+ -1 moreTHE BROTHER WAS INSTALLING FAUCET KNOBS WHICH I PREVIOUSLY HAD HIM LOOK AT BEFORE HE PUT THEM ON AND HE SAID THEY WERE FINE. WHILE HE WAS PUTTING THEM ON HE TOLD ME THE KNOBS WERE CHEAP AND WOULD NOT WORK (YELLING AT ME).HE WANTED EXTRA PAY FOR THE WAIT
