Our experience was wonderful. They were timely. We thought the price was fair. The man that came out was very cordial. They did a good job as far as the work was concerned. The pricing was reasonable.

Chris arrived promptly and fixed the chandelier with no issues.

The guys were great. I got the estimate the day after I called, and they were able to get out within a few days of accepting the bid. It was not the lowest bid I got for the work, but Mark, who gave did the estiamte seemed the most knowledgable and more willing to take on the task than other electrcians I talked to. Plus the reviews on AL were all good. I have a 100 year old house with knob and tube and was installing several high tech smarthome devices, so there was a lot of troubleshooting. The guys were able to figure out each problem we ran into and really exceeded my expectations. Thanks Waibel!

Chris was prompt, courteous, and professional. He kept me updated on his progress and when he realized the requested repairs were going to take longer than what his office had estimated he explained the situation and made sure that I understand what he was doing and why my repairs were more involved than expected. I was working at home during the repair and he was nice enough to make sure that he left the circuit for my PC on so that I could continue to work. Our panel is original to our 1979 home so it's not up to current code in its design but Chris was able to make most of the requested changes. The breaker controlling the furnace was buzzing and he is coming back to install it today since he didn't have one on his truck - they are only charging for the part and not the extra stop or installation time.Now I understand why Waibel Electric has such outstanding ratings! I highly recommend them.

We had trouble with the light coming on, and staying on all night long. He explained that there was no turn off switch in our house; we could only shut off the breaker which messed up our lighting in our bedroom. He was great, he came out 2-3 times to regulate the light. Mr. Waibel came himself to fix the problem, and it has worked all winter.

We woke up at 5am to half of the electricity out in our house, including the furnace. I called them at 630am, they called me back in 5 minutes and had someone out to the house early the same morning. Work was completed in less than 2 hours and we had power and heat again to the whole house. Have used them before and will use them again. Highly recommended.

I had a spare ceiling fan for years that I wanted hung in the master bedroom. Andy did that but the fan didn't work properly. He worked quite a while trying to get it to work. In the end, I had to purchase another fan and Andy hung that one but was able to utilize the existing light fixture. To make a more pleasing look on the front porch, Andy recessed the outlet into the wall; this was his idea not mine. In getting the estimate, I appreciated the input as to the amount of work involved for what I wanted to do and the willingness to discuss lower cost options. The work done was professional and the area was cleaned up afterwards. I would use this company again and would recommend them to others.

Waibel was wonderful to work with. They were professional and exceedingly prompt, I thought. Carlos was wonderful. He went right to work checking out the circuit box and all the multiple locations where the electric wasn't working. The electrician worked on the problem and determine that I needed a part. Scheduled a time to return and waited until the end of appointment period did not show and I called, was told the electrician could not make the appointment. In the mean time I fixed the problem and called to tell them no point in rescheduling. About two minutes after I hanged up the owner called and wanted to be paid for the first visit. Naturally I was going to pay for the first visit, but the quick call for money was in bad tasted, especially right after I had waited all afternoon for the no show appointment.

Mr. Waibel came out and reviewed the options and gave me an estimate for placing the generator in one area of the yard. After determining that there were other issues involved in placing it at that space he came out again and provided a new estimate for a different location. Waibel electric obtained the necessary permit, came out and made the installation, came back when the inspector came to approve the work and everything went very well. The installation took two days and the electricians who did the installation were very professional.

They are excellent. I am still working with them on a few projects. They came highly recommended to me, and we have run into multiple problems in this house. They are really good trouble shooters and problems solvers. They are very personable and very experienced.

When I called about the job, they knew exactly what the problem was and how to fix it. Everything went just like they said it would. Very nice people to work with. Will most definitely use them again.

Although the work has not yet been scheduled, Marc at Waibel Electric was very knowledgeable, professional and patiently answered all of our questions.

Installation required new wiring of a 20 amp line from the basement electrical box to the 2nd floor guest bath, 80 ft of 12-2 line, and a new 20 amp breaker. Though costly, the new line was needed to power the heater in the unit. Man-hours for the mechanic and a helper totaled 9.5 because the line needed to be snaked through existing internal areas of the house and into the attic. Andy and Matt did the job right and were professional and polite.

I had been in the construction business for 35 years until my retirement so my knowledge of quality workmanship and codes was pretty high. They did exactly what they said they would do and they did it in a timely and professional fashion. No BS, no fluff just very business-like. They know what they're doing and they do it right. We set a schedule together and they followed it. Needless to say when you are as good as Waibel you are busy. On one occasion I had to wait a day because they responded to a customer who was without power. Phone calls are typically returned the same day. Sherry takes your call and message and directs it accordingly. Good people, easy to work with and professional. A large branch fell off a tree at my home, pulling down the power line and the meter off the house. I was away at the time but my neighbor contacted me about the need for an electrician. Waibel was at my home within a half hour of being contacted. The electrician worked steadily for several hours, restoring service before the day was out. My neighbor reported how impressive the workmanship was and that Waibel was enormously responsive to this emergency need.
