Jacob did an excellent job installing the power outlet. His work is of high quality and he was very helpful in answering questions I asked. I highly recommend Waibel and Jacob.

I had Waibel Electric out on two different occasions. 1 - There was a problem with my electric service coming into the house. Mr Waibel explained what needed to be done over the phone to get it corrected and contacted the electric company for me to get their coordination. A very competent electrician named Andy arrived as scheduled and quickly corrected the problem. 2 - I had several things to be fixed in my house so I called Waibel the next week and Andy arrived as scheduled again. My kitchen light had not worked since I had moved into the house and I thought I would need to replace it, even though we really liked the looks of the light fixture. Instead, Andy suggested I convert it to LED (it was a four bulb florescent). He converted it and it looks great. He then proceeded to install the smoke detectors and was done with that in no time. The last problem I had was what appeared to be a ground wire mysteriously hanging down from the ceiling of my basement. Been there since I moved in and no one knew what it was or why it was there. Andy went upstaires, pulled the side cover of the jacuzzi off and determined it belonged as the ground wire for the motor. Connected it, put the cover back and was done. I have to say I was very impressed with Waibel and appreciate the common sense approaches they took to correct my problems as well as Andy’s efficient work ethic that saved me money. Thank you Waibel Electric, I will be glad to hire you again.

Technician showed up on time and was respectful and worked clean while in the home. I was uncertain whether I needed a white or ivory switch and asked the dispatcher to have technician bring one of each. When he arrived stated that dispatcher only provided ivory and what I required was white. He resolved by going out and picking up the appropriate switch.

Weds night I turned on little heater not only did it not turn on the TV went off. Tried flipping the circuits but nothing worked. Called Waibel when they opened Thurs a.m. They called me back an hour later and said someone could come out that afternoon. Jacob and Andy showed up at about 3:00 had great attitudes. Came in and had it fixed in just a few minutes with the TV turned back on again. Waibel has always given me a very easy, stress-free experience and I really appreciate them.

Wiebel's is the only electric company I will use. Both times they were out they did a great job. Very nice electricians

Project went well. Electrician stayed late into the night to complete the work. Electrician made every effort to complete the work within one (1) trip so that service would not be interrupted/

Light needed to be replaced. Waibel did the installation. Did not charge us because they had done original installation and they took responsibility for any problems their installation might have caused even though it had been a year. Hard to find a company like that anymore.

Very well. The job did not take as long as expected. Very friendly and professional.

Fast and easy to ground the electric panel

Great! They were punctual, clean and efficient and they came up with a better and cheaper alternative to replacing my entire panel.

We were long overdue for maintenance on our generator. Waibel performed the maintenance needed to get it working again. I've used them for a variety of electrical needs and they continued to deliver good service.

Estimate was fair, electrician was professional, friendly and efficient.

They called and actually came early. Performed the work efficiently and everything works well. We had to have 2 workers because of needing a 14 foot ladder which increased our price.

Good. We had a problem with one of the lights (chandelier was hung too high in foyer). They sent someone out to re-do it at no charge. Good to work with, easy to communicate with also.

The job was a large one for us. The crew were polite, and very professional. They had to dig a trench to lay the conduit, and this was a very big task as the our big silver Maple had many roots to go through. The crew was always pleasant and never complained. It took about 3 days for them to dig the trench. The lead , Andy, went the extra mile, and took off old electrical wiring, patching holes, and very neatly put in place all wiring, and outlets. I am very happy with the fact I can run several small appliances at the same time and not blow a fuse. Very pleased with Waibel!

Called Waibel Electric on Wednesday (a real person answered the phone, didn't have to leave a message on an answering machine), and they came out on Thursday afternoon. Jacob was quick and efficient in installing outdoor light fixtures. Professional and personable.

I called and got someone on the phone right away. Lately it seems like I need to leave a message at every company I call. Receptionist was friendly and listened to what I needed done. She connected me with the electrician that would be able to come to my house the next day. I did ask that he call me 30 mins before he gets there so that I could leave work and meet him. He said he would and that he would be there between 11:00 and 2:00. He ended up showing up at my house at 10:15 and did not call beforehand. Luckily my husband had still not gone to work so it worked out for us, but would have been a different story if no one was home. Repair was done and he helpfully noted on the invoice that the wires the home inspector had questioned were actually phone wires and nothing electrical in nature. This was helpful for us to show the other realtor. All in all a great job and would definitely use again in the future.
