as winter was coming, and I wanted to get this done before the bad weather. He also gave me different options and ideas. His team did an excellent job! They cleaned up around the house at the end of every day, and my house looks great.

He said that it would be a few days on the sixth. It has been three weeks. I have not heard from him. I do not know if he is coming to do the work or not.

Jeff was quick to come out to quote. Used them before. Very easy to talk with. Joe did a very quick job, with good communication and absolutely no debris leftover. Very nice job.

I think that the work went well overall, although we had one hiccup. The work exactly followed the contract with some additional work added. We had a leaking problem that was caused by an unusual rain situation during the work. This was remedied immediately without much fuss and the work completed satisfactorily. I would recommend these folks.

Took a long time from agreement to actual work completed, but once done went very smoothly.

They did a great job- the crew was efficient, friendly, and competent. I have used S. Bradley for all my repairs and replacement, and would highly recommend them.

S Bradley came highly recommended to me by co-workers, and I was not disappointed. Other companies didn't even return my calls, but S Bradley got back to me right away, came right out for an estimate, and completed the work in a timely manner.

Great products, thorough inspection, great information on options - Then no estimate. Very frustrating since he spent so much time here

I am at a loss as to how this company consistently comes up to the top of Angie's List. I called them for roof work. They came out and provided me with an estimate. I contacted other roofers and their estimate was three times as much as their closest competitor. I called them today for mason work and they refused to even come out. I was told "We are not a pricing company", It is a waste of our time to come out and give an estimate. We have more work than we know what to do with. I think they do not give estimates because their prices are so high. I would NOT recommend this company for any work.

I was very pleased with them, and they are a nice group to work with.

This company gave us an estimates to fix roof leak. It was a reasonable estimate, but we went with a lower cost company.

Jeff Sotka came to do our estimate. He was very knowledgable and professional in his presentation and provided literature. He promised to mail our written estimate, which we received the following week. The estimate was a line by line detail of all the labor and materials. I called Jeff to ask a few questions, he called me back promptly and took time to answer me. The price was in the ballpark (though not the cheapest) of all our estimates, and we were thoroughly impressed with Jeff's professionalism and knowledge, so we signed the contract and will soon schedule oor new roof to be put on by S Bradley.

While I did not ultimately hire S Bradley Co (needed to hire a company that could do the work sooner), I was very impressed with the company. Jeff came to my house and provided a full estimate of the work to be done. If I didn't need to have the work done right away I would have definitely hired the company.

Very good. Came on time, estimate was clear and easy to understand. Was a competitive price.

They tuck pointed our rear chimney. It was pretty bad. We have used them for 3 years. They do excellent work.
