The price was reasonable, the work was good. However, the communication amongst the various employees (estimator, workers, owner, and billing) was very lacking which became a real hassle. It was all worked out in the end but was not handled proffesionaly.

They were absolutely terrific. The roofing job was AAA. We have had a lot of problems with our roof, it is a complicated roof, and it is a big house. It is just not a plain roof, it has three dormers and the gutters are complicated. They did quite a lot to approve problems. We have had no problems since. It looks terrific. It was not inexpensive. About half of it was covered by insurance. So it was not terrible as far as charge goes. We were not surprised by the cost because it was a very large roof and it is a complicated roof. So it was a challenging job. We have had our roof done before and it was not done right so a lot of it had to be redone. They had to remove so much and redo so much. It was a really difficult job so it was not unreasonable at all. We wouldn’t have surprised if they had to say it would be $35000 or $45000 job because a lot had to be redone. The whole roof had to be taken off. We have a little overhang at the side and front of our house and it was a mess because of what the other company had done. We are very happy that the problems are gone away and they took care of that. They redesigned it and it is fabulous. They put copper where copper needed to be, so we were very pleased. They deserve much higher than a A-rating, especially the quality. They were somewhat slow to respond but that is because they had so much business because they are so good.

I would rate them high and they deserve it. They had the best price over all.

Very well. It was very low cost and the work was done right away and they were prompt and respectful. Also gave helpful information about roof and things to look for long term.

Company representatives were knowledgeable and polite. Work was done over 2 days as they use crews that specialize in the work to be done. First day the crew that works with bricks and mortar did the chimney tear down and rebuild. Next day a crew came out to replace shingles (they were very conscientious about matching color), flashing, indoor duct work and insert the new liner. Also installed the device to keep birds out of the chimney, which was a problem in the past. Clean-up was done both days when crew was finished. We were called by a member of the crew ahead of time to confirm work days/times. We are very satisfied with the work and the Company.

It went well, they arrived when promised and cleaned up daily. There were a few minor details/problems I noticed after they finished and Scott came out promptly to review and had everything corrected.

It went great. He was a pleasure to work with. He was on time and provided pictures of the problem off his cell phone.

They were able to work in the winter and had no problems. Scott was wonderful to work with and really goes the extra mile. They delivered everything before the job began. Their cleanup proceedure is excellent. They clean up each day and don't leave a daily mess. They're really a good company to work with.

Scott came over ON TIME and assessed my problem with the old gutter system. He suggested to remove the gutter cap and install the Shurflo system. He also mentioned that the de-icing cable can then be installed on top of the system, since it has an area that the cable can be attached to. Then the proper extending of the cable down the downspout to finish the job. As promised the job was done before the first week of September. The guys were very professional, and did a thorough job cleaning. Warning: Do not get the Leafproof system, it's a cap that completely covers the top of the gutter with a thin opening on the side ... It looks like LeafGuard or Gutter Helmet. Leaves did not get in, but hornets got in and built nests. And the worst part is that it causes icicles and ice dams.

Scott (owner) was very informative and knowledgeable, prompt, and gave accurate info. Workers were prompt and seemed to be very good at their jobs.

I had a great experience with this company. Jeff was my first contact. He came out, looked at the job and took initial measurements. He explained fully what the work would entail and my options in windows. Jim, the installer, was next. He came to do final measurements and we ordered. Within three weeks Jim came with his crew and did the install. They were super nice and very professional. They definitely know what they are doing, and after cleanup you would never know anyone was there! The windows look beautiful. I'm sure they will save my money this winter too! I would recommend them, and plan to use again in the future.

I don't remember the day I called S Bradley, but Jeff came out 7/10/14. He checked out the chimney and took pictures. He showed me the pictures and explained what needed to be done. I could see myself the bricks were crumbling and in bad shape. I had researched companies on Angies List before I called anyone so I felt confident in this company. I told Jeff I wanted them to do the job, and he said they wouldn't be able to get to it until August and I said ok I needed it done before winter. The bricklayer called me and they came out 8/19/14 at 9am, and they arrived when they said they would. It took them a day and a half to do the job. They cleaned up everything, you would not even know they were here except I have a beautiful chimney!! They required a $600 deposit on the 8/10/14 and are invoicing me for the balance. The workers were very professional no loud music, they just did there work. I would highly recommend this company. .

The 2- man crew did a great job. They worked efficiently and installed all gutters without a problem. They cleaned up when they were finished. Their gutters seem to be much better quality than what I had. I'm very pleased with their work.

They had a good project for five or six employees. The roofing only took about four hours and the siding just one day. They were all nice people. They came when they said they would. They are really good and are on time. They do the job and then they are gone.

Scott came out and inspected the roof and gave me a complete explanation of all options available to me. When the guys came to do the installation, they were efficient, they put in a long day to get the work done and cleaned up after themselves . The roof looks great!

Jeff was great. I explained the repeated issues I've been having with the roof leak and that I wanted a guarantee that it would be fixed right. I had a previous roofer come out on two separate occasions to fix the same issue and it was never resolved. Jeff was very through with his analysis of the problem. He took pictures of the problem and went over the work that would be performed in detail. I'm happy to report that with all the rain we had recently, No Leaks!!! I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

Good. They called me a few days in advance to let me know they would be coming to do the work. I called them the morning of service and asked if they could install additional screens and they did it. No problems. Great customer service.

My roof was a complete tear off done in April 2014 and during today's rain storm I went up into the attic to take a look and noticed that the roof is leaking. This is not acceptable. I don't like to write bad reviews but after seeing my roof leaking today, have to say something. Bob was very courteous when he gave the estimate back in April, and because of his professionalism and the good price, plus the great reviews they got here, I picked them. I was shocked and upset that things haven't gone so well for me. The roof was installed in April and was done in a day. I came home from work as the crew was finishing up. The roof looks great but the my gut feeling was that there was not good supervision on the job. In fact, when I asked the supervisor a question about the roof he was pretty curt with me as though I were insulting his workmanship by asking a question. If I treated my clients like that, I would be fired. After they left, I discovered they put a hole in my vinyl siding. I promptly called Bob who came out to see the damage and apologized. Scott the owner came out and personally replaced the piece of siding. He got on a ladder and checked the roof. I felt everything was settled, I was happy, and I paid him the balance. A couple of weeks later I came home from work one night and saw that a downspout on the back of my house had come loose and was hanging. I have a balcony off my second floor, and I looked out the window to get a closer look at the downspout, and discovered that they never put the leaf guard screens back on my gutters in that section. I went out to do some yard work and found the screens laying next to my garage. I called and Scott had someone come out the day after I called and they put the screens back up. Now instead of the over hang of the shingle being nice and orderly, it looks buckled because they shoved the screens under the shingles. Now the roof is leaking. I feel that I cannot trust their workmanship. I don't feel confident at all. I have to wonder if because I am a single female that I was treated so badly because surely after all the good reviews they got on here, something is wrong.

So far so good. Waiting for them to come back and fix the cracks in the mortar.

Terrific. Very professional, excellent work, and great customer support. Jeff was very responsive, kept me informed, and really listened to any of my concerns. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Bob came to my home and promised to give me an estimate on my roof job with in that week, two weeks went bye and I still had not received an estimate from Bob. Bob said that he was working with my insurance company to get me help on a roof replacement. But, I had explained to him that there was a time frame, I needed the estimate that week to qualify for a home improvement grant, I did not get the estimate, so I moved on to the next roofing contractor, who save me an estimate the day he came out.

They completely removed the old roof and replaced all bad wood. S. Bradley Company put vinyl siding on our house in October, 2013 and we were VERY satisfied. We special-ordered storm windows with this company in June, 2014 and, again were VERY satisfied. To date (July 7, 2014), we have had no problems with their work. Scott, the owner came to our house to give us the estimates on all 3 jobs and was very professional. We would definitely consider this company for future jobs.

I have a tile roof which requires experienced roofers to avoid unnecessary damage. Crews arrived on time and were very professional. All work was explained in detail. The entire job took two days as originally quoted. Both roofers and mason were very experienced. Original quote was comparative with other roofer/mason, however, I thought that Scott was very professional and responsive. Quote documentation was completed within 24 hours of initial meeting. I will definitely recommend them to neighbors and friends and will personally use them again if I have any roofing or masonry issues.

My house looks fantastic with the new roof!. I worked with Bob to get estimates for the different shingle styles. He explained what needed to be done in detail. Bob was very responsive and provided sample boards to help me decide on the shingle style and color. Bottom line, this company is customer focused and they do whatever it takes to resolve any issues!!! There was a mistake on the color that was ordered and I did not realize it until 75% of the work was done on day 1. Unfortunately I had to have them remove it and get the right color and install the roof again. I would not have been happy with the color that was ordered by mistake (they ordered "Weathered Wood" instead of "Classic Weathered Wood"). There was no pressure for me to settle for the wrong color even with offering a discount. Bob took care of everything and he told me that they would remove the new shingles and it was their mistake and they would make it right and they did! The final bill was exactly as estimated.

They are not the cheapest. They do very quality roofing. They were very punctual. They stay in complete communication and contact with what is going on. I've worked with them before a few times so I trusted them. You get what you pay for with them.
