Description of Work: Adelios waterproofed the whole perimeter of our home on the outside and they replaced our main water line, that was made of lead. The whole job took just over two weeks. The reason we chose this company is because they coat the walls with cement then cover with an elastomeric membrane that is NOT tar like all the other waterproofers that we had received quotes from. Just give you heads up, Adelios website needs updating to reflect that they don't use tar anymore. We were informed by the City that waterproofing on the inside just redirects the problem whereas on the outside solves the problem. The additional cost of waterproofing on the outside has been well worth it. Another reason we decided to go with these guys is because of their professionalism from day one. Since we have had the work completed we no longer have leaks in the basement and the off smell we were experiencing has disappeared. Our water also smells and tastes better too! The following is a run down of everything Adelios did for us: Obtain necessary permits. Remove landscaping,mdriveway and rear patio, where needed for machine excavation. Cut and remove part of the concrete in our sunroom allowing for hand excavation. Excavate along the basement wall foundation. Haul away soil. Remove existing drain time line and downspout line. Sealed the walls with cement parging, ironite, and elastomeric waterproofing membrane (NOT TAR). Sewer jet the drain tile under the porch from the trench. Inspected the storm and sanitary sewer line from the house to the street. Install new PVC drain tile with clean outs, and downspout lines with risers.Scheduled the City inspections. Backfilled trench with #57 washed gravel to with 18 inches of final grade. Concrete patio not reinstalled but reinstalled in sunroom.Driveway not replaced.Excavated main water line and replaced with copper pipe. From start to finish, Sergio who runs the company was professional, courteous and responded to any query we had very quickly prior to and after the work was completed. He sorted everything we queried before and after, without any issue. His staff reflected his integrity and professionalism also. The waterproofing work comes with a 30 year guarantee which is more than most waterproofers. The final bill honored the $200 Angie's List discount and we have been so impressed overall that we have already recommended the excellent service Adelios provides to two friends.

Description of Work: They were great. Sergio explained everything they were going to do in detail. He did not try to sell me extra work I did not need, unlike the other guys. His crew was there three days and did a great job. We have not had any water issues on the wall they fixed. Great Experience.

Description of Work: THEY DUG INTO MY FRONT YARD TO FIND THE SEWER TEES SO THE CITY CAN DO A DYE TEST. THEY FOUND ONE AND NOT THE OTHER. THEY HAVE TO COME BACK WITH THEIR BIG EQUIPMENT TO DIG DEEPER, THAT IS SCHEDULED FOR THE FIRST WEEK OF AUGUST. AFTER THAT THEY WILL PUT IN A BACKUP VALVE TO PREVENT SEWER BACKUP. SO FAR I HAVE BEEN VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK AND PROFESSIONALISM.

Description of Work: Snaked out lines outside to remove blockage restore flow of ground water so basement would not flood. New owner of new home and I was not sure where everythig was draining too. Description of Work: Purchased coupon for service. Leaky kitchen faucet took two trips. Also cleaned up do-it-yourself job in laundry. Very good work. Responded quickly when first fix did not work.

Description of Work: Adeli responded on the same day that I purchased their offer, scheduling a plumber for a few days later in the week (almost faster than I wanted). The plumber arrived a little early for the scheduled appointment and completed the job withing about 2 hours. He totally cleaned up all evidence of his work and was on his way. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Adelio's gave me an estimate for waterproofing my basement. Their estimate was close to $20,000; I went with another company who quoted about $14,000. Adelio's seemed very professional, and I'm confident that they would have done good work, but I couldn't justify the price differential.

Description of Work: They rebuilt window wells and replaced a lead water line with a regular one. Their service was very good. They did a great job. We would recommend them.
