Great. They were very professional and punctual.

The electrician also helped me carry the cooktop and wall oven out to garage along with the cabinets they were in. I had to reschedule twice and they were easy to work with each time I rescheduled. They stayed within the bid estimate and performed some extra work also. Best electrical contractors I have ever worked with.

Arrived on time, did the job for the price agreed. I'm very happy. I have used Waibel for several small jobs and I'm always satisfied.

Waible staff were able to isolate the problem, needed to disconnect live service, install two new panels and reconnect live service over a two day span from the time we contacted them.

All repaired. Chris and Adam were quite helpful and worked tirelessly to find the hidden junction box causing the problem. They did not waste time and work very hard. Marc the scheduling manager was really helpful as well.

Super. I had expected to replace a very noisy master bath fan, but my phone estimate was that I probably would need to replace only the motor and thereby cut the cost. I also needed to replace a garage outlet with a GFCI, and do some rewiring in the main panel. Steve was the man, and he was top notch. The rewiring and replacing of the garage outlet were quick and neat. When he looked at fan, he determined that the motor was OK, and he was able to make some adjustments that resulted in the fan being very quiet. This is integrity personified. I could have had someone replace the fan for several hundred dollars (the cost of the fan and installation), but Steve did it right - an honest man! Waibel Electric Company has a great service technician, and the company he works for gets high marks!

So impressed! I called and had a technician here within three hours. I gave a B for punctuality, as I had been told it would be no more than an hour and a half. The technician was very nice, clean (took off his wet boots) and, obviously knew his business. He located and repaired the circuit problem quickly and took care of it. He also helped us with checking and replacing bulbs in our garage door opener; he was really tall AND very friendly. thanks so much.

Unable to complete tasks as requested. There was an issue figuring out why a fixture (replacement) they installed was not working. I was told "I don't have time to figure that out, you hired us to put in the fixture. We have other appointments." Obviously, it goes with saying it should work! I would NOT recommend them.

Waibel was able to squeeze an appt in for me since the outlet in question was for the refrigerator. Electrician that came out was courteous and professional and was honest about what needed done. The cost was right where I expected it to be.

It went great; they did their best to minimize the damage to the dry wall to install the new features. They were very professional and courteous throughout the process, and did their best to clean up the mess after the work was complete.

The company sent one of the owners to look at the job and provide an estimate, which was far, and I mean FAR, below what I had gotten as an estimate from another company, whom I won't mention except by word-of-mouth in a conversation with someone. The technician was able to come and start the job a day sooner than originally expected. He was on time and got right to work as soon as he entered the house. He worked straight through until he needed to stop for a short lunch break and returned within a half hour and got right to work again. He finished much sooner than I expected and cleaned up the area and left us very happy to have found the company on Angie's List.

Very well. Both electricians were prompt and professional. There was a small issue with one of the fixtures, but the company took care of it as soon as I notified them. They have been in business for several years, and it is clear why that is the case. From the owner, to the persons who answer the phones, to the electricians---they are professional and desicated to doing the work promptly and properly.

Service was great. They arrived early and finished the job in about 30-45 min. I have used Waibel Electric for about 30 years. Mark Waibel always sends good courteous workers. They look at the problem first and then complete it with no problems. Will continue to use in the future.

Waibel's electrician Andy and his assistant Jacob are real pros. They're courteous, great to work with, and explain the options and final results well. Our 1923 house was not built with ease of electrical work in mind, so some unnatural things had been done to snake the electrical wiring through the existing structure. We were impressed by Andy's resourceful solutions to meet our objective while maintaining the function we need. New outlets, new switches, dead switches hooked up to lights, etc were all easy for these guys. We were especially pleased that new outlets could be installed without damaging the plaster walls or paint. We also appreciate Mark's thorough and accurate estimate, and answering all our questions. Many thanks to Waibel Electric for a job well done!

really well. the gentleman did a lot of looking to find the right switch to make it work. he found something that would work, ordered the part and was out in 2 days to install.. toasty in the house now

I called a number of companies to have my gas line grounded and some outlets looked at. So happy I went with Waibel! Steve and Zach were professional, very knowledgeable and reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or hire again.

They figured out how to do difficult jobs. Finished everything we asked them to do. Installations were very good. Workers were very nice, friendly and cooperative. Gave good advice. Clean up was somewhat of an issue. Often debris was left, trash not picked up.

Knowledgeable, reasonable, responsive to my needs. Only thing that could have been improved was clean up. Lots of installation debris left, old lights left where removed from, etc. very nice workers, however. Helped with good advice. Would definitely use again.
