These nice folks installed a soffit system on our house last year. During the winter, a few pieces of the fascia trim came loose and fell to the ground. I called them Monday morning to report the problem. They were out here to fix it on Wednesday. Everything is back in tip top shape. They even reinforced the rest of the trim so we wouldn't experience any further problems. Great, prompt service!

The new roof fixed a leak that I had in one bedroom, but there is another leak that never went away. They couldn't find where it was coming from, but they did some caulking that they said should fix it. The leak is getting worse, and I am trying to get it fixed. Otherwise, the job went well. They were clean, courteous and professional.

He's a wonderful person; a nice Christian man. He's more than willing to go the extra mile. He's true quality. I am very pleased with him!

Everything about the work done was extraordinary. They were very pleasant, very professional, very prompt, and totally honest. I can't praise them enough. Their proposal was the only one typed. There was no selling beyond assuring us that the work would be done well and their clean up would be thorough.

I had three estimates on a roof repair. S Bradly Co Ltd came in with the best estimate and then honored their coupon. The repair was done sooner than was expected. The work was done as expected and I don't expect to have anymore problems.

We had a little trouble getting together in the beginning on both sides, but it was well worth the wait to me. Everything was clearly spelled out for me and delivered as promised. The estimate was a bit more than others but I was comfortable with everything they said, so for me the extra was worth it. And did I mention they guarantee their work. Excellent. Crew was efficient and courteous. The job was big; several layers of shingles were removed and replaced. Did a decent job of clean up each day. Professional service. Work performed within 3 days.

Their work looks good. They were very professional. They explained what the problem was and what they were doing. They were very good. The one glitch was that they took our money up front but the work didn't start until about 8 weeks later and we could have been using the money during that time.

I'm very very satisfied with them. I found the price to be $2000 less than the next competitor. If I had to leave a voice message, they would return my call in an hour. They started out with 5 men on the first day, and by late afternoon 3 other guys arrived and helped the rest of the crew. They were done here within 3 days. They came and cleaned everything up on Saturday. There was one place where they ran out of shingles but they finished it when they came to pick up the equipment. We were very happy with that.

It went well. Due to a busy season, I did wait several weeks but they came when they said they would. They were able to reinstall the old metal railing. The work was done basically in one day which was good.

Came on the appointed time, did the work, cleaned up and left.

They are totally dependable, easy to work with and have very reasonable prices. We have used them over the years and will continue to do so.

They did a great job! The people who did the work were very nice and polite. The only drawback was that they had to switch the date of the job numerous times because of conflicts with other jobs. Because I work from home, it wasn't a problem, but it might be for others.

This is the second time we have used S. Bradley Roofing. What a company-professional, considerate, reasonably priced and truthful!! We had a complete re-roofing job. The job was done within the time frame we were given. When the crew left for the night, the driveway and lawn were clean and the equipment was stored for the night. The crew members put plywood over, not only our windows, but the neighbors houses. They contacted the neighbors to let them know what was going to happen. Call Bradley first and you won't have to make another call. This is a perfect example of a great Angie's List company.

Excellent Job Overall. I received 7 bids for the job. All were very competitive with the exception of one low-baller who provided very little detail in writing. 2 provided excellent, comprehensive bids with itemized labor and material estimates along with material and warranty brochures. I selected S Bradley because the owner (Scott) did the estimate and provided the best solution and explanation to how the ventilation problem could be fixed. The crews did an outstanding job and left no cleanup for me to do. They did a large job in 2 days, and there were no extras, the bill was exactly the estimate. I am extremely satisfied with S Bradley and would recommend them highly.

They did good work, and it justified the amount of money they were asking. We were very happy with them.

They basically rebuilt the roof above the porch. They rebuilt it so it now has more of a pitch. It looks great. They also put in new gutters around and above the porch. They did this work in January. We had a warm spell and they came to replace it. It was great to work with them and have it done properly.

They were very friendly, and they did the job well. They told me they would be here on a certain day, and they were very prompt.

From the moment of initial contact, through the completion of the job, we were 100% delighted with the experience in doing business with S. Bradley. During their initial bid (a year earlier) the company rep offered to temporarily patch a leak. They weren't the low-bidder, but this level of service and professionalism demonstrated a meaningful reason to not "go cheap". Professionalism extended throughout the delivery of materials, project scheduling and construction. Crews were on-time, respectful and polite. Their foreman, Chris, was among the best supervisors I've ever seen, keeping every one of the workers productive and focused throughout 12-hour days. Neighbors commented favorably on the crew's diligence. When the city building inspector examined the completed work, he said, "Now this is how these jobs should be done." The work passed inspection, the first time, with NO concerns at all. Bradley arranged to fix an accidentally-broken drywall section without hesitation
