Overall installation went smoothly. Scott and Jen are a pleasure to deal with. There was a little delay from the time the work was orignally scheduled to the time when it was actually completed due to their gutter crew's busy schedule and rainy weather. Actual gutter installation only took a few hours. Crew was knowledgeable, courteous, and cleaned up before they left.

We would like to add our overall "A" rating to the roof work completed by S. Bradley Roofing Co.. The entire crew was professional, pleasant to work with, responsive to our requests,especially the clean-up effort after the job was complete. They did an outstanding job on the roof, and completed thework in a timely manner. It was even more remarkable, because the crew had to travel quite a distance to complete our job. Three of the most important factors in our decision were the detailed job proposal,outlining the entire materials and labor requirements; the quality of the roofing materials used to complete the work; and the cost (Angie's List discount included). We had found the S. Bradley Co. on Angie's List, and were impressed by the large number of "A" ratings the company had accumulated. We understand now just why. The roof looks great! They also spent a good deal of time on flashings, roof vents, and fascia wrap. The crew was punctual. They also were meticulous in protecting the environment surrounding the house and leaving these areas of the house clean and debris-free. We would highly recommend S. Bradley Roofing for any roofing work that you might have.

He repaired a leak that no one else could find. We had multiple people out to look and he was the only one who could find and repair the leak.

Scott also took a great deal of time to examine the condition of my roof and explain what was going on with my specific problem (leak repair). He was very professional an thorough. He was on time. I was able to get an appointment within a week of my phone call. I received a very detailed estimate for all facets of the job(s) by email withing 2-3 days of the appointment. The only reason I have rated the company low was due to the amount of the estimate, which although he stated would be competitive, turned out not to be. This experience reminded me to make sure to get several estimates. I will likely have them do the replacement of my sliding glass doors as their estimate was better than any other company. I guess it just depends on the job and labor.

One of our gutters had fallen off from the weight of the ice this past winter. They were supposed to secure gutters that needed to be secured. The gutter on the back porch, was not installed correctly and it leaked onto our new steps. The gutter in the back of the garage was also not installed properly. We had them out three times to get the problems corrected. The last call we made to the office was not received very well. We will not deal with them again. The aesthetics of the job are not great and I am not very happy with it.

They are wonderful. Roof removal can be very messy, and this company cleaned daily. They covered shrubs and picked up nails or any trash from the job. I have a large dog and I was worried my dog would swallow trash or walk on nails. I felt safe knowing they were so clean. They are also very meticulous in their work. They are very professional. The forman was very personable and he didn't apply any pressure during the estimate process. He stayed with us for a few hours and answered our questions in a calm and professional manner. He was also very hands on during his company's work.

They were very neat, accomodating, and did excellent work.

We were out of town when they came and did the work, and we only know what we can see from the ground, so it's hard to judge the quality of the work. Bradley has done work for us many times in the past, and we have always been pleased.

I received the estimate and within a few weeks the work was started. Winter was approaching and they were able to move their schedule around to fit me in. The first part of the job was the removal of the old fascia boards and replacement with new wood and soffit vents. The job took 1 full day and a few hours the next day. The guys were very professional and informative and they cleaned up each day before they left. The second part of the job involved a complete roof tear off and replacement with ice guard. This took 2 days. Both crews were very courtious, professional and efficient. My front awning was removed to install the new fascia boards and soffit vents. They replaced my awning expertly with much difficulty, it is a very tight fit,but they kept working at it until it was right. The roof is beautiful!!

They spent a lot of time seeking out the source of the leak and making very thorough repairs. I appreciated that they spent so much time to make sure they fixed all possible leak sources.

They were very professional. They took the time to walk over the roof and went over what they found that needed to be done with me. They offered great follow up. I was very impressed by them. I would recommend them.

There were some delays getting started because of weather, understandable in November, but I had to call the night before the projected start date to find out if they were coming or not. At the end of the repairs (several days) there was a delay because the crew wasn't all available (?) so my front gutter sat in the yard for a day or two. The workers were friendly and seemed efficient. The reason the company does not get an A is that I felt some small things weren't done or weren't done well. Two "end caps" near where they did work were loosened and then not tightened. Some screws were not fully screwed in and so now stick out from the wood. They reattached some gutters on the front of the house and did not touch up the paint from where they moved the gutters. I would definitely get an estimate from them again if I needed more roof work.

They matched the singles exactly, and it looks great and has wintered perfectly. They ended up having to do more than what was included in the original estimate. They took out the inadequate work from 2003 and recreated a roof that drains properly. They took pictures for me with my camera so I could show my husband every day what they had done. The crew was very nice and competent. The ventillation has really helped with the house temperature. They did an excellent job.

We came home to find a section of our gutter in the backyard that was ripped down from ice, and it also took a part of the eave with it. We called S Bradley Roofing since we had used them before to replace a flat roof the year before. It took them awhile to come out but they said they were backed up with other repairs and when they did come out it was fixed the same day. They replaced the gutter, repaired and painted the eave and it looked good as new. We would recommend them to a friend and would use them again in the future.

They were VERY prompt, efficient and it looks great. First rain was tonight and no leaks are visable. Dan (with whom we contracted) was very polite, helpful and cooperative. One of my concerns was stray nails left around the house and they went around the property with a magnet to retrieve all stray nails. I was very happy with that and that they left no debris behind. I have no complaints at all and would highly recommend this company.

He was prompt he even went on top of the roof!!!

The work proceeded smoothly, the workers were very professional and did an excellent job. They did a good job in cleaning up materials. I was very satisfied with their work and would not hesitate to recommend them.

A water leak in the basement led to water damage behind the wall in the nursery. This was caused by an icedam on the roof above the room. The icedam was removed the next day and the leak stopped. In the fall, Scott Bradley of S Bradley came out and gave an estimate. Apparently, the underlayment to prevent water damage was incorrectly installed. He was professional and easy to talk to. He even fixed my neighbor's roof after talking with me. I did not get any other estimates as his Angie's list rating was high, I liked his explanations and professionalism, and I prefer quality work over a low price. I accepted the proposal and that's when things got a little annoying. I was told after my proposal was accepted that I was two weeks from getting work done. Two weeks went by and I called to see when they would come out. I was told another two weeks. I called two weeks later and I was told they would be out by the end of the next week. That didn't happen. I asked them to come out before Thanksgiving (now it has been six weeks since the estimate) but they didn't. Finally, they called and said they would be there first thing on Friday. It rained, so I got a call Friday afternoon that they would come out Saturday. Five guys showed up on Saturday and started to work. They were courteous and friendly guys ( especially for a Saturday). They cleaned up everything and were finished by evening. The cap on my chimney later blew off in a storm. They had worked on the chimney and removed and replaced the cap. I don't know if it was not replaced properly or not, either way it was rusty and probably needed to be fixed anyway. I can't tell the quality of the work as the roof is out of view, but it looks fine from a distance. The color matches and the ground was clean (only one tack was found). The roof also no longer leaks. Problem solved, eventually.

We have had major accumulation of ice in our gutters with ice cicles extending from the gutters to the ground. We have never had back up of water into the house, but last winter (2008-09) we did have water accumulate under the facia and ice dislodge several shingles. SB came out in late November. We decided to go with them to repair the roof, seal gutters, and install heating coils on the roof because of the lateness of the season and our positive impression with their initial visit, which occurred within a week of our first telephone contact. We were told up front that the coils needed to be ordered and that installation would depend on the weather. Nevertheless, within two weeks the work was done. We are very satisfied after the cold snap in late December and early January. No long icicles, and the gutters and downspouts appeared to be open and flowing. Just endured our second severe winter after installation of the coils. Zero accumulation of ice in the gutters. S. Bradley obviously did a very effective installation. Well worth the money spent.

It went very well and they were great. The clean up they did was excellent. They were very nice and good. When they came out and gave an estimate and I accepted them in terms of doing the work. I did not pin them down in terms of a date for them to do the work. I told them that they could do the work on the 9th of November and at that time they said that they could do it around the 23rd of November. Something else happened and they gave me another date and again I understand that things can happen with the weather. We were blessed with in November to have wonderful weather, so I thought this was something that could have happened within a couple of weeks, but it stretched out longer than that. It was not their fault, but mine because I did not have to wait that long for them and could have chosen someone else. The reason I chose to wait was because I was so impressed with the man that gave me the estimate and how explained things. He took the time not only to tell me, but show me. The young men that came out were respectable, respectable of my home and the answered my questions. The price was good and they even put 4 air vents on my roof.

They were timely. They gave me a quote, and the work performed was exactly what the quote was for. I didn?t get any other quotes, and so I don?t know how their price would compare, but I was comfortable with their price. I would rate them highly and would use them in the future, if necessary.

Great service, very fair pricing for the job and it was done correctly! There was a little lost in communication about when they would be here but once we called again, we were taken care of right away!

They did a good job. They made suggestions on what to do. They also cleaned up after themselves. There price was about the same as all of the other estimates I received.

Scott Wallunis came to see me to generate the quote. He answered all of my questions and prepared the quote before he left. I initially signed my quote and sent it in on 9/11/09. I was told then that they would not be available to me until near the end of October, which concerned me. I checked back and eventually it was confirmed to start 10/23/2009. It was worth the wait. The guys that came were prompt, and were very thorough. The work spanned three business days due to the weather, but they made sure leaks were sealed up during that time. They let me know when they were present and when they were leaving. The yard was as clean as it was before they started, because they made sure any mess was gone. In addition, they pointed out other areas of improvement per my request. The even replaced some minor siding damage for me and cleaned the gutters. I saw no unnecessary work done, and at no time did they come back to me after starting work with additional things that jacked up the cost. Very trustworthy group. One of the owners even came to see the job on the last day. I purposely waited to write this, to make sure the leaks were fixed after a couple of rains, and they indeed are. The guys who worked on my house rock!!!

They are terrific. Half of the companies I called wouldn't even come out because the leaky roof was such a small job. Three other companies attempted to repair it, but were unsuccessful. S Bradley came out and made a suggestion. I accepted it and they did the work. I haven't since had a leak in 10 years. They are probably the only guys I would allow to work on my roof without supervisin. I have recommended them to quite a few friends of mine, I wouldn't recommend someone I didn't trust.
