We were extremely disappointed that the company did not even call us back with an estimate or to tell us that they were not able to do the job.

Scott came out to do the estimate in April. We really like Scott. He takes time to understand the issues and documents the problem with pictures. We got several estimates that were all in the same ballpark. We went with S. Bradley because we have used them before and they did a great job with our roof repairs and window replacement projects. They painted the new fascia boards replaced and installed new gutters on four roof sections for a total of about 30 linear feet. They were clean, professional and quick once they were on site to do the job. Only downside was it took over two months to get them out for the job due to workload and weather.

They actually started this project 3 years ago and we were impressed with the quality and therefore wanted them to finish the job. They were punctual, neat and did a quality job. My only problem with them was that they didn't tell me they were done and that they were leaving.

Have been trying to get an estimate on gutter repair to our front gutter that came down with winter ice. One person (Scott) came out in late Spring and said he would get back to us once he had checked on something. When this did not happen after a number of weeks we called the company. He was going to come out again. An appointment with us for a specific date and time was made and he was a no show with no call to us or follow up since. We had been pleased with a skylight repair/installation this company did for us in the past, but we're going to look elsewhere for our gutter work at this point. Poor service and poor communication. My impression is that they may be more interested in bigger jobs than this would be.

Everything was good. They were prompt and knew what they were doing. They fixed 3 spots. They saved us money because it was reasonably priced. They put new cooper valleys.

Overall, it went well, I would very much recommend them. I did a lot of research on Angie's List reading the other recommendations so I had every expectation that they would do a great job. Estimate was very thorough, detailed and very professional; others I got were no where close to the detail they provided. I underestimated the magnitude of this project as a new homeowner. As careful and as clean as I read that they were, my landscaping took a beating: A lot of flowers, ground cover did not survive, small tree by the house lost some limbs. They did a pretty good job of cleaning up everyday, but I still found nails around. A window and a screen got broken, nail gun shot through the plywood and caused a section of the 3rd floor plaster to come down. They replaced the window and screen and fixed the ceiling no questions asked. The workers were very friendly for the most part. Again, would definitely recommend but just be prepared for the dust, noise and magnitude of the job.

They were extremely professional and knowledgeable about the product. It was a pleasant experience.

They came out quickly and sent their estimate in professionally, very prompt and courteous. I don't have any problem with them.

Scott came out to the house at a convenient time for me and took the time to climb on the roof, get accurate measurements and inspect the condition of the roof. I specifically asked for his recommendation on how to properly vent the attic and he came up with a unique solution since our attic didn't have soffits big enough to supply ample intake of cool air. On the day of the install, the installers were later than promised by 4 hours but even though starting at 1pm they did manage to finish the job by 8PM. The cleanup was pretty good but I did find a couple of nails (the hard way) in the front lawn. A couple of screens got damaged and one board was broken that took a couple of weeks to coordinate getting fixed. The ventilation seems to work well and had no leaks after a couple of heavy rains.

The company did considerable work on the roof after it leaked two years ago. It leaked in the same spot during the worst ice storm in February. They honored the guarantee, even though they thought the leak was not due to their work, but was due to a different area. Although the roof did leak, I think this is an excellent company who does good work and appreciate them honoring the guarantee.

We called Bradley Roofing in April, mainly because of a snowstorm that damaged the gutter, but also, because of some deterioration of the garage roof. They came and looked at the problems and gave us an estimate. But we waited about 5 weeks, until they could come. They were very busy, because of this incredible storm, that we had in mid-April. When they came on the scheduled day, the 5 men got right to work. They knew exactly what to do and had all of the appropriate equipment. They worked steadily and efficiently all day and finished everything, except for some masonry work on the chimney, which they didn't do because, it started to rain. They said, they will do the chimney work next week. There was an unusual amount of camaraderie among the men. They talked and joked with each other, listened to radio music, and helped each other out. They all seemed to enjoy their work.

All material arrived the morning the work was to begin. Eric and his crew arrived on schedule. Our property was completely protected during the tear off and installation process. All aspects of the job went smoothly. The work was performed in a totally professional manor. All calls to the office were returned promptly and all questions were answered to our satisfaction. The workers left our property cleaner than when they arrived. A complete and itemized invoice was provide detailing all work and material provided. We were extremely satisfied with S. Bradley Co. and would not hesitate to have additional work performed by them. We have recommended them to people we know.

I had called Scott about a full roof estimate about a year and a half ago, but had to cancel the job when my furnace needed immediate replacement instead! When I called back this year to have just the porch roof replaced, Scott not only remembered me, but had all of my roof measurements ready to go from his first visit. I received a very competitive estimate within 48 hours. Every person with whom I spoke during the process was friendly, informative and competent. The customer service was excellent. Once the Cleveland weather cooperated, the crew came out immediately and completed the job within one day. They were so efficient and tidy that I didn't realize they had been there. The roof looks wonderful and I plan on calling S. Bradley again when I replace the rest of the roof.

The company did a very nice job however, they kept finding more problems as they started doing the work. Not complaining just that I was not prepared for the additional cost but more importantly wanted a safe and good job.

They know what they are doing and have a reasonable price. They clean up very well after they are finished and do excellent work. They have a very quick and friendly response. Jeff does a great job of taking care of my roofing needs.

Very prompt at getting out and giving estimate. Hard to get scheduled. I believe it was due to the number of people with similar problems. Once the repair work was scheduled, the work was performed while we were out, clean up was great, and they did not leave anything behind. Recent bad snow storm gave me the proof that they had done a great job.

Jeff, the estimator, was very professional and knowledgeable. He climbed up on the roof to accurately estimate the job. The work started on time. The job Foreman, Eric, introduced himself on arrival and the work progressed until they were finished. The clean-up was excellent.

S. Bradley Company, Ltd. performed in a very professional way. All in all we were very pleased, as prior to S. Bradley doing this job, we had gotten three estimates from other roofers, and the contractor we had chosen then, never showed up for the job, so we had to start the process all over again. This time we went to Angie's List and got estimates from contractors off Angie's List. Jeff was our representative from S. Bradley. He was very helpful. We were very pleased in their punctuality and professionalism. They returned phone calls and kept us informed about the start date, based on the weather conditions.

Great. Called in the morning, and they came that afternoon (I was concerned about waiting another day and further leaking). I was concerned about cost, so he removed as much snow and ice as he could while staying within a reasonable budget and preventing any further leaking (could have been on our roof much longer and increased the price). No more leaks. Also provided a reasonable estimate for permanent repair of flat roof.

Scott was very professional and took his time explaining their roofing process. He was also the lowest bidder, but I got a good vibe from him (and others had good things to say on Angie's List). There was no high pressure sales pitch and the estimate was completely itemized so I knew exactly what I was paying for. The work started on time and was done in two days. They left the yard immaculate and tried not to kill my landscaping. The only problem I had was that the crew couldn't get the satellite dish to work after putting it back in place. They tried their best, but I still had to pay for a DirecTV technician to fix it (I didn't ask for compensation from S Bradley but I might have gotten it if I had). Would definitely hire again.

Two men from Bradley were scheduled for the following day. They came out (arriving a few minutes before the scheduled time) and removed the ice from all the gutters. They were professional and got the job done in a reasonable period of time. They moved the ice chunks that fell to the ground so that they didn't block my driveway or that or my neighbor.

They did an excellent job in horribly cold snowy weather. My house had just sold and had its inspection signed off on when the roof leaked. My buyer was very nervous and seriously threatened to back out of the deal (at great cost to himself) unless the roof was fixed IMMEDIATELY. S. Bradley was able to arrange their schedule and come quickly though the weather was not good. The quality of their work, their responsiveness and good pricing is why I use them exclusively and refer them to all of my friends and colleagues.

The project went very well. The estimate was done quickly and was very detailed. A sample board was dropped off so that I could chose the color I wanted. The material was delivered in January but the work could not be done until February 21 when the weather cleared for one day. I was a bit concerned about the two palates of material sitting in my yard for a month, but fortunately no one bothered them. The work was essentially done in one day by eight roofers. There was a bit of cleanup and finish work done the next day, but I was impressed by the speed and neatness of the work. The labor and materials both have a great warranty, one of the reasons I went with this company over others who bid a slightly lower price. I was quite satisfied with the whole experience. Jeff was in contact with me several times while we were waiting for the weather to clear and that made me feel that my work was important to them.

The work was done great. Jeff arrived on-time, perhaps even a few minutes early. I had called this company and a couple of other ones for comparison. Not only was this company's estimate better, but they could come and do the work on the same day that I called.
