Robert from Edwards Plumbing was exceptional. He was excellent with pricing as well as getting the job complete in a timely fashion. He is very pleasant to work with. I would hire him again for any of my plumbing issues. If I could give 10 stars I would.

It was very good. He came in and he took a very bad situation I had with a water line and I was very pleased with it. I would use them again if I have any other situation come up. He was here quite a while - like three, three and a half hours, so he did do quite a lot of work. It's been functioning well since he repaired it. I communicated with him on the phone and after I explained to him, he just knew what was happening. He knew even before he'd even seen the job, what had to be done, so he was real knowledgeable on that part and he was very good. He was there very quickly. At the time I talked to him, he said he was in the neighborhood, anyway, so he was here probably within 40 minutes. He really saved me a whole lot of grief.

Service was great. They were here on time.

We've used him for 15 years. He has done a number of jobs throughout our home. My children have used him and he always does quality work. I highly recommend him. He will be putting a new liner in on my chimney in the near future. He is very thurough and is out to provide the best service for his customers. Safety is a top priority with him.

We arrived home Saturday, July 5th, to find our hot water heater leaking. We called around to see if we could find a plumber who could service us that day. Not only was it a Saturday, but it was a holiday weekend. We listened to many answering machines before we talked with a real person at Edwards Plumbing. Edwards said they'd send a man out. He came later that evening and took out the old unit. The unit he had brought as a replacement was damaged. It looked like it had been dropped; the top was smashed. The plumber didn't think that the visible damage would impact the functionality of the unit. Because of the plumbing mechanics in our old house, having no hot water meant having no water. If we refused to let him install the damaged unit, we'd have no water until sometime on Monday. We let him install the damaged unit; we have hot water; but I'd never call this company again.

He has done HVAC, plumbing and several other jobs. He is very dependable, trustworthy, reasonable in pricing, professional, etc. Just a solid worker!! We have had him out here more then 10 times and we have never been unsatisfied!!

HE CLEANS UP AFTER HIMSELF. HE'S SUPER. IF HE'S RUNNING LATE HE CALLS YOU. HE'S PROMPT. HE'S NOT A GABBER, HE WORKS. I'VE USED HIM FOR 35 YEARS. HE EXPLAINS TO YOU EXACTLY WHAT HE'S DOING.

THEY WERE EXCELLENT, THEIR PRICING WAS QUITE A BIT CHEAPER THAN OTHERS. HE HAD TO COME BACK A COUPLE TIMES BECAUSE THE WATER COMPANY HADN'T DONE WHAT THEY NEEDED TO DO, AND THEY DIDN'T CHARGE EXTRA FOR THE EXTRA TRIPS. HE WANTED TO MAKE SURE HE HAD DONE THE JOB RIGHT.

OVERALL DID A GREAT JOB. HE WAS ON TIME AND KEPT HIS WORD. HE WAS NOT AFRAID TO EXPLAIN OR ANSWER QUESTIONS. HE WAS A REAL JOKER TOO.

HE DOES EXCELLENT WORK AND IS VERY AFFORDABLE. THE PRICE INCLUDES MATERIALS. HE ALWAYS GIVES MANY OPTIONS AND MAKES GREAT SUGGESTIONS THAT CAN SAVE MONEY. HE EVEN WENT SO FAR AS TO REPLACE MISSING TILE AROUND THE BASE OF OUR TOILET BECAUSE THE BASE OF THE OLDER ONE WAS LARGER THAN THE NEW ONE. I WAS SO IMPRESSED BECAUSE IT SAVED ME FROM HAVING TO GO OUT AN BUY THE TILE MYSELF. ALL OF MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY USE HIM AS WELL AND ALSO HAVE GREAT EXPERIENCES. HE IS WONDERFUL TO WORK WITH! HE IS ALWAYS AVAILABLE AND I COULDNT BE MORE PLEASED.
