We received quotes from three other roofing companies. After meeting with Scott we felt very comfortable choosing S. Bradley to do the work. The pricing was detailed and fair and Scott was thorough in explaining the process, materials and costs with us and followed up quickly to any of our questions and concerns that arose. The crew that performed the work were top notch. They too were attentive to our questions and concerns. They were very professional, courteous, respectful of our dogs and property and kept the yard clean. They all seemed to really work well together and did a great job. Based on our experiences, not only would we gladly use S. Bradley again, we will recommend them to anyone looking for a quality roofing company.

We originally called S. Bradley Co. to repair roof slate that had been damaged over the winter. There were only a few to replace. They said one of the slates that we thought was missing turned out to be in place, but it was a different color from the other salt on the roof. Then Shane said that he noticed a lot of dry rot on the wood siding of our house and a lot of siding that needed to be reinforced. When I mentioned this to my husband, he said he knew about it but never got around to arranging for repairs. So we told Shane and Donnie to go ahead and make the repairs. We made another appointment with S. Bradley and asked for Shane and Donnie to come back because they knew where many of the problems were. When they returned, it was one of the hottest days of the spring. They worked steadily all day while I provided ice, water and root beer to keep them going. They managed to do the whole job by the end of the day.

Excellent. Jeff came to my home and provided a detailed and accurate proposal and estimate for the work to be done. He was polite and thoroughly explained everything. The job was scheduled sooner than expected but that was fine since this type of job is dependent on weather. The installers were polite. They completed the job to my expectations, and thoroughly cleaned up afterward.

These guys are excellent. This is third time we've used them at two different homes. They do good, professional work. Quotes are fair, they show up when promised, and they leave the work area clean. Highly recommended. Update July 17, 2014 -- we listed the house for sale, and several buyers have commented how beautiful the front steps are.

My garage gutter was hanging because it pulled from the rotten fascia board. I found S.Bradley on Angie's list, and they were conveniently local. What sealed it for me was a recent Angie's list review that simply said 'fixed my gutter - all good'. The office staff and field staff are professional, responsive and pleasant.

I looked up S Bradley Co Ltd on angie's list and met with Jeff Sotka. He proposed installing the exact same quality roof (materials and all) for thousands less than a competitor. The large crew arrived a little before scheduled and worked all day until finished. No bushes or other foliage were trampled on, there were no nails or other debris left behind, and they were finished in a day. This work was done last summer, but I waited to write my review until I saw how the roof held up. We've been experiencing some raging storms lately but the house is nice and dry!

They've done a lot of work for me, but most recently they came out to fix a leaking gutter.

Shane and Ronnie were very professional. They got to work promptly and were finished by the end of the morning. They discovered that a couple of "missing" slates were actually not missing. They had been replaced in a darker color so it just appeared that the slates were missing. The final charge was the same as the estimate. They also discovered that there was dry rot on parts of the siding and that some of the wood siding was cracked. So they gave us an estimate on repairing it. I called the company back after discussing it with my husband, and they are coming back.

They were efficient and got the job done. They guarantee their work. They came right out to give an estimate. Scheduling was just fine.

Everything went great. Owner was very professional and courteous along with his workers. I had absolutely no problems. I would recommend this crew to anyone. Price quote was great too! I had other Angie list members quote me. One bid o was at least $500.00 more expensive with less given for scope of work. Another was $750 cheaper but only wanted to replace a couple of bricks and tuck point both chimneys. I did like this company, but with two other quotes stating the main chimney needed to be rebuilt and from what I could see, I went with the addition cost which in the long run, I most likely won't have look at repairs a few years down the road. I guess just personal preference.

I HIGHLY recommend using this company for roofing. They were great to deal with. Extremely nice, fully explained all the work they would do in detail and provided multiple detailed quotes so I had options. They were professional and their work was spotless.

Although the weather had been brutal and there were many roofing issues, the company came out within 2 days and fixed a minor roof leak. They looked at the entire roof and fixed a damaged shingle.

It went very well, they did a good job. The price was very reasonable.

The entire job went well. In spite of the bad, constant rain and high winds, they did complete our house by 12/3/2013. We were VERY pleased. This was the BAD winter here in Cleveland, OH and I am happy to say, everything is in tact as of this date, 3/17/2014. Scott was extremely helpful in helping us choose the siding and was available for additional questions. The workers were on time. We would definitely hire this company again.

They were professional and thorough. They discovered that part of the roof was missing ice guard. Good explanation of diagnosing the problem, explaining the resolution and preventive measures going forward. We will have them come back in the spring to fix the ice guard problem.

The antenna leak repair was custom flashing over a bracket that mounts a very large HAM radio tower to our roof. It had leaked for a couple years and had been caulked many times to no avail. S Bradley was able to construct a custom flashing or cap made of thick gauge aluminum over the bracket and so far all is well with this repair. We are very, very pleased. The soffit over our kitchen sink had leaked for several years and we were never sure where the leak originated. Eventually we suspected the second story dormer window that is above this area. S Bradley removed the dormer roofing, flashing and aluminum trim and reconstructed it correctly after finding evidence of the leak. We have had no water in the kitchen since this custom repair was made. It is wonderful! They were very professional and took care of some troublesome spots that no other company was able to handle. They are very busy and I can see why they are in such high demand. We are extremely grateful every time it rains! They really know their business and take pride in their work.

Fabulous! I have never written a review for Angie's List, but feel compelled to do one for S. Bradley Co. I had spent several months trying to find the right contractor for an insurance claim. I ended up rejecting several before I decided to take advantage of my Angie's List subscription! I contacted several that had "A" ratings. S. Bradley had the most reviews with that rating, and I was to find out that that rating was entirely warranted. They were completely professional from beginning to end. They gave me an extremely detailed estimate with Labor separate from Materials. That gave me the ability to understand each component and be able to determine where we might be able to make changes in line with insurance allowances. And, that level of detail also facilitated their discussion with the insurance company to demonstrate where certain allowances were unrealistically low. The result was a compromise that delivered a high quality product within realistic financial parameters. Of equal importance to me was the professionalism Robert Mason in particular conducted the entire process. He explained in as much detail as I requested the pros and cons of various manufacturers and processes. He revised the estimate as we progressed during the negotiation process. And, as a woman, I appreciated the fact that he treated me with respect for my ability to understand the specifics. I did not experience that attitude with any of the other contractors I had contacted. I would definitely recommend them, and am already considering them for additional work on the house.
