For years we had, had moisture problems on two sides of the basement where there is poor outside drainage. We had a number of contractors look at the problem and felt that Adelio's proposed the best solution. The work involved digging down to the bottom of the footer, replacing the drainage pipes, adding two clean out ports, repairing the walls, applying an elastomeric coating, adding foam board insulation, replacing the old window wells, backfilling with gravel, and finding and repairing a detached outlet pipe. The job couldn't have gone better. The crew was very professional and hard-working. Their supervisor checked in once or twice a day to make sure everything was going well and to answer any questions. Great care was taken to prevent any damage to our lawns. While digging, the backhoe slightly damaged the siding of our house. The operator informed me immediately, and the company sent out a contractor to do the repair. As home owners we have done to have a number of major projects done over the years. Adelio's is one of the best contractors we have worked with.

They were able to start the job in a timely manner. ALWAYS came when they were supposed to & on time. Answered all questions thoroughly & addressed all my concerns, returned all phone calls. A supervisor visited the job daily & I was able to talk over the daily progress with him. Left the work area clean & secured at the end of each work day. Workman were both friendly & very professional. When the piping & waterproofing work was completed. The front yard area was left in beautiful shape & topsoil was brought in. So I'm able to proceed with whatever landscaping I choose. Sidewalks & driveway were left super clean. Very impressed with this company. My friend who has kept up her home beautifully over the years had recommended them highly to me.

Mr. Defranco came and explained the process of what would be done and I was told the price. I did have two other contractors come and see what they could do for me. They were all in the same ballpark for the price. I did ask Mr. Defranco if he offers a cash discount and he did give me a savings of 500.00 off. Mr. Difranco call me ahead of time to check with my schedule. The guys came around 8am and left maybe around 3:30pm they cleaned up each day. This was a small job it took them two and half days to complete. Also having a warranty is another reason why I went with this company.

It was great overall. They were punctual, quick and clean. It was a positive experience.

It took them about a month to get started. It was very, very hot, and they disconnected the air conditioner, then we're not able to reconnect it. I had to buy a whole new central air unit. They were hired to reinforce basement walls that cracked due to frost heave. The walls cracked again the next freeze. They were nice, though.

I had some minor water issues in my basement. I had gotten an estimate from another company that immediately said they'd have to trench around the house foundation to the footer tiles and gave me an estimate of $7000-$9000. Dansk thought that probably there was nothing wrong other than clogged drains, not allowing water to move away from the foundation. They warned me if this drain clean-out didn't work, it might get to the expensive process of digging everything out, but felt strongly this would take care of the problem. They were correct, just snaking-out the downspouts and window wells worked and saved me a lot of money. The office staff and workers at the house were very professional with good communication throughout. Work was scheduled as soon as weather permitted and completed in 1 day. I couldn't have been more pleased with Dansk.

Very well. We had contracted with Adelios in late August, with the understanding they would probably not be able to do the work until winter or spring. In October, Sergio called to say their schedule had improved and they would be able to start next week. The crew arrived on schedule and completed the majority of the work that week, as expected. We found all crew members to be careful and responsive to questions; having done considerable research before the work began, I believe all work was done correctly. A wire to outdoor lighting was cut during digging and after the work was complete, it proved difficult to locate the buried wire ? but they made no excuses and did what was necessary to complete the repair. One small and one large set of brick entry steps had to be removed and then re-created after excavation was finished. As I had been told, they used a sub-contractor for this work and we could not possibly be more please with the quality of this work. There is no way around it ? excavating a foundation is dirty, messy work. This crew was careful and as neat as can be expected for this kind of a job.

They were fine, responsive. and informative We had hoped to use them again in our apartment building but they unable to come out and we ended up going with a different provider who was $200 more expensive.

It went very well with them. Communication was solid and I was very impressed with his depth of knowledge and that he truly cared and didn't rush with the work. The price of the service was reasonable and as expected. They were really responsive and good about not doing work without approval. I feel they treated me well and I was impressed with the scope of services they offer. I would recommend their service to others.

Adelios has been very responsive, patient and understanding with the process that we in the middle of.

They are 'A' all the way. I had my basement waterproofed and I was still getting water. So they came out and examined under my house with cameras that they put down and they looked under my home. They said everything looked sound but they found the problem which was at the end f the driveway. When the city put in a drainage sewer they didn't tie in my line of drainage of my house to the street. They didn't connect it so I had water backing up from the street into my house. So they found that, they ran water through my gutter system and they watched the water drained underground to the end of my driveway and they found that it wasn't connected. They came out for an estimate and I was told that there were 2 of their guys up the street working and they could come right away. I couldn't believe it. My problem was solved. They also put in a new drain from my drainage pipe in my basement that went to my sump pump and they put up a battery backup. So they did quite a bit so everything came up to almost $3500. I would highly recommend them and the owner of the compnay is very honest. He fixed the drainage in the street that same day.

Sergio an his Dad have been my go to guys for 13 years and two houses. They have done a water line, sewer repairs, and routine snaking. All their work is top notch and they come quickly.

This company went above and beyond to respond to an emergent call this morning. We had not used this company before but in a state of panic we went to Angie's list. Finding Adelio's was a blessing! Last night at about 11pm, we found that the shut off valve to a second story bathroom toilet was not working as expected thanks to the water dripping into the Kitchen/Family room. Water had to be shut off to the entire house. Called Adelio's this morning shortly after 8:15. Alex the plumber called us back within 10 minutes. He was here in less than an hour for this quick repair. He made it look so easy but we know better. He was very professional, made quick work of our project and my water was restored. Alex thank you so much for what you did! We will definitely keep this number handy. Well worth the money we had to pay to have piece of mind that there would be no more leaks!

Adelio's Contracting Co was called to give me a quote to waterproof my basement. He was patient and explained the drainage system and did not take advantage of my lack of knowledge about waterproofing. There was a broken pipe that became visible in March because water gusted from it cause the ground around it to eroded away. The pipe is near the porch and far enough away from the basement that I thought it may not be this issue. Sergio Adelio said this pipe might be the sole cause for the water in the basement. He suggested to fix this problem first and see if water would come back into the basement. He also fixed another problem all for $400. Since he fixed the pipe (approx. 1 month ago) there has been several heavy rain storms but I have not seen any water in the basement since that time! I'm so thankful for Sergio's honesty and expertise in how he approach resolving the issue!

The 28 year old plumber, Alex, who was in charge of the job did a great job. He was very polite, punctual and helpful. We had a couple of weird things happen (someone stole our water meter) right after he completed the job and he was quick to come back and take care of it. The only other thing worth mentioning was the brass light the workers knocked out of the masonry. The owner fixed this promptly when informed about it. I didn't realize that after a new main water line, bits of debris come off of the old galvanized lines causing the water pressure throughout the house to really weaken. In our kitchen, we barely had water at all. I had to buy a new faucet ($380) and Alex came to install it. Also, apparently, when you put in a new water line, toilets run afterwards. Incessantly. Alex came to adjust the toilets and said he needed to add a part to the master toilet. We were gone for a week right after this, but upon our return noticed that the toilet was still running . Each time I thought to call, it was late at night. Finally, today, a week later, I remembered to call. The owner said I was ?looking for free work?. I was completely taken aback. I never once asked for so much as a discount, much less something FREE. I completely expected to be charged for all the work they were doing! I explained to him that he was mistaken, but he continued to suggest that since it had been ?three weeks?, he wasn?t going to take responsibility for it. It?s a running toilet, not a broken levy. I can certainly find someone else to take care of this. But it is significant to mention this experience because it certainly demonstrates a lack of customer service. I had to deduct points from the overall Angie?s List score because of a lack of professionalism on the owners part, and only a ?C? for quality, since the problems that are associated with the job he did are ones that he not only ?will not take responsibility for?, but suggested that I caused the problem! I will certainly be sharing this experience with friends and neighbors.

Scheduling was great and they were able to squeeze us in. They worked a full day each day. We were moving and needed to have it done. Communication was great and they explained each step. They made this an easy process. They also had really good clean-up.

Great! initially Sergio said they couldn't get out til June, but i pleaded with him because of my pond and fish. I am grateful for the speedy service. (in the midst of a snowstorm!)

Alex showed up early - looked at the existing toilet and decided he needed a different size toilet to better fit the basement bathroom. He left to get the toilet - came back a little later and did the install. Unfortunately the toilet didn't seat correctly and after he left I noticed some water on the floor after flushing it several times. I called the office and they had Alex come back that afternoon to take care of it. He fixed it and it's been flawless ever since. We're very happy with the new toilet - works 100 times better than the crappy (ha) one that we replaced. Alex was very pleasant and professional - would definitely call them again for plumbing work.

The guy was perfectly capable. I ended up having to pay some more because we needed something additional and I can't remember what it was. It was maybe another $50. He had to go and buy something for the toilet. I had the toilet but there was something else that was needed. He ended up having to go to the store to buy something. He did a nice job! The installation turned out great. The price was good, we got one toilet removed and another installed. He was on time.
