We are waiting for them to start the work on Wednesday. The quote was $18,000. We had no problem. Their people were very good. The salesperson, Jason has been out several times to ensure that everything is going to be right. Their professionalism is excellent.

I called Daugherty Construction for a major job: Waterproofing, new garage and driveway, and re-do a patio room. I felt like I had to pull teeth to get someone to come out to bid on the job. At first, the estimator was to come out, to talk with me, and he came out to inspect my property when I was not at home. I called Hal to see about getting someone out here, and he was to come out also, but he did not make it. When I finally got the estimator to come out, I had to wait about a week, because the person who did waterproofing was on vacation. When I did get the estimate, I made an appointment on a Thursday evening at 530pm to go over the bid, but he did not show up. Instead he called on Friday to see when we would meet. I told him the appointment was on Thursday, and that I already had a contractor lined up. I would still call Daugherty Contruction, but not for a major project.

Needed estimate for roof replacement for selling of home. Very nice, very professional and easy to talk with and great at answering questions. If I needed more than just estimate at time, I definitely would've used them. Passed estimate and evaluation to new buyers.

Everything went very well from the time of initial contact until completion of the job. They did such a good job of cleaning up that you couldn't even tell they were here. Would use them again in a heartbeat and recommend to anyone who needs a new roof.

Jason, gave us a complete walk through of how this project would go. The crew completed everything in two days, cleaned up after themselves and did an outstanding job. They exceeded expectations and there were surprises. I was very happy with this project. They started in May per my requested. Before I hired them I received six other bids and Daugherty was the most heartfelt and we felt they delivered as promised. This company was head and shoulders above the other six bids we received.

Everything went very well, this was just an estimate. Daugherty Construction was very professional and prompt, they answered all of my questions.

The problem they faced was that they had to put up the roof during the rainy summer. They were nice and very pleasant especially the guy who was managing the whole thing. The job ended up being more expensive than what I thought it would be but I have a feeling everybody is about the same when it comes to this job. Few of their younger workers seemed to be a headache since they were smoking on the premises and stuff like that even though they did stop when I told them to. However in general they were nice and had the best warranty which is why I chose them.

Their prices were too high, but their responsiveness was good and timely.

They do a great job. They are coming back after the snow melts to do siding and gutter work for us.

Daughterty Construction completed the roof on my house and garage in two days and did a nice job. Our salesman, Jason, from Daughterty said that the gutters would be installed in a few days. It took them a few weeks to install the gutters, but they did only the house and not the garage. After several weeks I contacted Jason to ask when the gutters on the garage would be completed. He thought that the job had been done and was surprised to hear that the gutters were not finished. After another week or so, they came back to finish the garage. The lack of communication was disappointing and I would have appreciated a follow up call from Jason to assure customer satisfaction. I also requested an estimate regarding the remodeling of my back porch when I met with Jason initially. I reminded Jason again, but have not received it.

The quoting and repair process went very well. Timely, economical and done right! I will be definately be calling them when I am ready to replace the roof.

They showed up on time when they promised. The work was well done but the general pace of the project was very slow. The constant rain during last year didn't help as there were many days they were unable to work. Everyone was pleasant and professional, but the leader of the project badly needed to learn to take notes on materials needed and things promised to the customer. They had to come back several extra times because they forgot to bring all the materials they needed for the work. They seemed to forget about the last group of repairs/fixes that they promised and started sending me the final bill before they had finished the job. A phone call straighted this out quickly and they admitted fault and finished the job as soon as weather permitted after the call. We love the new porch and have gotten many compliments from the neighbors. I would surely hire these folks again.

They gave me a date for an estimate ,came on time and gave the estimate. They came when they said they would and did the repair quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up. The repair looks good.

Large 3000 sq foot home and three car garage complete tear off and roof replacement. It was the first roof replacement in 40 years. So a lot of the plywood underneath needed to be replaced as well. They showed up Monday on time with their crew (no subs) and were clean, careful, respectful and fast. They actually got the entire house section torn off, wood replaced, flashing and reshingled in one day. There was a full day of rain forecasted for the following day and they didn't want to leave my roof open. They came back Wednesday morning, right on time, after the rain and took care of the garage. Again, clean, quiet, fast and well done. All my neighbors commented on how well they did and how quickly and quietly they worked. They of course cleaned up very well when they finished. I have nothing but good things to say about them

Jason was on time for the appointment to provide an estimate for the job. The price was fair and he was professional in every way. The crew was there a couple days later and completed the job within a day. The company billed me for the service, I only paid a $100 deposit. Great service

This company does beautiful work with the highest level of professionalism. In addition they stand by their work. After a tree fell on our new roof and siding, they repaired the damage to the siding and gutters at cost. They have been back to repair a hole made by a change in air-conditioners at no cost, 3 years later. Jason Carroll is uniformly friendly, helpful, and responsive. His estimates are fair, and he kept to them. When there were deviations—they found more rotting at the foundation than anticipated, he suggested several solutions, and still kept to cost.

They were very professional. They were quick and got the job done neatly in the time frame they said they would do it for us. They were more expensive than others but quality was good. I would use them in the future.

They are wonderful and very professional. Jason is the person who does the estimates and he has been wonderful to work with and very helpful. My overall experience with them so far has been excellent. They will be doing the roof in the end of May.
