Scott Walunis came out promptly, was very knowledgeable, understood my needs, gave me a detailed estimate, and answered all my questions. The work was scheduled. Mickey and crew arrived promptly. They did an excellent job and were very professional. Cleanup was better than expected. All employees were friendly and polite.

They called me back right away. I had an active leak "dripping on my forehead" in the master bedroom everytime it rained. They gave me a very reasonable price compared to other estimates I had done. At first it was going to take about four weeks to complete, but the "moved me up" on the list as I had an active leak, which I really was impressed with. The work was done beautifully and I am very happy with this company and would definitely recommend them to my friends. The only thing I would mention is that during the work, there was an additional charge for I20 slates which came to an additional $960. The slates were brittle, and I definitely understand it was not possible to foresee this when they gave me the initial estimate. I just kind of wished this was at least mentioned to me at the time they came out for the estimate....ie the potential of this additional cost. Almost one thousand extra dollars was a little "shocking", but as I stated above, I understand that this ultimately was not avoidable. I am very happy with this job.

It went very well. We haven't had any problems this winter because of the snow birds. They always call ahead of time and very punctual. They are even pleasant to talk to. I was very satisfied with the work. The price even seemed reasonable.

We had water damage due to blowing snow through the existing roof vents. They came over for an estimate in the spring; were professional and on time. I had another estimate for a little less, I called them and they matched the price and still gave me 5 years warranty. It was a little difficult to schedule the work due to our summer vacation and bad weather. It only took them a few hours to get the work done; the roof looks good and they removed all the debris.

I had an appointment for them to come do an estimate and he couldn't come out because he was hurt and then I called to reschedule on a phone call with someone and then later on I was told that I never rescheduled and that I had not called to anyone. He wrote me an email saying apologizing and that he would come out and do the estimate and I never heard from him again.

They were able to repair existing roof after several other companies we contacted (before joining Angie's List) told us we needed a whole new roof.

The work appears to have been done well. The vent covers were made at my request. There were two shortcomings It's a large company and their internal communications need improvement.

Overall, the work went well and was done quickly. My house is brick with wood shingles. They had to tear off some of the shingles to fix the flashing around one of the bay windows. The shingles couldn't be replaced in winter and I have called a couple of times to get them replaced. I am still waiting for this last small item to be completed.

Overall it was a positive experience. The only issue that I had is that since I was having the work done in January, we had to work within "good weather" windows. There was one day that was nice and dry and the workers told me they were going to show and didn't. I did have to call a couple times to see what the issue was and I did receive calls back explaining the situation that the forecast was worse than what actually turned out. Even with those issues, I was happy with the pricing, how clean they left everything (esp. because they had to do some work on my roof using my neighbor's driveway), and the timing of the operation.

It was great. They got the roof done in one day and the gutters were done the next day. They did a terrific clean up and I have no complaints about them. Everything was great.

It went excellent. We had several estimates. We picked them because they gave a detailed estimate. We felt like we knew exactly what we were getting. The crew was very good and experienced. they had some who just picked up all day. After the job was done we had them come back and did some touch up and were very nice about it.

They did a good job. They were willing to use Grace Ice Guard Under layment that other roofing companies would not use. They also corrected bent down rake edges on a dormer that happened to be a difficult job as well.

I have nothing but respect and praise for the people at S. Bradley Co. My initial call was on a Saturday late afternoon and a return call was received first thing Monday morning. From that point on everything was beautiful orchestrated. My appointment with Scott was scheduled at my convenience within 3 days. The estimate was promptly mailed to me and was detailed item by item in clear terms. I had requested 4 separate estimates. 1. Tear off. 2. Reroof. 3. Flat front porch 4. Rear gutters and this is exactly what I received. Scott was comfortable in taking the time needed to answer all my questions and explain in detail what the job would entail. I was unclear about the work to be done on the front porch and what, how and why an APP Modified Bitumen was the best choice for my 14' x 17' flat front porch roof. Great communication with this organization. Each meeting with Scott was confirmed in the morning by the office and then I would receive a call from Scott when he was 15 min. away or so. The crew that did the job was a great team. Please note the days they worked was our 94 degree heat wave and these guys didn't miss a beat or slow down. They were polite, friendly and courteous. They went the extra mile with little things ie. Removed hanging baskets that might get damaged, protected foundation plantings, etc. On a daily basis, they did a good clean up (which included all their own bottles, pizza boxes etc.) and took extreme care with their final job completion clean up.

They were on time and they did it real fast. They didn't clean up as well as I wanted, but it wasn't bad. The owner was friendly and seemed competent.

I called for an estimate and spoke with Scott to schedule a time for someone to come out and look at the work. Jeff showed up on the scheduled date on time and surveyed the job, which included getting up on the roof at all levels to inspect what exactly needed to be done. He provided me a handwritten estimate before leaving and a couple days later I received an official estimate in the mail. Of the four estimates we received for the job, S. Bradley's estimate was right in the middle and seemed fair considering the work. We also felt comfortable seeing as how both Scott and Jeff were very friendly and appeared honest and hardworking. After sending in a deposit (30%), we received a call a couple days later to schedule a date. The supplies were dropped off the night before, which included a large dumpster/trailer and all the shingles. The next day the crew showed up between 8-9am. I came home for lunch to see a crew of 8 men working feverishly. There appeared to be at least 2 men cleaning up at all times. The only issue I had was with a young man smoking while on the roof. Had they not taken all existing shingles and feltpaper off to expose the plywood I probably would not have cared, not to mention they were cutting the slots for the ridge vents at the time I was there. I asked the foreman to ask his crew not to smoke while on the roof (on the ground I didn't care), and he kindly obliged. Otherwise they were all very friendly and worked all day, up till 8pm that same evening. Someone came to pick up the dumpster that night around 9pm. They came the next day and finished the job in about 4-5 hours. The gutters were installed the very next day, but due to heavy rains took two days to complete. I received a call from Eric to schedule a time for Jeff to stop by and look over the job and collect the remaining balance. He showed up on time and was gone within 15 minutes. In all, the roof and gutters look great. There was little to no debris left behind and the only damage inflicted was a rip to a couple window screens that they offered to replace. Otherwise they were all very friendly, very punctual, and did a fair and honest job as far as I'm concerned.

I love these guys! I've called them on two occasions and they are very friendly, responsive, and courteous. Everyone arrives exactly when they say they will and are very professional. They even moved up my appointment after I expressed concern that our leak was in an electrical area right outside of my infant's bedroom. Their prices I believe are fair and relatively comparable to other's I had come out to give estimates. I would recommend S Bradley to anyone.

This was the second of two companies I contacted. My house is about 19 years old and the shingles were in poor shape and the chase pan was rusted. The estimates were extremely close. I asked both companies whether or not they could replace the chase pan (I did not want to have to call another company to replace the chase pan if I didn't have to). S Bradley could replace the chase pan so I gave them the job.

They did a pretty good job in a timely fashion. They responded pretty well on some changes that they would need to do. Good company.

The job went fine, he started the day he said. And it was finished in two days. The supplies were delivered the day before he began the work. He let us know when he was going to be working and the only time he did not come was when the weather was bad and then he called us to let us know. I have never had anyone that has worked on our house do that and I really appreciated it. The knowledge of our problem with the leaking of the roof was right on and we have had several people try to fix it to no avail. I have already recommended Scott to several people as a result of the job he did for us.

Scott & team performed the work quoted in a timely fashion. The crew was extremely neat, and finished the flat-roof repair in a single day. I would use this company again.
