They were very good. They were fair with pricing, did everything they said they would do, and were very nice about everything. They picked up after themselves as well.

Had 3 top rated Angies's List companies come and give me estimates. I shared with each of them that I needed the skylights replace and I wanted them to take an overall once over of my roof to suggest any additional recommendations. They all agreed that I needed to replace the skylights (they were over 25 years old) and the boots to the ventilation pipes. 2 of 3 examined my roof for about 10 minutes and sent me estimates for skylight/boot replacements. S Bradley sent two gentlemen out and they spend about an hour measuring, taking pictures, inspecting venting of overall roof vents. They explained each area of work they recommended and why. Stacked ranked each one (high - low risk), etc. Removing any of the extra work, each of the 3 came within the same ballpark as far price. I ended up going with S Bradley and was very pleased with all aspects of professionalism, work performed, clean up, etc. Highly recommended and I would use them in the future for any additional needs.

They were very professional in the interaction with us. The installers conducted themselves in a manner of respect for our property, and our landscaping, cleaning up after each day of work. The supervisor would ask each day as to whether there were any problems and if I was satisfied with the work so far. If I had questions, he would clearly answer. If I noticed something that I felt needed to be address, it was handled to my satisfaction. Even though they did not have the lowest quote, due to their professionalism in clearly explaining the materials used and their method of installation, I would strongly recommend S Bradley for roofing.

All work was done with pure professionalism, they were respectful of our time and property, including our budget and our opinions. Not once were we unhappy with the progress or level of detail being performed. I would recommend them to anyone looking quality work with amazing communication. We would not hesitate to call again with any needed work.

They were fantastic. They did a 12-man team, they took everything off and put everything on. This is a 2800 sq. ft. house and they tore the whole thing off and put the whole thing on in one day. The owner came back for inspection and we were very satisfied, but he said I do not like something up there and I am going to go up and fix it, so he did. He gave us a list of all the homes in the area that had those particular kinds of shingles and then we took a ride one-day and went all around and watched them. The team was all very professional. They cleaned up messes when they were done. This is the first time we used them. We had a 27-year-old roof, we did not have problems with it but we thought it was time, we were just pushing the envelope there. We found them on Angie's List. Exactly when he predicted they would be here, they were here.

The whole experience with working with Jeff one of the co-owners of S. Bradley and his crews from getting an estimate to completion of all the work was phenomenal. I was dreading the process and held off over 2 year when I was first told the roof and chimney needed to be replace. I got an estimate from a roofer who replaced a small section of my gutters and I had used over the years for minor work on my prior home and had replaced a small flat roof about 10 years ago. I thought at the time the estimate was high and wasn't including replacing the chimney. We were going to try to hold off until as long as possible. We were fortunate the roof held up the last 2 years until we felt ready to take on this major project. I started asking friends and associates for name of roofers and then researched on Angie's list. Of the personal referrals only S. Bradley and one other had decent reviews on Angie's list. I set up an appointment with S. Bradley. On the calls I made only one other returned my call and he was going to look at the roof the following week. It ended up because of an family emergency it took him several week to come by but even though I was pretty sure I was going to use S. Bradley I was going to give the other company a shot. His estimate probably was less for the roof but was concerned that it didn't include roof and gutter and he felt the gutter were fine to put back up even though many areas were leaking and it was the right time to replace. After Jeff met me in person and then came back with an estimate for everything a few days later I was pretty confident I was going to use S. Bradley even though it was more than I was hoping it was within $500 of what we had budgeted for. The chimney's got done in 1 day, the roof and gutters replacement took about 3 days. The crews worked very hard and very professional and cleaned up area well. I would definitely use S. Bradley in the future.

Wonderful job! Total tear off and re-roof. Showed up on time. Jeff went out of his way to help us with a warranty claim and his employees were very friendly and hard workers. Cleaned up everything and no damage to house or plants.

Their hours were accomodating. The only thing that was a little uncertain was the scheduling - they would put us on the list and when they were ready, they would call us. Everything worked out - they were okay with us calling and checking where we were on the list. All repairs are holding up so far.

The work performed was excellent and I would highly recommend them.

Installed new roof....Jeff was great to work with. He worked with the insurance company to get us the best product installed. The price was not the cheapest, but the quality of the product and extra included steps that would have been charged upgrades by other roofers helped make the decision.

I only have 1 regret from working with Scott Bradley, that I didn't have them do all of the exterior work we needed. The windows, cedar siding, and roof all needed to be replaced on our house. We decided to have S. Bradley Co. do just he roof and siding. In hindsight we really should have had them do all of the work. The windows company we chose botched the install (Wallside windows), but luckily S. Bradley Co. was able to improvise and work around the problems. From start to finish S. Bradley Co. was a pleasure to work with. Scott and his crew were punctual, professional, and reasonably priced. Scott doesn't just come in and do what you need, he will also bring new ideas to the table to make sure the same problems won't happen in the future. The work they've done looks great. I wouldn't hesitate to hire S. Bradley Co. again for work in the future.

Scott was very professional. He was prompt with the initial appointment, emailed an estimate within a day or two. He provided samples of the material and gave us a few options. He scheduled and completed the work quickly. His team was punctual and polite. The work area was spotless after they left. The roof looks great!

He promised to email an estimate of the work and never got back to me. He lead me to believe that he would be the one to provide me with the service and later became unresponsive which I find to be very unprofessional.

I had used S Bradley Co before for a repair on a previous house. S Bradley was one of three Angie's List roofers. Their bid was in the middle. We chose them because we thought they did a good job for us before. We were not disappointed. The entire job took 4 days. and we were pleased with how it looks. They saved us money since they repaired a ventilating skylight

Salesman was exactly on time for the quote. He delivered everything he promised. The roofers did an excellent job!

The work went very well. There were three layers of shingle on my roof, making it a labor and time consuming process. The workers were prompt, friendly, courteous, and professional. The entire crew did a great job. The installation and clean up was first class. Working with Jeff was pleasant, he answered all my questions and I had a lot of them. The job was scheduled in a reasonable time frame and completed on time. I am very pleased with their performance and would absolutely recommend them to my friends and family.

They finished the roof in one day. That went really smoothly and it was up to my standards. He actually came and checked out my roof, even climbing on top of it. They cleaned up after themselves extremely well. He also had a very itemized list of what he was going to do. He was well prepared and even fixed a screen door he poked a hole in.

Estimate was very detailed. Work was done per mfr. warranty requirements in addition to installer's own warranty. Three days after completion couldn't tell they'd been here except for nice new roof. All debris was removed - haven't found a stray rusty nail yet! We've since had a couple of big windstorms and our roof is tight and looks good. These guys are pros.

Came out to put it on the coldest day of the year with snow coming down. I questioned them about doing it when the weather was so bad as the shingles would not be flexible, but they assured me not to worry. Other contractors said that only if it were an emergency should a whole roof be put on in the winter. The next year I had leaking coming inside front door as the flashing wasn't sealed properly. Now the wood in the front has started to buckle and has to be cut out and shingles replaced which will not match on the front of the house. Of course it is out of warranty now. I've also had to repair the flashing around the chimney x 2. I think the work would have been OK if put on in better
