Very smoothly, and professional. Crew was very polite, made quick work of the painting, cleaned up and put the room back in its original condition.. Would use them again and recommended to family.

It looks great. We were also having a new front window installed which was smaller than the original one, because it was kind of massive. It was going to be 2-1/2 feet shorter and the window guys wouldn't come until the painters were finished, which is kind of absurd. But the painters came back and painted the additional couple of feet a couple of week later. Everyone was pretty impressed with them. They scraped for a couple of days, because we don't aluminum sided, it's just cedar, plus it was during that horrible heatwave, so any place that wasn't adhering, they came back fixed those spots. It wasn't cheap. After the Angie's List discount, the cost was $5400 with a $500 deposit. I had three estimates done. They were all about the same price, give or take a few hundred of dollars, and this company was the only ones that did two coats of paint. I think the price was very reasonable. I would give them an "A" all the way down the line. When I put in the deposit, they told me right up front that I was like 57 down on the list. They're quite popular. I would periodically email them to find out where I was down the list. And I also let them know what was going to happen on the street. I was very happy that the cement guys managed to get their equipment out right before they started tearing up the road. I don't know how the painters did it. I don't know if they put me up higher on the list or if it just worked out that way. I would use them again. Eventually I am going to have the interior done.

They were absolutely excellent. We were thinking of another project and we'll call them in for an estimate. They were very professional, they showed up on time and they didn't leave a mess. They just did an excellent job and we've had such bad luck with contractors. This was the third time we've had our house painted because the other times there were just a lot of bad things that happened but they were so good that we were very pleased. There was one major guy who showed up first and he prepped the house and it took him the whole day. He was so meticulous. I was in an out but I'd say the next day a crew of no more than 4 or 5 guys came out. It took them most of the day to do the work. I was gone when they left. We've not had any issues with anything that they did.

All aspects of the job were done professionally according to the agreed upon schedule and budget. I would use them again.

A great job well done! Kim made it very easy for us to arrange the painting of 5 rooms and the re-caulking the bathroom in a duplex we own. We knew the quality of their work as they had previously painted the upstairs unit of the duplex and done work in our home. They arrived on time, got to work and cleaned up after themselves each evening. On top of the painting, we had a problem with a ceiling which had a large crack. Rather than just paint over it for it to crack again, Brad was called and came over to discuss what to do. He opened the ceiling and found a structural problem which the crew fixed, then repainted the ceiling. We totally relied on Best Buy Painting to get the apartment ready to rent. The finished job was great and the place looked wonderful. Kim and the crew make the process so easy for us and kept in constant touch with us before, during and after the job. We will call Best Buy Painting for our next paint job!

Outstanding work!!! Brad quoted the job and was very thorough on his estimate and worked with me on the price for the job. They use quality Sherwin Williams paint. Joe and his crew were meticulous on everything they did. Joe did some small repairs to make sure everything was right. The crew went over and beyond!!! Great communication from all at Best Buy Painting including Kim! I would highly recommend, A+!

The day they came to start they taped off the windows and doors, but the weather became quite threatening so they uncovered some of the windows and entrances. I did tell them they did not have to uncover all, because it seemed to me it would cost them more work when they returned. A day later they called to say they would return after just one day. All of the men were thoughtful workers who did not take any breaks. Frankly, I don't know how anyone can do that, I certainly would not be able to work straight thru the day. After they finished they were kind enough to say when we had our new TV service installed they would be willing to come back and remove the old cords and touch up any painting that would be necessary. We called, they came and did a wonderful job cutting the cords we did not need and touched up the paint. Overall it was a gorgeous and beautiful paint job! We love how our house looks, and the colors are wonderful. A neighbor up the street told me husband how wonderful our house looks. I would certainly recommend Best Buy to everyone. They earned an A in everything. If I knew how to take a picture I would show you the beautiful work. If they have a photo perhaps they could upload it for you.

Three Best Buy employees came out on Tuesday, May 31 and worked steadily for 4 days. They had hoped to finish in 4 days, however, they hadn't made as much progress as they had hoped, and so on Saturday, Brad, the owner, and 3 of his employees came out and worked steadily for 6 hours and finally finished all the painting and the rooms were put back together. My only complaint would be that I kept asking them when they were going to cover the furniture that had been put in the center of the bedrooms and they said they would cover it when they started painting. It was a good thing I had put a whole bunch of old sheets on top of the furniture in the center of the 2 bedrooms before they started sanding because it kept the dust somewhat to a minimum on top of the bed and the furniture. Best Buy is going to do some more painting for me in the near future and I am going to make sure that I stress they need to cover everything BEFORE they start sanding anything! Brad, the owner of Best Buy, is attentive to his customers and aims to please.

It went extremely well. Emails and questions were answered promptly. The workers showed up when they said they would. The men were polite and easy to approach. The house and deck look beautiful. There was much attention to both detail and aesthetics.

I have had 2 amazing experiences with Best Buy. I cannot say enough to everyone about how professional the crew is and how caring they are about the job they have done. Their price is fair and the work is exceptional. I have recommended them to everyone I know and cannot even begin to explain how much they did to get my condo ready for the market. I know that once it is up for sale I will be able to get top dollar and it will sell quickly because of the job they did.

I got quotes from 3 House Painting companies. Chose Best Buy because of 3 reasons 1) Use professional painters (not college students), 2) Competitive price and 3) Local company. I found Best Buy to be very professional, courteous and punctual. Brad (the owner) was flexible with scheduling when I had some need to reschedule. He was responsive and communicative. The painting team lead by Sean was very courteous and professional. They did a really great job. Finished ahead of time. Cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely use them again (and in fact I will for indoor painting).

Great very professional a lot of supervision

We needed nearly the entire interior of our home painted. In the process of searching providers, Brad came to our home for an estimate. He was always professional, courteous, and honest including any extra charges. Their bid was not the lowest we received, but we were most impressed with the information he provided, and that they specified up front which brands of paint they used. Because of timing--we requested work during their busiest season, and we were on vacation part of that time--the wait was about eight weeks. On the appointed day, Bob and his crack team of painters showed up. We'd done as much furniture moving as we could, and they were very helpful in helping us move furniture that we couldn't move. They even helped my wife move boxes into the basement to clear space (caveat: this added time, and we were billed for it). They were always on time, or a little early, every day they came to paint. Our job was large enough that it took five days to complete. They painted everything they were asked to, which included all rooms and two ceilings on the main floor, and 3 of our four bedrooms, in addition to all hallways and baths with some repair of smaller holes in the walls. So far, almost a month later, nothing has needed retouching. Overall, we are happy with the quality of the work and are hopeful it will last us a long time. The process of obtaining an estimate was easy, and the painters were easy to work with. Would use again.

Brad sent his team to initially power wash the house and detached garage. A week later, after it had all dried, a six man crew, led by Shawn, scraped, filled cracks and holes, and made minor repairs. Painting was done on the second day and the final trim and gutter work was done on the third day. The crew was professional, neat, courteous, punctual and very easy to work with. These six guys worked together as a team and despite the oppressive late summer heat and humidity, truly seemed to enjoy their work no matter how difficult. At the end, Shawn took my wife and I around the house to inspect, and any little thing out of place was immediately touched up. Both the house and the old garage had never looked better in their 140 years. Brad stopped by daily to ensure that everything was being done correctly and to chat about the progress of the job. All in all, it was the best experience we had ever had with folks working on the old house.

They did an excellent job. It was really professional. They are prompt and careful. They did quality work. They were extremely dependable. When they said they were showing up, they showed up. I think the price was slightly high.

They finished up today. I had a deal which was for two men for $795. They were very punctual . He gave me a time of arrival and that was the time they arrived. I was very pleased with that. I have not been outside, but I would imagine they have done a good job. I would expect the work is up to my expectations.

The service from Best Buy Painting went very good. They came in and they did a good and efficient job. They did hire one person that had a problem, okay, they terminated him that day and repaired the damage that he did without even a question mark. It is good. That was a big jot. Their quote was inline. I had 4 different quotes. They weren't the cheapest but they weren't the most expensive either. They were right in the middle. Angie's List was the cause me to pick them to do the painting work for me. The quality of the work was good, excellent. The punctuality is definitely an 'A'. I will absolutely use them again in the future.

This is our second awesome experience with Best Buy Painting. We used them at our former home to do outside painting of a two story home. This time we called them in for interior painting of our new residence of one year. Needless to say it was a very good experience once again. The professionalism is outstanding. Attention to detail and customer satisfaction is "awesome." This was an extensive painting job of the complete home which included cathedral ceilings between two levels with different paint colors throughout. They arrived each day on time and cleaned and vacuumed at the end of each day. A 7-day job and completed to our satisfaction down to the last detail. Our home went from a completely white environment to warm colors throughout--just beautiful! Best Buy Painting is our painters of choice and we will be using them again as we continue to make our new home our own. If you are looking for painters you can have confidence in doing the job right, they are well worth the cost!

Owner, Brad, came to give estimate - entire job went beautifully. Total of 4 full days, 4-5 workers every day. They came early and stayed late; very respectful of me and my home. Wonderful clean up too.

It was very very good. They did a little patch work on the wall. They said they would come back and redo it. What happened was, I ended up having a surgery and I never got back to them. I'm sure had I got back to them they would have come out. They were very neat and cleaned everything up and did a very nice job. So I was very pleased with them. The guys were very polite. The gentleman that owns the company came out. He was here at the beginning. Then two workers were here. He came back and checked everything and asked if I had any questions. I said, "No" It wasn't until a day later that I noticed that you could see where some of the framework was. He was real nice. He came out and said, "No. I'll send them back out if you give us a call." I ended up with surgery and never got back to them. They were here right on time. I thought it was a fair price.

It turned out very well. We were very satisfied. They did a great job. They were very professional. It was exactly as they described it to us. They did exactly the work that they were supposed to do. They finished earlier than they thought. They thought it would two and half days or three days and it took a day and half. They had some extra guys. We were very pleased. They were very pleasant and polite. They did a really nice job. They had to repair a couple of ceilings that had settling cracks and they did a real nice job with that too. They responded the same day to us.
