+ 0 moreGreat. Webb knew exactly where to go and what to do after we told him what the problem was. He found a clean-out and got to work with the electric snake. Afterward, he tested the toilet by flushing it several times and running water in the sink and the blockage was gone.
Description of Work: Located the clean-out on the toilet sewer pipe (had to dig a little bit into the dirt floor around the base of the pipe) and used the electric snake to remove the root blockage.

+ -1 moreOffice manager never called to report that service truck went into the shop same morning as my service call for a muffler replacement. waited 1.5 hours for crew(2) to show up to perform a 20-25 minute job. Crew was very polite and accommodating. Office manager reported to job after work completed to follow up on status of cleaning out blockage.
Description of Work: Snaked out clogged downspout on southwest corner of home; cleared storm sewer from home to main.

+ -1 moreHE CUT OUT PART OF MY DOWNSPOUT WHICH WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN A PROBLEM IF HE HAD ASKED PERMISSION FIRST. HE DIDN'T COMMUNICATE VERY WELL WHAT WAS GOING ON. HE RUSHED THE JOB. HE DIDN'T GIVE A WARRANTY ON HIS WORK. HE SAYS THE LINE NEEDS REPLACED. I'M NOT SURE THAT 'S THE PROBLEM.
