He arrived on time put covers on feet and gracious to the family. Did not intrude o n baby or wife upstairs. I had anusiance with a dripping seackit, kitchen facetts (X2) and bath tub and running water if commode was flushed.He fixed it all wennt to purshase parts and new faucet. All in 4 hours and most of the time was cover and encluded new faucet and commode parts.

They came on time. Discussed what we wanted to be done. We did not have the replacement part so he had to go back to office ande get it. Did not take too long, he came back and finish the job. Offered to look at our firplace problem and was honest enough to advice us we need a fireplace specialist. Good attitude and very professional. We definitely kept the contact info for future projects.

No only did this provider do the work described in the big deal, he went to home depot after I had told him that I needed something done with my shower head. He showed me a book with different shower heads and I chose one. This service was above and beyond what I had expected. He was quick efficient and I did not expect him to leave and go to the store. I would use him again.

They were professional in their service and they brought communication down to a lamen's level in a nice casual way.

Adelio's fixed a toilet that would not stop running, although initially the toilet was not fixed. After I called to complain, soon after the plumber left, the plumber returned the very next day and changed a faulty part he had installed, without additional charge. During the first visit, he also tweaked two other toilets that either didn't flush well, including replacing a flapper in a basement toilet that ran on occasion. The toilets now work much better. The plumber also installed an outside faucet where one had to be removed late last fall when another company did basement waterproofing. We did not test the faucet as it was snowy and we didn't want to turn on the water then for fear of the pipe freezing. Adelio's said to call them back in spring when the water is turned on if there is any problem. Throughout, the plumber was professional and cordial, very neat, putting on clean boot covers when he entered our house, and offered helpful advice for plumbing issues in our mid-1950s home.

He understood exactly what I wanted and worked so quickly that I had him do much more work than I thought he could. He found problems that I did not expect, so he showed initiative to resolve them. He was very efficient, courteous and professional. He also was very neat.

The man that came to do the job was very professional: punctual, knowledgeable, friendly, and neat. (took the old toilet away) Besides being quick and efficient. He did a wonderful job. I would absolutely recommend Adelio's Contracting Co.

This was the best plumber experience we ever had. He had been hired for 3 hours of plumbing for $99 through an Angie's big deal. We were moving to a new house with many plumbing problems and he just went from one to the other and fixed everything during the 3 hour time! He really did a great job, is a very nice and interesting person, and would recommend him to everyone!

Alex was very prompt. Did the work that needed done and then was extremely helpful in helping to solve a problem with a leak that I was concerned about and didn't know where it was coming from. Overall a very positive experience.

We were getting water coming through the floor of our basement during a heavy rain, in spite of having an indoor waterproofing system. I found Adelios through Angies List, and unlike other companies, Sergio answered my phone call promptly and came out right away. He proposed a plan to investigate what the problem was, and to make a long story short, it turned out that the storm sewer line was completely blocked with dirt and roots. The plumber Alex spent some time trying to suction it out and prevent the expense of excavation, but to no avail, so it needed to be replaced . I think Sergio takes a lot of pride in his company and wants to give the customer a quality job. Before going ahead with the job, I asked someone I know who is knowledgeable about the price, and I also called another contractor on Angies list, describing the work and asking him if he thought he could give a better price. Both of these people told me that the price we had received was "in the ball park," and since both Sergio and Alex inspired my confidence in terms of knowledge and reliability, we went ahead with Adelios. (This is why I put N/A by the price, because I didn't really get other estimates, so I'm not sure whether I might have saved a few dollars. But from my experience, I would rather go with someone who appears experienced, reliable, and knowledgeable rather than to get the cheapest price.) About two weeks after the job, we noticed that the sump pump was going on alot, and that we had a little water in the basement. I called Adelios and Alex the plumber came out within an hour, which I greatly appreciated. He investigated and found that a large root had slipped off the snake and stayed under my house, and was causing the problem, and he fixed it right away. Since then, everything seems fine. I think Adelios did the job in an efficient manner and with good communication. I would feel confident in using them in the future.

Sergio came out promptly when I called. We had had him out to clean drains previuosly and knew we had cracked tiles. We have had water leaking into the basement during rains. He took his time and discussed solutions. Our house is 97 years old and the back has an add on with no basement. He was able to waterproof the front and side of the basement and replaced drain tiles. The original drain tile line was not where it should have been and he corrected it as part of the original job. He found a cracked pipe in the front yard and was able to divert the water to another pipe. He saved us the additional cost of digging up the front yard by doing the former. He was honest about what he could do for the back of the original basement. He sewer jetted the back as far as he could. Everyone was very professional and took care of the yard and bushes. I was very pleased with their professionalism and solutions to unforseen problems. We have had rain since then and our basement is dry.

The technician came on time and went straight to work. He located the sidewalk clean-out of the storm sewer line and tried to snake from there, but did not go through. Then he tried to snake from the downspout towards the street, but could not go very far either. Sanitary sewer line was not touched. The total time he spend on the premise was no more than 1hr. Sergio came and later gave a proposal to dig up and replace the storm/sanitary sew lines. I decided not to go with him. But for the 1 hr work, he charged $200, although we did not benefit much from the service.

They should up on time. The service tech did a very thorough job and took the time to make sure he did the job well and to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend this company to others.

"Alex" was on time, conducted a walk-through with me to understand what was expected, and provided an estimate of time. He answered all my questions and then explained what he would do. Fully met my expectations on each of the three items. His work was neat and he left nothing to "cleanup". A very pleasant young man who represented his company well. I recommend this company.

To say the work as well as the workmen were fabulous is an understatement! It is a messy job when you excavate near an entrance door. Adelio's kept the mess to a minimum, over cleaning before they left! The job was performed better than on time-Sergio's estimate was 5 days work, it was totally finished in 4 days. The men worked long hours, showed up when it rained, were pleasant and efficient! We would never use any other company-Adelio's is the best!

The service call went very well. The service man was prompt and efficient.

During a heavy rain, water would infiltrate our basement immediately around where the water line enters the house as well as another wall on the other side of the house. We would get a good inch of flooding in the basement during these rains. Around the water line, it was as if a water spigot had been turned on while the second area was only half as intense. Adelios assessed the situation and recommended we only waterproof the more serious leak which also would be the cheaper to fix. They believed that by fixing the major problem there was a strong likelihood that the second leak would also be fixed. If not, it was a problem that could be addressed at a later time if needed. We choose to do only the one area of our house. Adelios did the work, in a timely and professional manner, and we are very satisfied with the quality of the job they did. The work was performed in the summer of 2011, which was an incredibly wet year, and after more than a year -- and after many heavy rains that would previously flood our basement -- our basement has been completely dry. They completely fixed our problem. What's more, by following their recommendation, they saved us a great sum of money by not waterproofing an area that did not need it.

The moisture was from the really wet fall & winter seasons. I hired them because I wasn't getting much response from other companies I called. We were also pretty desperate because of the water coming through. They did the work & we haven't had any leaks thus far, though the spring & summer has been very dry, so it's hard to tell. They didn't do the best finish or clean up I'm afraid though. However, it was raining the whole time they were doing the job, so it couldn't have been easy work to do. Time will tell over this next winter how things turned out for sure!

It was great. They did a good job. We had the work done once before and it didn’t pan out too good. Once we had them, the work has stood up fine and the problem is doing much better. I would recommend them. They offered a discount through Angie’s List.

Adelios was a great company to work with. They are prompt and efficient, very thorough. Their prices are slightly high, but you get great quality and service - so it's worth it!
