My call was returned the next morning. Originally the plan was for them to come out the next day, but they called back and said they found they could fit me in that same day which turned out to be a very good thing-we had a foot of unexpected snow the next day. The servicemen called to verify the location and arrived about when they said they would. They kept working until the job was completed. The lead technician told me that he had damaged a shingle that pulled up with some of the ice, and he replaced it(from some leftovers I already had)at no additional cost for the time. I did not contact any other company so I have no basis for comparison as far the cost is concerned. It seemed generally reasonable to me. There was no way to estimate the cost which depended on how long the job took. I was told what the cost per unit of time would be on the phone, and the lead technician verified that I was aware of the pricing system.

They did a complete re roofing. I had a roof installed during the late summer. I found them on Angie s list. The price was reasonable. I was expecting it to be more than what was charged. The quality of work was good.

I called the company before 9am on the day I noticed the water leak. I was given a 3:15pm appt. By early afternoon, the company called me to say the roofer was running late and would arrive by 4pm. At 4pm, the roofer himself (Jeff) called me to say he was just leaving a job across town and would arrive by 4:30pm. He arrived exactly then. He viewed the interior damage, explained the problem, then spent an hour on a ladder (in feet of snow and ice), chipping away the ice in the gutter and on the roof around the affected area. The water leak stopped. Jeff will call me once the weather is warmer to schedule a full roof evaluation and to do whatever measures are reasonable (roof insulation, ice guard on the roof) to prevent this problem in the future.

I was really pleased with their work and I would recommend them to anyone. They cleaned up after themselves and did a good job.

It took Bradley Roofing several weeks to put a new roof on my house, but it was in the beginning of the winter so it's understandable. We trust the man who runs it, Jeff. They're very available and responsive and they explain things well.

I was very pleased with the workers. They were professional, cleaned up after themselves and very thorough. They were was a little mix up in the office for the planning so it took longer for them to get out here than expected. The owner apologized and made everything right.

I think the entire experience was very positive, and I was most appreciative that they were willing to work with me on a payment plan that would fit my budget. I felt they went above and beyond what they had to do, traveling all the way to Twinsburg, allowing flexibility with payment, calling to make sure we were satisfied with the work, and standing behind their work. They were all very personable and did a great job! I would highly recommend them to my friends.

Our chimney cap blew off in the wind, we were able to recover it. We called S Bradley because of their proximity to our home and because of Angie's List. They came out on schedule - within a day. They were very professional and thorough. I'm sorry that I don't remember the gentleman's name that worked on our roof, but he did a great job explaining what he fixed. Our original chimney cap was not the right size, but he was able to make it work. He also offered some advice on some issues I am having with my front door. Overall, I think he was trustworthy and I would use this company again.

Very well. The final cost was higher than the estimate, but I expected it since my house is so old. It was still lower than I feared.

He came out and told us it would take two days to come up with an estimate, and that I would have it no later than Friday (this was on a Tuesday). I didn't get it until almost two weeks later. At that point, I decided that since he couldn't be punctual with giving me an estimate that I wasn't going to give him the job.

The experience was fine. Everything worked out very well. They were very professional. They were pretty good about cleaning up any mess. They gave a very detailed estimate and they honored it.

I might consider using them in the future. I didn't use them because their estimate was a little higher.

The price and quality were good, however, professionalism left much to be desired. The sales call went well and they came on the day scheduled. The crew that was working on the roof began arguing which almost resulted in a fist fight. Neighbors came out and asked them to calm down and they did. When we returned from work the foreman told us what had happened and apologized. The owner of the company credited us $200 for the ordeal. They also had to come back after the first rainfall for a couple of repairs.

It went well. The crew were courteous and professional, they did a B+ job of cleanup, they did everything in a day, the finished job looked neat, and they successfully stopped the water infiltration. Here's why I recommend them: in the course of doing the job, a tool came into contact with a window and cracked it. Instead of getting defensive, and instead of giving me a run-around, they simply made the problem go away! I didn't have to chase them down t get them to deal with the mistake: they simply came one day to make measurements, and came another day to replace the glass. You don't know the character of a service provider until they have to take responsibility for a problem. These guys passed with flying colors.

In the end, I'm pleased with the work. I had to go back and forth with them several times before they got my estimate right, but once they did, they did the work well. They forgot to paint the snowbirds, but once I alerted them to this, they came back out within a week and painted them.

It went OK. We are satisfied with the roof. The only problems we had were that it was to take 1 or 2 days and it ended up taking 4 or 5 days. They also didn't leave it very clean, they left nails and things around. They said we could buy the extra paint from them to do the touch-ups ourselves later, we paid for it in July and they still haven't brought it out to us.

It was good because they were courteous and nice. They did what they said what they said they were going to do and as far as I am concerned they good job. They didn't pressure me and they answered questions freely. They listed in detail everything that they were going to do and gave the price for each service. They had very good contracts.

Very professional, quick to give estimate. They took much longer for the job to actually start. When the job was started, it was completed in no time. The work and cleanup was very good.

I wanted to make sure I had the right address, so I called to ask and let them know I was mailing out the proposal. They set up an appointment on this call. They were very professional about the way they dealt with things. They are a family owned business as well which I like. Jeff came out and we looked at everything. They were very thorough. He emailed me an estimate which is nice because I had it a lot quicker instead of waiting for the mail to come. After looking through the estimate we called him back with other points. We discussed back and forth problems with the vent systems in the historic district. Scott, the owner came to meet with the historic architect and review board. He didn t really have to do this, but he did which was really nice. To me that s going above and beyond. We settled on another vent system which only ended up being a couple hundred dollars more. They realized after we d received their estimate that they left out leaf guards for most of our gutters. They decided to split this cost with us since they had left that out. Plus, S Bradley gives a senior discount which is a big savings and works out really well!

Very responsive to original call. Owner came out and gave me the estimate. Team was very polite and arrived when scheduled. The brick work was added after the roofing work, once I saw their quality, knowledge, and ability to work to a budget and a schedule.

Very professional estimate received in mail within the week. Split by job as requested. Did not fit our budget. Very courteous, prompt and knowledgeable.
