Waibel Electric

Called to have the photo cell replaced on the pool lights for our HOA pool house. They were booked well into the next week when I called, but later that day they called me back and said they could squeeze me in and a technician could be out that very day! They arrived right on time and the with was completed in a timely manner. Will definitely use again!

He seemed very knowledgeable about his products. We went with someone else, due to a cost difference.

It went very well. They were here on time and they were professional and knew what they were doing. They?re a little high on their prices but everything was good and I was very satisfied

The two guys who came were very efficient and worked hard all day. They didn't stop to chat. I was very pleased with them overall. Mark was extremely nice and worked hard to find exactly what I needed. He was also very patient.

Completed all agreed upon items per contract. Work was done in a timely and efficient manner. Also gave good advice on other lighting issues. Would use him again.

The whole experience was great! They called when the technician was on the way - always nice to have the advance notice. The technician came in and took a look at the fixture and we discussed where it was going to be installed. He inspected the toggle screws and did not think they were sturdy enough and went out to his truck and brought in better ones. As he installed the fixture, he explained what he was doing and why. Overall, it took less than an hour. He even took a look at a room upstairs where I plan to install a ceiling fan and let me know what it would take to make that happen - a little re-wiring in the attic. I will definitely give them a call when the time comes!

Technician was not interested in performing work from the moment he arrived. Tried talking us out of making the change. He removed the can light and did a portion of the installation of the box required for the pendant and told me my husband could finish the job. He left a mess in my kitchen and left dirty hand marks on my recently painted ceilings. My husband and drywall repair technician had to finish the installation and repair the mess he left.

We had a copper pipe theft in a rental home we own. The electrical box had been grounded to one of the pipes that was removed. We called Waibel Electric to schedule the repair and the receptionist had Mark call me back in about five minutes. Mark asked questions to see what the damage was, quoted me a price, and said Steve would be contacting us shortly to do the repair. In a couple of hours, Steve called us and let us know he was on his way. He was very professional, did the work promptly, and the price was as quoted. I would highly recommend Waibel Electric, and will use them in the future should a need arise.

Steve and Ray were excellent. Very friendly and professional. Completed the services in an efficient manner and the pricing was fair. I will definitely recommend Waibel Electric.

I was very satisfied with them. They were very conscientious and they cleaned up. I didn't have to tell them to clean up but they looked and see if they cleaned up and they asked me if it was okay. They came out for an estimate and the estimate was true even though they encountered problems. If there was anything that was a problem, they came and let me know. They worked really efficiently. They did a great job and they knew what they were doing. They swept up; they borrowed a stool from me and put it back exactly where it was. They encountered some problems with the wiring and they fixed it without additional charge. I would recommend them and I would use them again. They showed up right on time when they said they would. I was also given a call ahead of time.

We had a bad bathroom ceiling fan so we called Waibel Electric who we had used before. Mark came over within a day and gave us an estimate. While he was here we decided to ask about replacing other lights in the house that were old. He sent an estimate the next day,we sent it in and within a few days Steve came in the morning and started to work. He was one of the nicest people we have ever had the pleasure of working with. If something looked like it wouldn't fit, he said he would make it work-and he did. He was here 5 hours anf got it all done. We had bought the replacement lights ourselves at Lowe's so all was ready. Steve also gave us advice on new lighting in our lower basement, as well as info on installing a generator. We will always use Waibel.

They were wonderful! The price was comparable. They were perfect. I couldn't ask for any better customer service.

Experience went very well. Quick response to email, and they gave me a quote right then. Arrived on time and was very professional and did job even quicker than they estimated. Very impressed.

contacted them to provide an estimate to install electrical outlets in the basement. I took him around and showed him exactly what i wanted and he took notes. When the estimate came over, there were supposed to be two - one with just the outlets and one with outlets plus lighting. Also, the number of outlets and their locations were not correct. I contacted Waibel to provide the two different estimates I had asked for as well as to correct the number of outlets and their location. Second attempt at an estimate still was not correct even though i provided a detailed drawing of the floorplan. I thought the third time would be the charm, but unfortunately it was not. I decided not to use Waibel because I felt if they couldn't get the estimate right, I just wasn't comfortable having them attempt the work.

I had my 3 front porch lights replaced with new ones. They came on time, were very polite. He was here for a little over an hour. He knew how the lights worked and gave me detailed directions on how they worked. They look great! I would go with them again for sure.

We were amazed by the quickness and ease of this project. From the time we got the estimate to the completion of the job was 8 days. Wow! We had estimates from three companies and the price and quick response sold us on Waibel. On the scheduled installation date they called first thing in the morning to let us know they were on the way and arrived right on time. AEP was here for the shut off and power was back on by early afternoon. I want to let you know the main reason I chose Waible was reading the company's response to the C and D ratings. Their response showed that they cared about their customers and work performance. We highly recommend this company and will refer any of our friends or relatives that are in need of electrical work.

Everything was done quickly and efficiently. I was impressed my the office staff. She had me check some things which might be the cause of my problem to save me a service call. She also called me back right away because they had a cancellation. I was able to have my work done right away. I was very happy with the work and I will definitely call again should the need arise.

We moved into an older home that needed some electrical upgrading. Before we even moved, Mark reviewed our property and talked to me long-distance about recommendations and price estimates. He was very knowledgable and helped me understand what needed to be done and what was "nice-to-have". Because they were so busy, it took a bit to get us scheduled, but once here, we got 2.5 days of 2 people's full attention -- and this included Saturday and 1/2 of Sunday! The job was done well, things were cleaned up, and we've had no issues since. I would recommend Waibel Electric to others.

Electrician showed up on time and got the boxes installed for our new lights to be placed above the vanity on the wall.

I was perfectly satisfied with them and I would use them again. He came and did what he said and there weren’t any disruptions. I haven’t had any problems since then but if I have I would call them. The price was fair.
