They did a good job on the roof and attic. The gutters has turned into a joke. First they put my old gutters back up very poorly. The gutters were very dented, which I can somewhat understand (I wish they would have advised me that I should replace the gutters as well). Then they came back out and replaced some of the gutters that were damaged badly. A few months later, when I cleaned the gutters, I noticed there was more damage to the gutters than I noticed from the ground, so they came back out and rehung the old gutters. This time they hung them so that they were so high at one end but lower than the soffit at the other end, plus all the ice-guard was damaged because they had put the spikes through it. A few of the holes were caulked with white caulk on black ice-guard, which you could see from the ground - it looked terrible! Finally, they came out today to install all new gutters. The foreman was supposed to come over at the same time to repair the damaged ice-guard, but he never came apparently and the new gutters were installed over damaged ice-guard. This has become laughable! S. Bradley seemed liked a good company, and it seems that they were willing to correct any problems, but I cannot recommend after this fiasco. Update 2/2/2012: If S Bradley's gutter crew thinks my gutters looked great, they better get a new crew! First of all, I noticed more damage "6 months" later because that is when I cleaned my gutters, in the Fall. I did not see this from the ground since I have trees near the gutter, but when I got on the roof "6 months" later, I saw standing water in my gutter because it had been bent vertically. (Note: I was willing to live with the other dents, dings and spikes sticking out from my gutters). After talking with S Bradley about this, the gutter crew came back out and re-installed the old gutter, but they sloped it so much, it hung slightly below the soffit at one end (looked terrible from the ground!). This was due to the patchwork gutter job they did. Also, with such a slope, you could see the spike holes in my NEW ice-guard. To fix this, the gutter crew put white caulk on black ice-guard that you could see from my neighbor's sidewalk - looked terrible from the ground not "Unless you spend all your days sitting on your roof" like S Bradley mentioned in their response. Jeff, one of the co-owners, came out to see for himself and agreed with me on this - at least he said he did. The gutter crew had also left the gutter strap just hanging there on the gutter (not re-attached to the house) in plain sight, and they had to walk right past it before they left. The main points here are: 1) S Bradley should have advised me to install all new gutters when my roof was replaced because their gutter crew would not be able to put the old gutters back up without denting them, and they would not be able to drive all the spikes all the way in; however, maybe if they drilled pilot holes for the spikes (like the gutter company did when they installed my gutters), they wouldn't damage them, and would be able to drive all of the spikes all the way in; 2) None of the spike holes in the NEW, damaged ice-guard were covered before the new gutters were installed. So, bees, wasps and condensation can now find their way into my soffits and attic and cause substantial damage. This was supposed to be fixed before the new gutters were installed, but WASN'T, and it was supposed to be fixed the last I knew, but I haven't heard back from S. Bradley in awhile, but maybe now I know why after reading their response; but, that's alright, because I would rather pay to have this fixed right at this point; 3) their gutter crew does shoddy work and should know better than to install gutters before covering existing holes in the fascia board; 3) I just wanted the job done right.

I found them in Angies List book that comes out and I called. They were speedy and they came right out. They gave me an estimate before starting the work to make certain that I could live with that. They also replaced this past summer the chimney on my house. There were a lot of gaps and I was getting water seepage through the chimney and they rebuilt the chimney.

I would rate them high as it was nice because I didn’t have to contact different people for masonry, tile work and they did it all. It was also a good price. They are very very nice people.

I got three estimates, and they impressed me the most with their proposal. They were not the cheapest at first, but after getting the 10% Angie's List discount they were the ended up being the cheapest. The guys name was Scott who came out. When they came to do the work they piled a lot of stuff in my front yard and a lot of young, hard workers came to do the work. They had a great work ethic and were extremely well organized. They were here for three days doing the job. When they finished they cleaned up after themselves well. It was a great experience overall. My neighbor hired them to do their roof the following spring.

They showed up on time and did a great job. They replaced shingles, flashing and some damaged siding on and around a dormer. Very personable and profesional. You connot tell that they added new shingles to the old - very impressive. They will be first on my list when its time to replace the roof.

I have been going back and forth with the original builder of my 3-year old home for about 6 months about a roof leak that was out of warranty. The builder agreed to come out and fix the issue, however, they kept doing very simple placebo fixes that would work for about 2 months and then after the next 1-day rainfall I would wake up to even more damaged drywall. With winter approaching, I decided to hire S. Bradley to repair the roof once and for all. This is a very busy time of year for many roofing companies, including S. Bradley. With a leaking roof I didn’t have the luxury of waiting six weeks for somebody to come out. They were very courteous and came out after business hours, the same day that I called. I felt that they were completely up-front with me and explained the work step-by-step; matching what other roofing companies explained previous. Even in their busy schedule, they prioritized their customers that had active leaks causing damage and were able to come out the next week. The guys that performed the work were very helpful in explaining problems that they found where the original builder made some mistakes which caused the leak. They took pictures for me and offered to perform a write-up of what they found so that I can go back to the builder. The repair looks great and they found the original singles that were installed so that I have a perfect match. It’s only been one day since the repair, but I’m sure I will be happy this winter… if only they could keep it from snowing too. :) Oh, and they were the only roofing company that I talked to that put a 3-year guarantee on the repairs!

I called Scott in Mid-October when the guy who originally quoted me did not come out for six weeks. I was a little bummed that it was going two more weeks just to get a quote on the job from this company. My problem was the wind during a bad early September storm had mangled the antenna and I was concerned it might go flying off and hurt someone. In addition, there was a plant growing out of the chimney that looked to be an issue. So, I waited, and have to admit, I am not sure why I ever do business with anyone other than an "A" rate Angie's List service provider. It always makes a difference. Anyway, Scott came out on time and was so sweet. I probably should not say this but he was cute ladies. Anyway, we laughed that my antenna was looking for space signals like in "Contact." Well instead of quoting me and leaving he got right up there for $20, removed the antenna, pounded in some gutters, examined the chimney issue which could make it through the winter, crushed up the antenna, and moved it for trash removal. He was here about a half hour. I was just really impressed. I would be happy to do business with him again!

I have called them several times. Every time I call them, their work is very satisfactory. They clean up their debris, and everything is always clean.

In order to obtain results from my two requests, I started contacting this company on August 8, 2011. I first talked to someone at the company on August 10th. My next 3 telephone calls were unanswered and I left messages. Finally, I received a call back and my roof was inspected on September 8th. In order to obtain the warranty information, I left one additional telephone message on September 16th and sent a letter on September 21st. I received the warranty information by mail on September 26th.

Everything went very well! They were honest, punctual and courteous. This was our first time using them but I would use them again. I feel that the price was very reasonable.

They did a good job. They showed up on time and cleaned up after themselves. I would call them again.

I got an inspection by Scott and he provided a very detailed quote that described all materials and labor with line item costs. The quote was less than other quotes with better detail of work to be done and included the Angie's List discount. Due to the excessive rain this spring I was told that they are running behind on their jobs and it would take about 4-6 weeks to get to me from the time I gave them notice to proceed. My roof wasn't leaking yet even though I had a lot of missing shingles so it wasn't an emergency job so I told them that timing was ok. Whenever I asked questions they were very responsive. It actually took 8 weeks to do the job but when they came it only took one day and their clean up was excellent. I found no nails or debris in my yard. The roof really looks great! They did an excellent job. I would highly recommend S Bradley Roofing.

They were punctual and polite.

After my second message and email to them about the continued leak in the roof, they went out of their way to accommodate us and return to fix the leak. This was the initial leak that I had contacted them about and I believe that I had adequately explained where it was located before they came out to give us an estimate. It was surrounding the chimney. UPDATE: I feel like he isn't being honest - I was not told I had to be there. In fact I was specifically told that I did not have to be present for the job. I did ask that question when he came to assess the roof. In addition, my daughter is in fact an adult, and she was present. Now, the leak is worse than it has ever been - water is dripping down from the ceiling into a bucket. There is damage to the drywall now as well. The leak is about 2ft in diameter. Also the leak around the chimney has for some reason grown as well. I'm not really sure what was fixed. I called this morning and left a message. UPDate: Mr. Bradley came out again in November 2012 and it appears that the work that they had done in the beginning was still fine but there was a leak that due to miscommunication with the person that I spoke to on the phone, was not repaired. The source of the leak could not be determined by his inspection.

They were very prompt and their clean up was very good. They are very friendly people. I highly recommend them. They are very thorough.

I was very pleased with S Bradley Roofing from start to finish. Their price was lower than several other bids. The owner took ample time in quoting the job and got up on the roofs of both the house and the garage. He was quite thorough. He issues detailed quotes. I personally observed the roofing and insulation teams. Both were excellent. Both teams included hard-working guys, who were concerned about doing the job right. They were worked nicely together as a team. They were respectful of the property and cleaned-up thoroughly. They were quite appreciative of the modest tip they received for doing such a nice job. The roof was completed in a single day. The gutters were installed a few days later. The insulation was completed a few days thereafter. My biggest priority on this project was getting quality installation of the correct roof, gutter, ventilation, and insulation materials. I want to be given solid advice and have that plan professionally executed. S Bradley Roofing did just that. I would heartily recommend this company to anyone needing a competitively priced, quality roofer.

Went well. By the time we committed to the job, they were already several weeks behind due to the extremely rainy spring. But they got to it in June. The main roof crew was very efficient yet seemed to do a high quality job. Clean up was very good each day. I think the crew was pretty good in terms of language and noise, just didn't realize their voices carry through the neighborhood. We had good communication from the office and crew chief(s) as needed. A different crew came to do the gutters and were louder - seemed to do fine. The only issue remaining is that each crew said the other would be able to put our electric cables back up, so we need to call in to the office to get that resolved. Overall, we are very pleased. Time will tell the enduring quality of the work! But they were relatively easy to work with, and the roof and gutters look great.

Incredibly prompt e-mail/communication. Superb work, punctual, polite. We had a ton of new landscaping placed in the front/sides of the house and I was really concerned about it getting thrashed since it wasn't yet "established". Zero landscaping damage. We also have a big dog and I was worried about stray nails, etc. Nothing. Would recommend them to anyone.

.I contacted them and they got back to me right away with the quote. Then they came out and I thought they did a good job with the quote. I have accepted the estimate. The question is when they put the roof if it stays. I don’t know anything about them except that they gave me a quote and I have accepted it.

I'm very happy with the results. I wasn't home for the installation but I have had worked done by S. Bradley in the past and I wasn't suprised when I returned home to find the work completed and the area cleaner than when I left it that morning. I deliberately waited to write a review until after we had a few hard rains (which we've have - very, very hard rains with gusting winds). After each storm I went out and inspected the garage thoroughly (floor to ceiling with a flashlight) and found it to be "bone dry" on each occasion. They didn't give me the least expensive estimate, but it wasn't the most expensive either. I did have to wait for them due to the heavy rains we had this spring and earl summer but I can't fault them for that. You know that good feeling you get when you feel you've hired the right people for the job and got your moneys worth? That the way I feel. An added bonus? When they had an unexpected opening in their schedule they called and offered it to me without pressuring me to take it.

They were excellent. I really didn't have any dislikes. They were professional and on time. They did it when they said they would do it. All of the guys were great. It was very good.
