Mark and Chuck arrived on time. They were very knowledgeable, and explained the work they were doing. They replaced the wire, and took down some wood on the edge of the garage that had been attached to a carport that is no longer there, served no useful purpose, and was aesthetically ugly..

Job went very well. Waibel was not the cheapest quote but they were the only quote that fully complied with the electrical code requirements of my county. They were very knowledgeable of the regulations and their quote matched exactly what was discussed in the estimate. Their pricing was proportionately competive with the other quotes received. I say this because the other quotes left out items that were requested. I would use them again.

Received a prompt response regarding scheduling an inspection for a cost estimate. During the cost estimate inspection, Mr. Waibel was courteous and friendly. He provided a very reasonable cost estimate compared to other estimates received. On the date of the scheduled work, the electrician arrived on time and was courteous. Even though the job took longer than originally estimated, they stood by their original price quote. The electrician did an excellent job and cleaned up the work area after completing the work. Will definitely call on them again for any future electrical work!

I received a phone call giving me the approximate time the service man would arrive. He did arrive within the time given. He was courteous during the complete time he was in my home. This was a simple installation of a ceiling fan with light at the place where a ceiling light already existed. I had the new fan, which I had already purchased, available when he arrived. He removed the ceiling light, then asked if I wanted the new fan, with light, to hug the ceiling or drop down a little from the ceiling. I gave him my preference and he started the installation. When he was finished, he made sure the fan and light worked, and told me which direction the fan should turn in the summer to cool the room, and which direction the fan should turn during the winter to help warm the room. He cleaned up everything from the installation, wrote up my bill, which I paid, then he left. The whole process went smoothly and quickly, as I expected.

From start to finish, everyone was polite and professional. When I called in, the woman who answered the phone was professional and helpful. Mr. Waibel came by to give the initial estimate, and he was friendly and answered all of my questions. When his employee came out several days later, he was very polite, extremely professional, and friendly. The problem wasn't occuring in the house, but it was happening outside. He realized this and was able to fix it. I have no complaints, and I am totally satisfied with the service that was provided. If I need an electrician in the future, I will use them again.

I have nothing but good things to say about this company. Carl Waibel oversaw the job from start to finish and followed through to make sure that everything was done to my satisfaction. The workers he had on the job were polite, diligent, professional and did well with cleanup. I highly recommend this company!

I had a very good experience with Waibel Electric Company. They were thorough. They were prompt. I have always gotten along well with their people, it was a good interaction overall. I will use them in the future.

Installed new outlet for tankless water heater. Installed lights purchased by owner into drywall basement ceiling. Not an easy job. I always use them!

We were really pleased with them. The job went very well. We didn?t have any problems. Their price was reasonable. They were very responsive. They came out twice for two different jobs and two different guys came out. They were both very professional and easy to work with. I would use their services in the future too.

The work was extensive. Andy Waibel, who did the work, truly went above and beyond. He had to go through a crawl space to install one outlet. We didn't feel that anyone could crawl through the space and do a good job, but he did. I cannot say enough good things about Andy and Mark Waibel, who provided the estimate. They were both very,very good and a pleasure to work with. They were timely, had reasonable prices, and cleaned-up everything perfectly.

Work ultimately completed to our satisfaction.

Contacted Waibel Electric from Angie's Listing to perform an electrical assessment of current electrical service condition and provide an estimate. Being satisfied with estimate and professionalism of Mark, contract was signed and within less than 2-weeks the work began. Work was performed by Robert who was very nice and professional as well. I was notified and present for time of permit inspection which went very well.

It went well. I had used Waibel previously and they were equally competent as before. The box was placed perfectly.

I LOVE this company! About 2-3 months ago I had them install a ceiling fan in my daughter's bedroom. On Friday the 15th as we are leaving the house, she mentions to me that her fan won't turn off--I drop her off and go on to work and forget it--on the way home, I remember and call Waibel's at 2:30 hoping they can just give me some advice to stop the fan and I can schedule for next week. Well, after having me try a few things, Mark said he thought he could find someone to come over and get the fan turned off so that the motor didn't run all weekend (I didn't even think of that). So at about 3:15 an electrician pulls in the driveway and goes up and removes the fan from the ceiling. I called Waibel to thank them and let them know it was done--they told me we would be the 9:00 call on Monday morning to install a new fan. This company really gives me peace of mind to know that they take their calls seriously and will really try to help and get the job done!

Wonderful! The electrician pointed out that the current fan/ light was plastered into the ceiling. Removing it would destroy the ceiling. He pointed out that since it was fully functional and now run through the GFCI , there was really no need to replace it. And, he also noted that they were vented through ductwork to the soffit vents - a housing inspector claimed they just vented into the attic. He even took digital photos for me to prove it to the couple buying our house. Definitely went above and beyond!

I called Waibel Electric after receiving an estimate for the installation of a ductless AC system, which required new electrical connections. Mark came out and inspected the existing panel, which was not up to code and also could not support the new system. I received an estimate to do the electrical upgrade and a separate estimate for the service to the new AC system. The project took 2 and a half days to complete. The crew showed up on time each day, and at the end of each day they cleaned up their work area and explained where they were in the process and what would happen next. Mark came out each day to check on the progress. They took care of all permits, inspections, and contacting AEP to move the wires to the new drop location. It went very smoothly.

I called Waibel to ask if they could do the work and they said they could do it the next morning. Robert called and said he was on his way and I met him there. He had to go into the attic because there was nothing there to begin with--it was a very hot day and a very small closet. He never complained just set to work and I went back to work. When I came home the fan and light in the closets were beautiful and everything worked great. Then I looked at the plug for the microwave--I hadn't told him exactly what I wanted (I guess I thought he could read my mind) the outlet he installed was very big and stuck out from the wall--I had a microwave cart that I wanted against the wall--so I decided this wasn't going to work and I left a message at Waibel. I spoke to them the next day and they said ok if I wanted it removed Robert would come out that day and do it so I met him there. He showed me what he thought I meant--turned the cart around--moved the stove to the other side--and it is great! I teased him and told him he was not only my electrician but my decorator! I had contact with 3 people there and they were all very nice and patient and this was a very good experience.

They talked me through the disposal problem (over the phone) and I was able to fix it - no charge. They changed the outlet quickly.

I contact Weibel and made an appt to do the work. Robert arrived on time and installed the fans and dimmer light as planned. We were very happy with the work he performed.

Work was performed by a man named Pat who did an excellent job and was very professional and personable. The work took from around 9:30 AM until about 3:30 PM, with and hour for lunch, and I felt the charges were high, but hired them anyway, as I found them highly recommended on your list. My problem is that when I called them,I was told I was entitled to a 5% discount because I found them through your list. At end of job,I was presented with a job invoice and paid with a check in the amount indicated above. Afterward, I recalled the 5% and called the company. I was told by Mark that since I did not present the worker (Pat) with a coupon (about which I knew nothing!), the discount did not apply and I would not get it. I feel that this kind of business practice is not totally honest. I confess to my ignorance about the coupon, but 5% of $1,267 is a significant sum for seniors on a fixed income. I also believe that an itemized receipt should have been provided, that the company knew I had contacted them through Angie's List, and that I should have received the discount. I don't expect any electrical needs in the foreseeable future, but would not use this company, or recommend it to my friends, relatives, or neighbors.

I use them for all my electrical work and I have used them for years. They do a very good job. They are very reliable. They are easy to get along with. They are a good outfit.

One of the two lights on the fixture would not work. I called Mr. Waibel at 8 AM. After I described the problem he said no doubt the fixture should be replaced because repairing it would cost an additional half hour labor. He said the electrician could be here after 2 PM. I went out and bought the fixture for $29.95--after going to 3 stores. The repairman came at 3 PM and completed the workl. Twelve years ago this Company installed several electrical outlets for us so we knew who to call. They are a very good Company--excelllent work, fair prices, and honest. I highly recommend them.

We were very satisfied. Their prices were very reasonable for their work. Quality was superb as well. Punctuality and professionalism were great, too. We're considering them for some of our upcoming projects.

I was extremely pleased with the company. In fact, I'm gonig to call them later this afternoon to see if they can do some more work for me in the house.
