We are very happy with the job the two gentlemen did. It was a long day for them from 9:00 a. m. to 6:00 p. m. .We would definitely use this company again and highly recommend them.

We need extra craftsman jobs that they don't do.

I spent $1400 on that work. they were very thorough and competent in their work.

Everything went fine. My husband noticed that some loose tiles on the overhang of the garage (a slope that goes a few feet from the roof of the garage above the garage doors-- like a slate awning). Jeff, from Bradley Roofing came out the day after we called to look at it. He thought maybe something hit the garage and loosened the tiles and nicked the edge of the garage roof. Anyway, he said all that was needed was to tighten the tiles before they fell off. While he was here, we asked him to just look at the roof of the house to see if there were any missing slate tiles there. He noticed a loose tile on the small overhang over the back porch. A day or two later, some men from the company came out and re-fastened the slate tiles. It didn't take very long. Everyone from the company was very polite and professional.

They were great! Very professional!

Scott Walunis was one of 4 roofers I contacted regarding a roof leak and the only one to suggest we try patching instead of a complete tear off and replacement costing over $10,000. Though older, the roof had life in it yet and was fine except for one problem area. Scott was also willing to warranty the work so I elected to try the much more affordable patch. Mike and his team came in March and did a very professional job (that's according to the unaffiliated Chimney inspector). Unfortunately, the patch didn't fix the leak. S. Bradley Company was very responsive when I called and sent both Mike and Scott out to have a look. Over the next two months, they addressed the most likely sources of the leak one by one until the problem was pinpointed (it was the siding along the dormer) and repaired to my satisfaction. The total cost for me was still thousands of dollars less than a complete tear off. I also note that Mike and his team were always respectful, considerate, and good humored. I enjoyed working with S. Bradley and will call them when it does become necessary to do a complete tear off.

This is the third time I have used this roofer and all three jobs were done quickly and professionally. The latest job involved stopping a roof leak over a room filled with new Ethan Allen furniture. The source of the problem was quickly located and repaired and I was charged only 20.00. I couldn't believe it. This amount would barely cover the cost of fuel to get to my home in Avon Lake. De-icing cables were installed prior to last winter and put a quick end to my ice dam problem. A roof ridge vent was replaced after a huge wind storm lifted up the old one resulting in some leakage. All in all I couldn't be more satisfied with the outcomes in all 3 instances.

Even though we had several days of rain the job was completed on time. The employees were prompt, hardworking and very conscientious of my property.

They did a very good job and were excellent right from the estimate till the cleanup. I liked their services and will use the same in future.

Overall, I was very pleased with the service and the professionalism shown by Jeff at S. Bradley. It was a challenging winter in terms of getting the job done- we waited a long time due to the early snowfall that stuck around for months, but we knew that would be the case as they were busy, and we were fairly far down the list. We won't know until next winter if they actually solve our problem, but I have no reason to think that they won't!

The gentlemen were there first thing in the morning. They did a beautiful job. They were quick, efficient and reasonable. They cleaned up after themselves. They left no mess behind, all the way around the house. I highly recommend them.

Intially I had a leakage in the house. They came out and removed an ice jam in February. Then they came out in April and repaired the leak. The experience turned out excellent. They were very professional. They alerted me in time they would be coming. They showd up on time. They did the job while I was gone, I didn't have to stay and watch them. They emailed me the invoice and asked if I had any questions or problems at that point to follow up.

Scheduling and coordinating was very difficult. I contacted them on Oct 24 and they told me it would be about 5 weeks and then said it would be done before Thanksgiving. It was not done. Then they said before Christmas, again it was not done. They then postponed it until the spring. They finally came in and seemed to fix everything. They worked with me once they were here. They discovered at the last minute that they didn?t have the correct thermostat and it needed to be replaced. They wanted me to pay for it in full, but I wanted to wait until the work was complete. The work has been completed. I would suggest starting earlier if you need work done. They were amazingly clean, polite, they were punctual when the work was started and seemed very knowledgeable. They did let me know a drain needed to be snaked which was nice.

The only problem apparently was the previous roofing job was completely inadequate for they had to be back. They were very professional. They got a very honest sales guy. He told me what the problems were. He came out and did a good job. They helped my neighbor actually. My neighbor came over to get the estimate on fixing his roof. The owner who had given me my estimate, walked over there. He fixed the job and fixed his roof. He didn't give him estimate, fixed his roof and did it for free.

I found them on Angie's list. They were very good and efficient. They were very good in what they did. I would use them in the future.

Professional roofers, best price, worth the wait (they are busy!). Some minor tweaks, cheerfully made, to complete job and make it superior. Had a couple complicated fly rafters replaced that were easily taken in stride. Wonderful job. I smile everytime I look at it ("A" frame barn out my kitchen window). I'm a perfectionist. I'm happy. Put S. Bradley on your "short list".

The overall experience was positive. The company was quick to provide a quote that was not the lowest, but certainly competitive. It did take longer than I expected for the job to start (partially, but not completely, due to inclement weather) and the communication was not as direct from the time I signed the contract to the time the job was completed as I would have liked. However, the quality of the work was excellent. I would use the company again (and may actually do so for some roofing work) and would not have any concerns about recommending their work. I would, however, recommend claryifing your expectations regarding communication during the initial conversation to make sure there are no surprises later in the process.

Fine, better than expected. They were conscious of the time and worked to complete as much as possible in as little time as was required to do a proper job. I was able to get another ice dam knocked out that I had not planned to deal with since it wasn't contributing to my leaking problem. Mentioned Angie's List and they knocked off an additional discount, so it just seemed to get better and better. Not what I thought I'd say about a major leak.

As far as we can tell in the short term, they have done a good job. This was probably the third job that we have had them do. There was a mistake made on one occasion, so we called them. Unlike companies that would give people a hard time, they came right out and took care of it. They didn?t charge extra either. Anybody can make a mistake, but rectifying it is important. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

Excellent experience overall. We obtained several bids and this was the most competitive. In addition, they explained the process from start to finish including why particular repairs or roof components were recommended. The installation was prompt, and it was a pleasure working with whole team. We are extremely pleased with the finished roof and will definitely recommend them to friends and neighbors in the future.

I was impressed with the overall professionalism of the workers. Very clean.

A very good job of siding. Tight seams, excellent trim work. Good clean up. No problems after five months of sun, wind, rain and, now, snow.

The price quoted by S. Bradley Company was not the lowest I was given, but I thought it was very reasonable for the quality of the work I received. Scott had Mark, the man in charge of installing the replacement siding, come to my house, walk around the entire house with me, and explain how details of the siding installation would be done. In the process, he explained details of the installation which would be superior to the way the original siding was installed. The insurance adjuster's damage report called for replacing the siding on only two sides of the house, thus creating mismatches in appearance between the old siding and the new siding. Scott was aware that Ohio law requires replacement of siding for matching purposes, even if it is not damaged. He was the only one of three siding contractors I met with who seemed to be aware of this. Scott negotiated with the insurance company, not only to replace siding on all four sides, but to cover the cost of premium-quality insulated siding, siding material much better than the siding it replaced. All of this was covered by insurance. The siding was then installed with acceptable starting and completion dates. The installation was done with a great deal of attention to detail, and looks very nice. I am extremely pleased with this work.

S. Bradley Company was one of 4 contractors I talked to about roof replacement. Scott was very professional and knowledgeable. He negotiated with my insurance company to cover the cost of roofing material that is superior to the original roofing material on the house. He also pursuaded the insurance company to cover the cost of a material called "ice guard" which is required in this area but not included in the insurance adjuster's report of damage. His price was one of the lowest I got. His crew came and replaced the roof on the day specified, and completed the work in a professional manner in two days. I am very happy with the results

I was able to get a quote from them within a couple of weeks. Their estimate was higher than some others I received, but they did a lot more for the price. They completed the job within 5 days. They cleaned up every day. I was very pleased with their work.
