Quickly done but with excellent results.

They did a nice job for a very reasonable price. Arrived on time and cleaned up the job site before they left. I would definitely use them again.

I am a property manager and requested a quote for moving the location where the electric service line is attached to a house. I have had two other licensed electrical contractors out for quotes. They visited and explained the need to coordinate with AEP, and then gave quotes. No problem, very professional and routine. However, Waibel called the morning of the appointment, right off the bat saying "let me save some time" and then immediately became argumentative about how the project could not be done because the service entrance "belonged to AEP." He talked over me repeatedly and aggressively, not allowing me to get an understanding of our miscommunication as to why other companies, who were willing to visit, seemed confident in their abilities to coordinate the project with AEP successfully. I also have had several other electric services upgraded in Columbus with another electrician (who is no longer available, so I am looking for a new contractor) and this work is basically similar except just moving the location of the attachment across the back of the house. I have never had such an argumentative and negative call, where I had to actually terminate the call and cancel the appointment because I became so concerned about the communications breakdown so early. Maybe they just didn't want to do this type of work, but during my time as a property manager, I have been told by many other contractors and service providers that what I was asking for was too small of a project, or that they were too busy, and I can completely understand that. Either way, I know that communications is vitally important in project success, so this is obviously not a company I will be contacting in the future. For others reading this review, if they are immediately argumentative and talking over you when they call, it won't get any better. Just thank them for their time and find another contractor.

The company person (Chuck) never called me back to set up an appointment. I do not recommend this company. I called their office over a week ago. If they are too busy, they should let the customer know up front. I have contacted another electrician to do the job. The will be at my house today.

The job was well done, and the employees were courteous, professional and punctual. My only complaint is that they based the price on 2 men working 2 hours, but it took only 1 hour.

Very responsive and professional. Rates were fair and they were very helpful in holding my hand through the process (had to order electric off/on and get an inspection). They got out early to prep so theyd be ready to do the repair as soon as power was shut off. Everything went well. Would definitely hire again.

They had to remove the freezer to get to the outlet. Outlet repaired and then to reconnect one of the electricians had to climb on top of the freezer to reach the outlet behind the freezer to plug in the freezer :):)

Service was great. Chris was friendly, punctual and knowledgeable. Would recommend.

The electricians came in and evaluated the oven, looked in the panel box, told me the breaker code for an electric oven and advised me to replace it. An I followed their recommendation.

Great, showed up before appointment time, Got it done quickly. Replaced burnt/overloaded circuit breaker and added separate breaker for water heater. Price was reasonable.

After initial service call, told electrician to move forward with ordering new fan. Two weeks later, after not hearing from company, made a followup call. Receptionist said it had been ordered and should be here any day. A week later made an additional followup call and receptionist said lemme check with the manager. Manager called back and said part had never been ordered and he could have it here in two days and they would be out Tuesday morning or Wednesday morning at the latest and we would not be charged another service charge. They then just showed without calling. Finished job in 45 minutes and sat in driveway for 15 minutes - we think to round out the hour for labor charge.

The work went well and the electricians worked the entire time (about a 4 hour project). There was no goofing off or frequently "checking phones." They did a good job especially with a difficult installation of a new floor outlet in our office. I would hire Waibel again for electrical work.

I called to have the company come out to do an estimate on two jobs. One simple - add some lights to unfinished part of basement, one complex, adding 6 can lights in a ceiling with no overhead lighting. I am preparing to rip out carpet in master bedroom (above that ceiling) and so I thought it would be the perfect opportunity to be able to go through the floor to install the lights. The woman on the phone told me it would be about two weeks before they could come out. That was fine. I took the day off work. The day before Carl was supposed to arrive I got a call asking if he could come at 11 instead of 10. That was fine, too. At about 10:45 I got a phone call from Carl saying he wasn't coming and tried to give me an estimate over the phone. At first he said the basement would be $300, then he said it would probably be less. He gave me several different numbers for the ceiling lights. He said he was pretty confident he'd get it within a few hundred dollars of what the actual price would be when he came out in person to do the work. Each time I asked a specific question he said it would depend on what they found when they came out here. I pointed out that was the reason I wanted a live person to come out, inspect the project and give me an estimate. He never once apologized but offered to reschedule for another appointment. Since I had already taken off one day of work I decided not to try for a second time.

The work went very well. We could not be more pleased with the quality of the work and the timeliness of their response and scheduling. We would highly recommend Waibel electric. Our work was beyond the capability of a "handyman" and that is something that should always be considered when selecting someone for electrical work.

I requested multiple quotes through Angie's List, and received quotes from 2 providers. Waibel was much cheaper than the other quote. Work was scheduled about 2 weeks after quote was accepted. Work was completed by two technicians over 2 days. After completion, we noticed one light switch was not working. I called Waibel and they scheduled a technician to come back out in a few days, based on our schedule, and the issue was fixed. Because of the large number of circuits replaced, I was not particularly upset that one was incomplete, and I appreciate that they fixed the issue quickly.

Went very well. Levi and Gary did a great job. Wiring, conduit bends look great. Would hire these guys again.

Carl came out to help my wife and I go through a new home that we are purchasing. He spent over an hour helping us understand the wiring for the home which is over 100 years old. He was professional and was able to give us the clarity to move forward with the purchase of the home!

Ray and Levi were professional and did an excellent job. They cleaned up after. The new lights are fantastic - much brighter than before.

This was hands-down the worst service experience we've ever had. The entire job should have taken no more than 3 hours. I was onsite most of the time; when I walked in the electrician was chatting with the tenants. Three hours into the job, one light fixture had been installed with the wrong lightbulbs, causing it to strobe, and the electrician was trouble-shooting a non-working ceiling fan; he did not seem to have any idea what he was doing. When I heard he anticipated the job taking over 6 hours, I called the company to complain. While I was on the phone, the electrician walked off the job, leaving the ceiling fan hanging with exposed wires, 3 indoor outlets exposed, and 2 OUTDOOR outlets exposed with a possible rainstorm on the way. I had to wait an hour for another electrician to come back and put everything back the way it was. Wasted FIVE HOURS of my time and inconvenienced the tenants for no reason. Ceiling fan issue turned out to be very minor and should have been caught in minutes.
