KLEERKOTE POWER WASHING

William did an excellent job in power washing and sealing my concrete paver patio! Now, the 20 year old patio almost looks new! He was prompt, courteous, and easy to contact. I have only positive things to say. I don't think that you will find a better person for this type of job. I would definitely hire him again.

Willam was very easy to work with. I had a bluestone patio which was heavily stained with dirt and mildew and had never been professionally power washed. William worked with me to find the right type of cleaning solution and did an excellent job. The patio is 20 years old and while there were sone residual stains in the stones which could not be removed, overall the patio looks much better. I recommend him and his company highly.

Our deck looks beautiful! William did a great job in spite of some dodgy spring weather. He's always reliable, professional and pleasant.

They were okay. The quality of work was a C. It was average. There was nothing special.

Hired the company to do power wash. They were polite and courteous. After they left, we noticed there were holes in our vinyl siding on 3 sides of our home. We just had our roof replaced and the home was inspected after that job was finished- there were no holes in the siding. Contacted William from Kleer Kote and he stated "you had all kinds of holes in siding prior to us doing the job" and refused to give me their insurance information. I tried calling and messaging him the next day with no reply.

I was under the impression that Kleerkote would contact me by email. After 5 weeks, I contacted them by phone. Set up a date & time..."We'll be there before 10:00a." At 10:30a my husband called Kleerkote and was told they were coming and would be here by 11:00a. They did arrive at 11:00a, but had to ask directions to the nearest gas station as the power washer needed gas. Two positive notes...They did send me an email about a late arrival at 9:59a (although I wasn't home to check my email). The power washing job was done well. Overall, not a great experience. I was very disappointed with the "administrative" side of this company. Thank goodness they did good work!

The company employee arrived on time and did a wonderful job cleaning my home. I highly recommend the company, and William in particular.

We cannot say enough about how wonderful William George and his workers were. Willam was efficient, professional, and thorough. Due to extremely wet weather, some of the work had to be delayed and William kept us well-informed. They did a fabulous job and the results are beautiful! We were very impressed with William George and Kleer Kote. We highly recommend this company.

We made an appointment with Brian Williams, owner, to come out and initially power wash the whole exterior of home for $300 and he was willing to allow for extra time that day we were scheduled to accommodate other items to get done if needed. So, they ended up also power washing the gutters inside and out as well as a small part of roofing over the front porch area and added extra money for the time involved in completing these tasks as well so we paid a total of $500 in the end for all work done. They were did a good job and were open ears if I had things to discuss or concerns and met our expectations that day. We would hire again.

I know now that the next time that I have them they should tell me beforehand so that I would know what I needed to be done with all the fans. I should had it power washed before they came in and then it would have been better for us. This time they did not do that. They were good. He called me and he talked to me, as for all my questions he conversed with me and next time I would give them the object beforehand so they can see what needs to be done, evaluate it. I would probably use them again.

The deck had to be stripped to remove layers of old finish. The eggcrate trellis was powerwashed only to remove dirt.Both were then finished by-hand, brushing on the finish. Other providers wanted to sparay on a finish - which is the quick but low-quality way of applying a wood finish. The finish needs to be brushed into the wood. The trellis was a labor-intensive job since it is an eggcrate construction of a 1' x 1' grid. Even so, they took the time to brush it on to all surfaces. They did it the right way. Other contractors did not want to be bothered to do it the right way, at any price. I was very pleased with the quality of work that William and his crew performed. They did not take the quick-and-dirty low-quality route, as many other providers would have, even after discovering that it was a larger effort than originaly estimated. I very much appreciated the professionalism and work ethic of William. I always look for contractors who take pride in doing the job right. In my experience, many contractors will cut corners if they run into an unanticipated snag. They only want to spend the time and effort euqal to their original estimate. William did not do that. He proceeded to put in the labor and materials needed to do the job right, even before we discussed a price adjustment. I gladly agreed to adjust the price to match the work performed.

I first contact this company a month ago 8/25/2014 for an estimate. I was very specific about what I wanted. This was not a complex problem. I kept corresponding with this person, and would say I am going to contact you and did not. I think a couple of time he emailed me and said do you want your house painted week. I responded by saying you have not given me an estimate. When he came on 9/22/2014 to give me an estimate. He said that he was going to email me with the estimate, but he did not. Therefore, I emailed him to get the estimate. He would get back to this evening. I responded by saying that I needed the estimate because this has been going on for a month. If he could not give me an estimate ; that I was going to find someone else to do the job. Furthermore , I indicated to him I have wasted a month. Apparently, he did not like I what I had to say. He then emailed me and said that he want be able to do the work. Really! My IQ is clearly over 100. He kept trying to find out id I had all the trees cut down at one time or over a period of time. He was trying to figure out how much I could afford pay before he give me the estimate. I am a smart woman and I am very good at reading people, and new where he was going with the delay of giving me an estimate I included the my last response to this guy below.. You must have know that before you came out to give the estimate. I first contacted you a moth ago, and you should have told me that in the being. What you just did is poor business practice. You clearly wasted my time. It was a very simplistic project, and it certainly should not have taken this to tell me what you just said.

Excellent Service provider. Quality work, profesionally completed. Used for 1st powerwashing and then for some exterior painting. Highly recommended and will use for future projects! Very contientious contractor!

They painted the trim very well.

They were dry punctual. And very nice. They worked the full 8 hours, and were dog friendly. They cleaned up when done. It was a really good value.

It was a big job. They were punctual and helpful. They also noticed that the person door on the garage needed painting so they painted that too.

They have been working on my house for three days. I think he is a pleasant gentlemen. He gave me a good price and he works quickly and gets the job done. Also, he gave me some frank advice, good advice. He also gave me referrals for other companies that do the work that he does that he trusts and they are also reasonably price. He was the right man for job.

I bought a living social deal for $50 that provided $150 worth of power washing. After some initial confusion on what that would cover, we were able to work out a deal to power wash my rental house. The work done was exceptional and completed in a timely fashion. The house looked great! I was very happy with the work performed.

We purchased a Living Social coupon for Kleer-Kote, and beforehand, I gave a call to inquire about how far that coupon would get us. Mr. George was immediate in getting back to me, and very courteous on the phone. Based on the information I gave him, it sounded like he would be able to do the job without having to go much over the coupon. When he showed up, he was early! And he was very kind and professional. He was really friendly with our crazy dog, too! He did an assessment of our backyard deck, pergola, and cement patio, and determined it would actually cost much more to power wash all of it than we thought based on our phone chat. We just asked him to do less, and leave the power washing of the cement patio out. When the job was done, he had went ahead and did it anyway as a courtesy to us! :0) How thoughtful. We love the work. It's very clean, and it had many, many years of build-up from the previous owners. We just moved in last week and knew it needed some serious help. Mr. George provided the help in a really nice way, and did a great job!

Mr. George was very professional, courteous and we had a good affiliation with him. Both jobs were done satisfactorily, quickly and professionally, within reasonable cost to us for the work performed. We will have no problems recommending him for any jobs for which he seeks.
