+ -1 moreBrian left a flyer in our newspaper slot, and after a face to face conversation with him, he seemed genuine and sincere. The services he offered for lawn care maintenance - including 5 annual fertilizer treatments, grub control, insect control, lawn aeration - were exactly what I was looking for from a provider. Turns out he only applied the first 2 applications and has done no more services. I pre-payed $426 to have 5 weed & feed applications, grub control, 3 perimeter pest control applications, aeration, and winterizer. His flyer states all services are performed each season, and also includes unlimited service calls to spot treat weeds on an as needed basis. Ever since I have paid him, I have not heard a word from him. I have left multiple messages for him, from multiple phone numbers and have received zero communication. He has not held up his end of the contract, and I would never use his services or recommend him in the future. Terrible service, and even worse communication. Very unprofessional, and now I'm left hiring another service mid-year to complete the applications at my house, and am out the money I have already paid to Brian.
Description of Work: More like what did the provider NOT do ... Only services performed were the early spring and late spring fertilization.

Description of Work: Brian seemed honest and professional at the beginning but he didn't do what he agreed to. He was to trench and lay pipe around our rehab house to tie in the downspouts and terminate the pipe to the storm drain. What he did instead was to tie the pipe into the sewer drain which is a violation of the city codes. He never called me to check his progress or I would have stopped him and had him do it correct. He never called me at the end of the job to show me the finished job so I wasn't aware of the shortcut he took until the sewer drain plugged and a plumber had to fix the problem for $450. The plumber had to tear out some of the pipe that Brian had run and it is sitting on the ground at this time dumping the downspout water on the lawn. I tried contacting Brian by phone and email several times and only got one reply to an email saying he would fix the problem and pay the plumbing charge. I have not heard from him since that one email in spite of several attempts to contact him.
