They did a fine job. He had told me, when he fixed the toilet, that it may need another part. He told me I could call back if there were still problems. It running again right now, but I will call him back for more repairs.

Arrived a little late {15 minutes} but was fast, courteous, and efficient. Replace one that was cracked and had to solder the others. Had the right tools and was done in 1.25 hours. Asked me if I wanted anything else done as I still had 45 minutes of work left. I said no as the job I needed done was done.

They arrived on time and cleaned up nicely and were under the estimate provided.

Asked to quote on sewer cleaning. Provided an 800.00 quote, then changed the quote to say, NOT TO EXCEED 1000.00. Based on what we talked about doing, I decided to go ahead with them. Took several weeks to actually schedule a time to do the work. When they came out, the workers were very nice and good to work with. They did the job as they could. Found that we had a blocked section of the drain tiles that they could not clean and indicated that it would have to be dug up and replaced. I figured that.... But they said they were going to use a TV camera after they cleaned out what they could and never did use it. When they were done, the said they would send me a final bill and estimate for the replacement. About a week later got the bill and estimate. They HELD to the 1000.00 quote, which I think was actually HIGH for the actual work they did and the quote to replace the broken tiles, was about 1000.00 higher that I would have expected. I would not use them again.

Alex came out and was very courteous and introduced himself--shaking my hand. He assessed the problem: I had a sink leaking in one of the bathrooms. He said that it wouldn't take long to fix that, and asked what else he could do for me. He cleared two other drains and gave excellent advice for cleaning my aerator so as to prevent condensation in our bathroom that had resulted in peeling paint on the ceiling. He offered to replace items back under the bathroom sink, and left everything the way he found it.

Overall the work was outstanding. Cleaning out the drain tile, adding drains and clean outs for future maintenance was done effectively and in a timely manner. This was not an easy problem but the work Adelio's did has taken care of the problem for now. Our yard has some big trees that create problems with drains and drain tile. We have future work we need to have done to address proper drainage from our yard (our lovely trees!) We will certainly look to Sergio and his team to help us resolve those issues as well. Highly recommended!

Contacted Adelios to have our yard re-graded. My call was returned promptly. Was advised that they really didn't do excavating/re-grading jobs. He took the time to make suggestions as to the type of company I might contact. He was very helpful, and I would contact them for future for jobs within their line of business.

Adelios came by twice, once for the snaking and sewer jetting and once again to repair downspout pipes that were blocked. The house that I purchased is a fixer upper and the previous owner did not perform home maintenance the way that it is needed to be done. Because of that one of the storm drains was blocked. Sergio offered a few options to me to address the issue. He in fact steered me away from the expensive option as he felt it was not needed in order for the home to function properly. To repair the drains that were already existing would likely required significant excavation, perhaps even under my porch and garage. Instead he offered an "outside the box" solution that simply re-directed the one non functioning downspout drain to one that did function. I sincerely appreciated the honest approach he had and would recommend Adelios highly.

badly--never stopped the leaking. They blamed it on everyone else they could--windows leaking, seweres, etc.. Then, to extend the area they did workon, they offered a price quote of 3 times as much as the original job cost for half the work. When I asked why, I was told that because of the really wet year, they were asking thes prices (i.e, because they could get that much). I think it is price gouging and and would not pay the extra money to get them to fix the work that never solved the problem. I would not deal with threse guys again.

The company owner, Sergio, did the estimate; then came to the site on the day of service and helped with the job for the first part of the day. Jason, the technician, was professional, as always. He had come in the past and remembered the job from the year prior. Very neat and polite.

I have researched a lot of places. I used them probably in March. They came when they said they were going to come. Their price was the same as others. They put in their best work and I had no complaints.

If every contractor was like Sergio DiFranco, from Adelio's, we would not need Angie's List. From the moment that I called for a quote I was incredibly impressed by Sergio's professionalism, knowledge, responsiveness and integrity. He is the kind of contractor that you want to have working on your house. He is incredibly knowledgable about the field of waterproofing, and has well-researched reasons regarding his methodology. He showed up on time, he made me feel confident that he knew what he was talking about. He listened to my requests and answered all of my questions. What was really terrific about Sergio was that he was not pushy. He presented his proposal and followed up to ask if there were any questions. His quote was honest and fair. I very much appreciated the fact that he did not diss other contractors in my presence; I found it disconcerting when other contractors, quoting this same job, made disparaging remarks about their competition. Sergio is much too professional to ever stoop to that level; yet another reason that I was impressed with him. I am in sticker shock and not doing this project right at the moment, though it needs to be done. My absolute, without-a-doubt first choice contractor, for this work, is Sergio from Adelio's.

Did the work as promised, for the price agreed. Very gentle on the grass and bushes.

He came out and looked at the windows and said he would do the windows but he couldn't do it right then and there. He said to wait until the season died down a little bit and they would have some service men available. I called him and told him we were ready but he told me the price was going to be $1000 for 4 windows!!! He would really only have to put in one new sill and then do caulking. He pretty much doubled the price from the first time he quoted me. He was a very nice person but the price was just too much.

Great experience. The project was completed on time and within budget. Adelio's Contracting personnel were professional from start to finish.

Sergio estimated the cost to waterprooof our basement in Lakeline in the winter of 2010. He kept in contact over the winter and set up a schedule to do the work in the spring. He was prompt and courteous as were all his men. They stayed on the job (weather permitting) until the work was complete. Everyday they cleaned up the area and either took their tools or stacked them neatly aside so as not to interfere with any house functions. The job went well and Sergio or his crew answered any questions I raised while the job was being done. They did everything they said they would do when the job was quoted. The warranty paper work was delivered as promised. The basement has never been as dry as it has been in the last year. I would recommend Sergio DFranco and his company to anyone needing waterproofing services.

He has quoted me $3800 for one wall. He was professional and on time. I liked him because he had good ratings on the internet. He seemed to know what he was doing.

They worked very independantly and did a very, very good job. They saved us some money as well.

Overall, the experience was good. They were extremely punctual, arriving the next day after we called. They were also very professional & actually finished the work that was done by another contractor, and that's something that they didn't have to do. The price was reasonable. I'm happy with their services.

I waited over a year to file this report intentionally. I wanted to be sure that our house is indeed better and it is. We bought the home w a sump pump and a B-Dry system in basement. Husband joked that the sump pump went off when someone spat on the sidewalk out front. Couldn't store anything down there - even w multiple dehumidifiers - because of moisture. From beginning to end the company went out of their way to be courteous, responsive, polite and efficient. Sergio and fam found that not only were the pipes 100% occluded but drain tile was installed when house built hundred years ago 6 in higher than foundation. (This is not good.) They dug around house, UNDER crawlspaces and stairs (by hand), replaced everything, replanted everything, worked above and beyond to replace and get house back in shape incl installing a temporary walk where concrete had to be ripped out until the concrete guy could come. They came out TWICE at no charge to add more fill to parts of yard that were sinking after excavation. The company worked out a great payment plan for us. And the basement 18 months later: it's dry as a bone. Gave them a B on price only because it was a lot of money and we still joke about how painful the price was - but yes, it was worth every penny and more.

The company was punctual and communicated quite well different steps involved in the process and what the different outcome options were. They held into the budget.

We were in a bind when selling our house because the buyer's inspector claimed that we had to do $16,000 of waterproofing in order to make the basement usable. Sergio came out the next day to make his own estimate and said he should be able to take care of the basement by waterproofing one wall. The house deal fell through but we went ahead with the waterproofing anyway. We were happy with the work done (the basement has stayed dry). I do have a few quibbles: -The equipment was parked on our front lawn for several days -- since it was summer it effectively killed our lawn. -The guys originally ran the gutter right into the cleanouts which is not allowed in our city (and had been explained originally) -- but this was fixed in short order. -The guys also made a crack in our siding about a foot long with their machines. I did bring this to the owner's attention and was hoping to get some kind of break with the final cost (although I didn't spell that out) but nothing was done about it. Nevertheless I felt like it was an overall job well done and I remain grateful that they were so responsive when we really needed them.

They are very good. They showed up when they said they would for the estimate. They mailed us the estimate and we asked for more information on additional work on the estimate, which they complied with. Everything was in writing. They showed up when they said they were going to show up. Their work is very good from what we can see at this point. They did exactly what they said they would do. They cleaned up nicely and things are good.

Adelio's price was competitive, but certainly not the least expensive estimate we received. Thank goodness we decided to go with them.The company did a magnificent job with the waterproofing; the basement has been completely dry for years. All I can say is this company is first-rate. They are professional, honest, do quality work, and are a pleasure to work with in every way. A few times, I've called Sergio at the last minute, requesting he come out to do some work. He's always right there, giving prompt and highly professional service. Perhaps one of the things I most liked about the company was how well they cleaned up after the waterproofing job. We lived with mud, dirt, and a dug up backyard for many weeks, but once Adelio's was gone, the property looked better than it did when they started digging. It was such a relief to have our clean, landscaped backyard back again thanks to Adelio's. I would highly recommend this company even if you get lower bids. You'll thank yourself years later!

Overall Adelio's did a great job. They were very professional, arrived to the work site each day as planned, and always left the work site clean and orderly each day prior to leaving. They even arranged to have my air conditioner unhooked and moved in order to dig where they needed to. They also had it hooked back up upon job completion. The drain in my driveway works perfectly now no matter how hard it rains. Thanks Adelio's! Would definitely use them again.
