Anyone who is thinking about using this company RUN they are total scammers. The workmanship is unbelievably horrible to say the least,they came into my home caused thousands of dollars damages and refused to fix. I turned them into the Attorney General, BBB called several investigators reporters from three local TV stations. The owner Steve is a habitual liar, he knows how to work the system. He has so many consumers suing him because he can't get anything right. He tells and says how he's been in business for over 40 years. Well I'm not sure how he stays in business when he orders wrong cabinets, countertop, and damages people homes and expects the homeowners to deal with it and be out thousands of dollars. So buyers beware don't do business with Bear Cabinerty you will be sorry and not to mention you will go through **** trying to get money back, rectify any issues that you have. It's been almost a year and I've yet to get any help from anyone ...

We highly recommend Bear Cabinetry. They did a great job from the very first time we went to their office and reviewed our kitchen project with them, to the ordering of the cabinets, to the final installation. They installed over 20 Forevermark cabinets in 5 days and were very attentive to every detail. They answered all our questions during the buying and installation process and went above and beyond to make us happy.

This place is the worst to do business with. They make so many mistakes and poor quality and workmanship. The owner is hard to deal with, he takes your money and doesn't deal with problems that acure which is many. He will say he's been in business for over 40 years but his work is shotty to say the least. The worst experience I've ever had. So words to other potential buyers run find some where else to purchase your stuff.

Order placed on 4/22/17. Almost 9 weeks later and still do not have countertop and only parial order of cabinets. One came damaged and one the wrong size.

I placed an order for cabinets with Bear Cabinetry in the end of April 2012. The cabinets were delivered to my home on June 13, 2012. Upon delivery the wrong cabinets were ordered (composite material was delivered but solid wood was ordered), there were a variety of workmanship issues that needed to be addressed, and several parts were missing (i.e., special order pantry pull-out, handles, door openers, and valance). This issues were brought to the owners attention via email on 6/14/12 with a detailed explanation of the problems and pictures. On 6/16/12 the owner came out to my home to inspect the issues and vowed to make the issues right. The resolve was that cabinets would be reordered and reinstalled and all outstanding incorrect/incomplete work would be done. The new cabinets were reinstalled on 7/31/12 and to date there are still issues with the work being completed in the home. The remaining issues include the microwave shelf not being installed, doors missing from the sink under the cabinet, and no self door closures and several other issues that the installers indicate will be remedied on 8.8.12. In addition to the above referenced issues I have had on ongoing issues with the owner not following through with what he says he is going to do (i.e., the install people are supposed to be here at one time and dont show up at all and no call or they come over four hours later than promised, the owner guaranteeing that things will be done on one day and they still are not resolved) and the owners attitude (i.e., hanging up on me, telling me I am like his ex-wife, telling me he has other paying customers and I should give him a break, and not returning my phone calls after 10 calls being made to him in the same day).

Steve was recommended to me by a neighbor that recently remodeled his kitchen and used Steve's company to supply cabinets. I met with Steve and he quoted me a rough estimate at first as to how much it would be and then came to house and measured my kitchen and gave me a more accurate quote. That cabinets came on time as scheduled and his installers did a nice job installing them. It took 2 days to install. I didn't use them for countertops but I understand they do nice job with laminate Tops. The may also supply Granite but I went with Granite that another supplier provided. There were only a couple things that could have gone wrong had I not caught them before the cabinets were delivered. 1. The kitchen window "center" measurement and the sink base cabinet that was on the plan was not sized correctly. I reviewed the plans carefully and cought this before delivery. Steve had the factory send the correct size before installation. 2. I didn't get a detailed list of what was actually ordered until the order was sent to the Cabinet supplier for shippment. I would have been nice to have a detailed list of what is included before the cabinets were ordered. Overall, Steve did a great job for me and stood by his word and original estimate and the cabinets look great. I wouldn't hesitate to use Steve for your Kitchen Cabinet needs and would use him again.
