From the beginning phone call to the finished product, the workmen from Adelio's were very good. They came out to give us an estimate within a few days of the first inquiry. started the service within 2 weeks and finished it within a week (after started). After the contract was signed and before the work started, he was honest in his description of what was needed and gave us the option of doing just what we had called about (doing one corner) or the whole side. There was no pressure to do the whole side and he quoted us both prices. We decided that it was more cost efficient to do the entire side. Before the work was started another supervisor came to the house to take pictures so the work could be determined. The gentleman who came, spent an hour with me answering questions and concerns. The 3 men who did the work, arrived every morning on time, started working immediately, answered all my questions, and were very courteous. They put in a full day of work and explained the process as they went along. They also cleaned up every afternoon before they left. We were very satisfied with the work they did and would not hesitate to recommend them to others - in fact we have several times.

From our side it went very smoothly. We were comfortable with Adelio's as soon as we met with them for a quote. We'd known for several years that waterproofing had to happen (our house is 75 years old) and we began to noticed their jobs in the neighborhood. In getting the quote both sides asked lots of questions and they listened to our concerns and were able to make suggestions about the best way to solve the problems. We had a huge tree cut down & stump ground in prep for this and Adelio's took care of pulling out smaller stumps from bushes that were removed. Boards were put down every time a machine or wheelbarrow was moved to protect the grass. Any soil left here was on a tarp and covered with a tarp. We didn't anticipate that the downspouts on one side of the house weren't connected to the storm sewer but that's not something you'd find until you dug it up. I was informed about the situation and next day it was fixed. The workers were punctual and courteous and you could really see them working as a team. Whole job took about a week and a half and except for no plants in the flower beds it looked pretty much like nothing had happened.

Extremely professional in every aspect: arrived as scheduled, finished on time, very responsive to residential job- minimized inconvenience to us and our neighbors. Kept job site clean an orderly.

As we were selling the house, we needed the work done quickly. The original inspection was on a Friday, we had an estimate by Tuesday and everything was complete by the Thursday. Everything was done neatly, professionally and quickly. I was very happy with the work and would use them again.

From the estimate which was very thorough and answered a lot of questions to the supervisor coming before the job and answering more questions, to the crew (3 men) – they all were friendly and very hard workers. They kept us informed of timing, cleaned up every night and after the job was completed. Because the job was adjoining our neighbor’s driveway, they also were very cognizant of her and made sure we told her what was happening. They worked a full day with just a couple short breaks and a lunch break.

First, I called because we had used Adelio's before to snake our drains and were pleased with the service. I told them the kitchen sink wouldn't drain, and after plunging, water (sewage) was running out of the inside cleanout in the basement. They sent Nate over the next day to check it out. Our lines were filled with water and it wasn't moving. He snaked from the outside cleanout and cleared our 1st floor toilet that was not giving us problems. He suggested we have another cleanout put in outside but farther down the line closer to the blockage for the kitchen sink. He called his boss, Sergio, to make sure he was diagnosing it properly. He said he would get it scheduled for a few days out and that it would cost between $750-$1000. He charged me $200 for the drain that he did snake. A few days went by, and I didn't hear from them. In those few days, the problem got worse in the basement, and we were emptying buckets of sewer water trying unsuccessfully to keep it out of the basement. I called Sergio, and he was aware that I was waiting on them. I told him we needed this fixed now since it was getting worse. That afternoon, Nate came back with another worker. They installed the new cleanout and got our drains unplugged within a few hours. Nate told me to keep an eye on it, and he would put us on a 6 month reminder to come and check if roots had grown enough to require snaking again. He also said Adelio's would send me a bill this time and that it would be closer to the low end ($750) because it wasn't as difficult as he thought it would be. A few days later, I received a bill in the mail for $900 for a total of $1100. Although I was pleased with the outcome of the work, I called Sergio to see if I could get the bill adjusted since Nate told me it would be at the low end, and it was not. After explaining the situation to him that the problem wasn't fixed with the first visit and I hadn't asked for that drain to be snaked, he agreed to knock $100 off so that I ultimately paid a total of $1000. So at the end of the day, I am very pleased with the work Adelio's has performed, and their prices are competitive with other plumbers in the area. Their work ethic is admirable, and I feel comfortable that I finally found a reputable plumber in my area that I can rely on for all my plumbing needs!

Nate came and he was very efficient, professional, and did a good job. I am pleased with their service. I have used them in the past and like them a lot.

Job went good. Was very please with price, result, and services. Everyone else I spoke to (6-7 contractors) were telling me to do waterproofing to *hopefully. They came up with the real solution that was a cheaper cost. I couldn't be happier.

I scheduled an install for a new kitchen sink and disposal. My old disposal had started leaking and we wanted a different look with a new composite sink. Appt. set up was easy and prompt and the installer was prompt and courteous. The install went great and In a timely manner. Afterwards I noticed a couple of issues. I wasn't sure if I should ignore the issues or talk to the company about correcting them. After a few days I decided to call and discuss it with the company. They listened to my concerns and came to the house to see what i was describing and also offered a fair solution. Soon after they came back out and corrected the problems to my satisfaction. They did great work and when I had a problem they listened to my concerns and provided an amicable solution.

While using the tv camera took video of the two storm sewers, discovering they were both cracked and broken and blocked with mud. Told us that it was Dominion's responsibility, which it was. Dominion came out and fixed it. Basement is dry!,

Very professional. Jay and Antonio. Knew what they were doing. Very proficient. Knew how to take care of problem and i was very impressed. I do intend to work with them in the future.

A master plumber and his apprentice came to do this job. They replaced a sloppy job from a previous plumber with a much simpler and elegant approach. It took ~4 hours total time for the job, and the final product is useful and should be long-lasting. Quite happy with the skill of the team and the quality of service.

Adelio's Contracting surveyed my basement to give me an idea of repairs I may need to undergo in the future. Their manager Sergio was very professional and showed many years of experience. He answered all my questions and told me what to look for as my house ages. If and when the time comes to make repairs, I will definitely be calling him back.

They came out to do a routine snaking of my storm and sanitary sewer lines and discovered a broken pipe/problem at the tee for the storm sewer. They excavated the tees and replaced them, inspected the remaining pipes, and snaked the lines again (since they had previously been unable to finish snaking the storm sewer line past where it was broken). I communicated with Alex for the quote, scheduling, and follow up. He was great - friendly, professional, responsive.

Rebuilt the drain and flooring of window well as described. Thoroughly professional and reliable. Left job site immaculate. This is the 6th job (if my memory serves me well) that Adelio's has done for us over the years. I continue to call Sergio for a reason! He's a problem solver.

Adelio's did an amazing job from start to finish, and beyond. We had several storm drains (80+ yrs old) that had cracked, causing water to flood our backyard and seep through our basement walls. Adelio's dug up all the old pipes, a window well, waterproofed the exposed walls, and replaced/rebuilt the same. The job was in a tricky area of the house/yard with lots of 90-degree turns and established trees and plants. Before starting the job, the crew carefully removed all our landscaping and "planted" it on plywood boards in our yard (they even watered the plants). After the job was completed, everything was carefully replanted in exactly the same place. As for the drain work, we did have a problem with flooding after the job was completed during several days of heavy rains. Alex came right back out and solved the problem with no hassle and no cost to us. They did an amazing job and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

Had a positive all around experience with this vendor. The initial diagnosis and estimate was provided in a prompt and professional manner, and the work was performed in less time than they originally estimated. The valve replacement work involved removing old valves from 50+ years ago and working in between a lot of existing pipes and after it was all done I found no damage of any kind to the existing infrastructure which impressed me. I plan to use them again.

When Brian snaked the bathtub drain the first time there was no hair or clog when he brought the snake up, yet the water would still not go down. He snaked it again and again with the same results. He went down to the basement and snaked up from the basement pipe. The drain was still not clearing as it should. He then called Alex for suggestions, who came over to assist. I was told that they might have to cut open a pipe in the basement or at worse, get into a pipe in the ceiling of the shower. With a lot of perseverance, Brian continued to snake from the basement pipe up to the bathtub drain and clear it. There was a lot of wipes and paper in the pipe that must have been there for years, even before we moved in. We don't put wipes down the toilet and the family before us had four children. The pipe was finally cleared and the water running swiftly down the drain. When he flushed the toilet there was no more noise. I am thrilled that they did not have to cut a basement pipe or damage the ceiling. Brian and Antonio were very neat. I used Rebath, and you cannot use chemicals or the tub could be damaged. They were very careful and everything was cleaned up with no damage to the tub or floor when they were through.
