We expected the work to be done in late June, but much to our surprise and pleasure, Adelio's was able to do the work starting on the second Monday of the month. We were amazed at how quickly the excavation around the house was completed, and how neat the crew was. They sealed the foundation with an elastometric membrane and two inch foam sheets. By Thursday morning, the bed of river gravel had been laid and the new drain tiles and access pipes were installed. The city inspection was completed later that morning, and Adelio's received the OK to begin the back fill. They filled the trenches with gravel up to 18 inches below grade where there was dirt, and to just below grade where new concrete was to be poured. By 2:00 Friday afternoon, all of the dirt had been replaced, as well as the bushes and shrubs they had to remove. Saturday morning, the concrete crew was at the house bright and early, and three and a half hours later, the complete job was finished. Except for areas of the lawn that needed to be reseeded, you couldn't even tell we had any work done. The concrete work was also amazing. The job was expensive - Adelio's was the most expensive quote we received - but based on references we found and information we received from sources at our city, we went with them. And needless to say, we are very happy with the results. Last week we had heavy rains, and there wasn't a drop of water in our basement. Jason, the job foreman, and Sergio, the president of Adelio's, were both very professional and a real pleasure to work with. The Adelio's crew were very conscientious about how they kept the job site. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I had used Adelios before when a pipe broke, but this is the first time I called them to snake out the tub - something that needs to be done every couple of years. Based on previous experience with a couple of other companies, I had set aside some time for cleaning the bathroom after the work was done because it is always such messy work. This time I was shocked when they called me to inspect the work and I discovered that not only was the bathroom still clean, the tub was actually cleaner than when they started! In addition, the two employees that came were pleasant, and kept me informed of everything they were doing. I was very happy.

Adelios was quick to get the job done. They showed up when they said they would and worked quickly. They kept us informed along the way. They were careful to protect our lawn and cleaned up the work site very well when they were done.

They weren't here at 1 o'clock so I called them at 1:30 and asked when they would be here. They said they wouldn't be sending anyone out. I asked why and she said that I had called to cancel the appointment. I explained that I never called and cancelled. The lady on the phone told me there was nothing she could do to help. I was very unhappy. If they were not going to come, they should've called me in advance to let me know instead of arguing with me when I know for a fact that I did not call and cancel. I feel that this is unfair business practice. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Adelio's was fantastic from start to finish. We realized we needed to waterproof one whole side of our house after we noticed some water coming in by the fireplace. After calling, Sergio came out and gave a quote promptly and wasn't pushy like another company I quoted with. Then, he was flexible when we asked to shift around the dates of the work to accommodate my wife's schedule. The job was completed in 3 days, all of which were brutally cold and snowy. The crew was pleasant and took care to preserve all the landscaping so that when it was done, it looks like the area was barely disturbed. Even the ADT signs were put back right where they belonged. Then, Sergio followed up shortly thereafter to ensure that everything was done to my satisfaction and to answer any questions. You can't ask for much more than a competitive price, a crew who shows up when they are supposed to, and high-quality work. I would definitely recommend Adelio's to all my friends and neighbors.

We had water coming into our basement at one corner of the house and 18 feet along one side and 3feet along the other side of the adjacent walls. Sergio came out and advised us on our options. We decided to have the waterproofing done from the outside. We are very happy with the work of Sergio's staff, hand-digging 8 feet deep along the outside of our house walls and doing a great and professional job. Thank you to Sergio and his staff and workers! We would highly recommend Adelio's to anybody!

It went excellently. The owner of the business is the one you contact when you make an appointment. Sergio is very professional, competent and knows what he is doing. I had no negative experience with any of his worker and when they were finished they left my yard so clean I didn't even have to rake any leaves. The price was 2% cheaper than the next bid and the work was 100%! I have already referred them to two other people.

Everything went as described on the proposal. Work was completed ahead of schedule. Professional and courteous work crew. Cannot comment on price since this was the only contractor I contacted to bid on the work.

First day 1 person came out to research the problem. 2nd day two young gentlemen came out to dig the hole and add a storm line to the existing storm drain. Both men worked quickly and explained to me what they were doing. I was able to see the camera go through the line and show how the roots were now gone. Total cost was 1,300.00

They were able to clean the drain pipe just from accessing the piping under my bathroom sink. This avoided replacing the drain piping by removing my kitchen ceiling. They saved me considerable expense and inconvenience.

The crews were accommodating, on time, and overall, were a great group of guys. The work was completed as quickly as possible, and the install is rock solid. Everything was spotless when they left. With the quality of the work and knowledge of the crews, they left us with the utmost confidence that this will be the permanent solution to our foundation issues.

Extremely pleased with the work performed by the Adelios team. In addition to waterproofing my entire foundation, they also performed plumbing work in my garage and back patio. The entire team was hard working and very responsive. I was kept very informed throughout the entire project which took about three total weeks (big project). I could not be any happier with their work and their team members!

It went very well- We scheduled the appointment and Sergio was very prompt and courteous which I appreciate. It was immediately evident that they were more Company then I needed but Sergio was very professional and discussed possible causes of water in the basement. He offered options that I should investigate. He was correct and moving the downspout proved to be a wise decision.

Everything went very smoothly. The toilet tank wasn't difficult -- I just didn't want to do a shoddy job so I'd rather have someone do it the right way, the first time out. My shower handles were more troublesome to me but the leaks were stopped and it's now a functional shower. It's the original plumbing in our 1950's tiled wall shower. I'm rarely comfortable when we begin messing with the old plumbing.

Sergio sent out Jason and his crew to take care of the excavation of the trench , the removal of the existing pipes and installation of the new pipes with new clean outs. An equal section of sanitary sewer was also replaced to safeguard both sewer lines. It was a pleasure to watch the total precision work of this experienced crew. This was a big job and it was accomplished in a little more than one day, and a neat and clean work area left behind I A day after we had torrential rains again. We went to inspect the basement, totally dry, problem solved! Thank you, Sergio, Jason and crew and all the other company members that helped us. It was a pleasure working with you!

Nathan and Dave came out. The gas company said I had a gas leak. Nathan and Dave replaced some shutoff valves and other things I'm not sure what they were, but where the leaks were. They worked from 12:45 to 6:15. They tested and re-tested it. They did a wonderful job. They were thorough, professional, and didn't leave until they checked it several times to make sure there were no more leaks and I could call the gas company to have them turn the gas back on. I used them before and I will use them again. On the Thursday, I smelled a slight odor of gas. I called them again. They told me to open the windows for two days and to call back if I still smell gas. I did that and the gas smell is totally gone. The owner called me today to check on everything.

They came, explained the process, and dud the job. Looks great.

I very impressed. I called and they informed they were busy. I explained it was a bit of an emergency due to the holiday weekend, and they scheduled & serviced me the same day! Ryan did a great job. Also, installed the Pure filter which I was having difficulty with. They are great!
