Went very well. Provider really make an effort to get things right and did a great job.

Rob and Matt were very punctual every day. They were courteous and professional and worked very hard. Removing the popcorn ceilings and skim coating them was a very dusty and not very pleasant job but they worked tirelessly and went home sore on several days. They contained the dust with plastic covering all the openings to closets and other rooms and covering the walls of the LR. Used dropcloths to protect the floors. Brad, the owner, checked in each morning and sometimes during the day to see how things were progressing. On the last scheduled day Brad brought in 4 other crew members to make sure the job was completed in the timeline he had given me. The rooms look great. This is the second time we have used Best Buy Painting and I would hire them again in the future.

The workers showed up on time and were very friendly. Started to work immediately. When they were finished for the day they put everything back exactly where it was when they arrived. The work area was completely cleaned up. The owner came to do a final walk thru at the end of the job. The three young gentlemen that did the painting were very pleasant and got along well with each other. . I will definitely use this company again.

It was a pleasure doing business with Brad and his crew from start to finish. He responded very promptly to our request for an estimate and was readily available to answer follow up questions which we had before deciding. He and his work crew were efficient, polite and hard working. We are very pleased with the quality of the work and without question would not hesitate to use his services in the future. Additionally, our garage man door needed replacing before painting and the subcontractor, arranged for by Brad, did outstanding work as well.

They were wonderful. I had to postpone the job because I was waiting for new doors to be installed. As soon as that was done, they put me on their schedule as soon as they could and did a wonderful job. The power washing was first and I had no issues with water coming in through windows or doors, as I've heard of other people experiencing. It took a few days to get all of the painting done because I developed a bee problem and so had to have an exterminator come out. After that, the job was finished and they did everything they could to make things exactly the way I requested. I would use them again in a heartbeat and will recommend them without hesitation. I love the way my house looks!

They were a fabulous team. They worked professionally and treated my home with respect. It was a complicated job with very high ceilings and lots of detail. I was delighted with the outcome. They came back to touch up the dings from the movers and carpet installers. Brad is the owner and takes full responsibility for the workers and the work. I recommend them without reservation. We were on a tight schedule and they worked hard to make sure we met it.

It went great. The original price was quoted higher than the actual amount charged as the job was finished quicker then expected. That was very awesome. I was very pleased with the honesty and integrity of Best Buy Painting. There were a couple of spots that were not done to my liking but they were taken care of promptly by the owner. And with a smile. I was very impressed and would use this company again in a heartbeat. Thank you Best Buy Painting.

I had a house that was going up on the market and needed some fresh paint in the interior rooms to liven it up. They knew exactly what to do. They came in, painted everything in neutral colors that would go great with each room, and rook care of any touch up spots in a corner that needed some repair. Fast, clean, great service. Really great to work with. I have nothing but positive things to say about this company.

We called Best Buy Painting based on reviews we read on Angie's List. We had a bedroom and staircase that needed to be painted but before the painting could begin there was wallpaper to remove, walls to repair, ceilings and trim to paint. Brad from Best Buy Painting returned my call within hours of my initial call. Brad was very professional and has strong communication skills. He walked through the property, explained in detail what needed to be done and within 24 hours provided us with an estimate. The estimate clearly outlined the work to be done, itemizing the cost. Within a few weeks we were on the schedule for the work to begin. The job took 2.5 days and the quality of work was exceptional. The crew was punctual, polite, and kept the work site clean. Not only would we recommend Brad and his crew to neighbors and friends, but we plan to call Brad and his crew back in the spring to paint two more rooms. It is a pleasure to know that the next generation has a good work ethic and can be trusted to get the job done to high standard. Thanks Brad.

We requested a quote to paint our entire first floor (kitchen, formal dining room, living room, den, foyers, and staircase), plus repairing water damage and repainting the ceilings in 3 areas of our master bedroom and 3rd floor living area. We also needed wallpaper to be removed from 2 of the rooms, and plaster to be repaired under a window in 1 room where ice dams had caused damage. We contacted Best Buy Painting for an estimate based on good feedback from our neighbor, who had used Best Buy previously. Brad showed great professionalism and a strong customer service orientation in communicating with me before and after he provided an estimate. He was punctual when he came to survey the work, asked good questions to clarify what we needed done, and provided an estimate within 24 hours. The estimate clearly outlined the work to be done, itemizing the cost on a per-room basis, as he promised. Brad explained that his company puts a high priority on quality work and therefore does not price their jobs at the bottom end of the market. After previous experiences with sloppy wall repair and painting jobs from other companies, Brad's approach made sense to me. The price that was quoted was not cheap, but I felt it was reasonable for high-quality work. Brad offered a discount if we accepted the entire proposal at once (versus having only a portion of the work performed, which was an option that we told him we were considering). Ultimately, another painter who had done high-quality work for us previously became available to do our current job at the last minute, and he was able to start the work immediately, at a competitive price. Therefore, we did not use Best Buy for this job. We will certainly consider using Best Buy in the future, and I would recommend them unhesitatingly.

It went so well I was amazed. I had anticipated being totally inconvenienced for a week. Instead, I wasn't inconvenienced at all. The crew came promptly each morning. They kept me informed of what was to be done. Brad came by daily to make sure all was going well. The crew took great care of my furniture. Each afternoon they put things back so the house was livable. They cleaned up every day. Originally the job was to take 5 days. Instead it took 3 and a half days. The crew was very careful and conscientious with their work. If I found any issue, they repaired it immediately. When the job was complete, the crew dry mopped, vacuumed the floors. They replaced all the furniture as it was. All I did was dust a little. It was a great experience. The house looks so much better. I will definitely use them again for the remaining bedrooms.

They were courteous and professional. They finished quicker than anticipated. It took them about 2 days to finish the work. This was the first time I had used their service and I plan on using them again.

After I called the company for an estimate, Brad came out within a couple of days and provided me with a detailed list of the interior job specifications, with prices listed for each area plus a reduced price if I contracted for the whole job. Since I had been highly satisfied with work the company did for me a couple of years ago, I had no hesitation in hiring them again. The team of painters arrived right on time and worked very efficiently. They checked with me if they had a question, and Brad regularly called in to check on progress. Cleanup after the job was excellent, and I was delighted with the final result. I will certainly retain their services in the future and recommend them to friends.

They did some color matching for us. They did fine. I did recommend them to one of my friends.

I liked the people and the owner couldn't have been nicer. However, I still have paint on to the carpet from when they were doing the base boards. Their are also some spots I wanted to be touched up. One of the gentleman got some paint on the chair too but he took care of it. I was pretty aggravated when I saw the final product especially with the wood work.

The work took three days and on each day a crew of the right size was here on time and went right to work. Brad worked with them on the day the house was painted. Brad was responsive to my every question and accommodated extra requests. The crew was very competent and their work was meticulous and excellent. I will call them when I need interior painting done

brad was the most professional, informative and responsive painter that i had worked with during my research to find an exterior painter....his attention to detail, willingness to offer insight and guidance through the course of quoting the project was very much appreciated....i would recommend him first out of any providers for someone to contact if they are looking for a professional, high quality painter....you can find cheaper but if you compare him to the larger companies he is a bargain for a great job!

I had a wonderful experience with Brad and his crew at Best Buy Painting. They painted the exterior of my three story house, and we were very pleaded with the service at every step of the way. Brad was very responsive to all of my questions and everyone in his crew was courteous, professional, and genuinely focused on doing a quality job. The job went exactly how Brad explained it would when we met with him for a consultation. Unfortunately, the weather did not want to cooperate, so the job took longer than expected, but each day, I was contacted promptly in the morning for a status update, and they were willing to work around my schedule the few times I needed to be home. The crew was very neat and tidy and careful not to damage any of my landscaping. Overall, it was very pleasant experience, and I would definitely recommend Best Buy Painting. Thanks guys.

I contacted Brad last year for an estimate, among many others, and found that his price was the most reasonable. He was very responsive and I found him to be very honest in my conversation with him. He advised me to wait until this year to let the fence "weather" before staining it and was only one of a couple that told me to do that. I found later, by going to Home Depot, that weathering the fence first is the way to go. After much deliberation and comparing of estimates, I decided to go with Best Buy. Seeing them in the Angie's List magazine on a regular basis helped me make that decision. I sent them a down payment in March to schedule my fence, but it was not stained until July. Part of that was due to the all the rain that we had this year and we had to wait for it to dry and part of it was that their outside work got backed up due to the rain. I was not impressed with the original power washing that was done on the fence. I did not feel that the time spent on it was adequate and that it was done the way it should have been done. There was still a lot of "gray" left from the weathering and even though i was told it was just the color of the wood from the weathering, I was not convinced. I talked to Brad about this and he sent his crew out again which resulted in them power washing it a second time. I noticed that a lot more "gray" came off this time because they went much slower and were much more deliberate, however, I still believe that it could have been better. Having talked to Home Depot and people that have power washed their own fences, I'm told that it should go back to the original color of the wood and if/when I were to do this again, I would look into alternate ways to power wash before having it stained. Choosing a color was a challenge for me, partly because of my concern that a light color would not cover the remaining "gray". However, once I chose it, and saw it on the fence, I realized that it actually does go "over" that gray. There are definite shadows in the fence but they do blend and the color did look nice once done. I could see while they were staining that the guys definitely knew what they were doing and was comfortable enough to go back to work versus standing and watching them work. Sean was the lead on the staining and had talked to him a couple of time during the power washing and later the staining. Throughout the process, Brad, Sean and all the other guys were very respectful, patient and listened to my concerns and did everything they could to alleviate my fears and do what it took to make me happy. Overall, I was happy with the results and would definitely use them again. They taped everything off and cleaned up when they were done. I was very nervous in the beginning but now that I have actually seen their work, I can say that I would definitely use them again. Brad is very good at returning phone calls the same day, usually within a couple of hours. And he was really good at talking me through the color selection. Overall, I was happy with the results and the only reason I went with a "B" instead of an "A" is the power washing and that I felt that there was a very long lag between the down payment and the work being completed. But as mentioned before, that could have been due to the weather so I'm not holding that against them, but because this is my first experience with them, I don't really know that for sure. I would recommend them and would definitely use them again.

I chose BEST BUY Painting from among three Angie's list recommendations based on their competitive estimate for the work to be done. Brad and his crew did a fine job painting our house. In spite of interruptions caused by frequent rain in our area, BEST BUY Painting expeditiously carried out work that required more than a week of actual work time with a team of at least 6 workers on site most of the time. The crew also used a large boom lift to reach the high dormers on the house and to paint the complicated indention of its broad eaves without dripping paint on the double brick siding of the house. The whole crew was thoughtful and pleasant to interact wit throughout the service period. They also worked with proper concern for both safety and the environment. Further, after they completed their work they returned promptly without complaint to free a couple of windows that became stuck after they left. I will use their services again when needed in the future.

Brad showed up on time and gave me a thorough estimate. He called back later to ask if I had any questions and answered those I asked satisfactorily. After he received my deposit, he called to acknowledge its receipt and to confirm the approximate date they would start (with a caveat about the weather).
