He came on a holiday and did not charge extra which I really appreciated. He also was out on the day I called. He fixed the issue and I was very happy with his service.

The company is a relatively small outfit although it clearly has the expereince to handle complicated jobs. We were moving our office and had a limited budget for everythihg that we needed to accomplish. We knew we had to have two HVAC systems to keep the servers from over heating and the testing lab cool. We had a couple of companies quote the job and Airmax was the only one that allowed us to install the necessary split units and purchase new furniture, carpet cleaning etc. We were impressed with the quality of the work and the owners responsiveness. Overall a great expereince.

My wife and I woke up this morning to our house being 40 degrees-- it was absolutely freezing and both of the kids are sick! I was hesitant to even bother with calling around for a repair company because this was on a Sunday morning. After some thought, I decided I'd hop on to AngiesList -- and boy am I sure glad I did! My wife and I found Robert on AngiesList and chose his company because of his location-- it's right here in Pataskala. Robert answered the phone promptly when I called and I explained my situation with our lack of heat. He told me that he was already out in my area and that he'd be by in the next 10 minutes-- well, not quite-- he was here in 7! Within minutes of Robert's arrival he had the problem diagnosed and went out to his vehicle for the part necessary -- an igniter. He installed the igniter and even looked at the motor in my furnace -- it will need to be replaced next winter as well. Robert had my heating resolved within 25 minutes of my first initial phone call! I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Oh, and just when I think this is going to cost me an arm and a leg-- he gives me a discount on the part and tells me "That will be $155.00!" I was stunned. Expedited Sunday repair service, with a smile AND a discount?! How could I be so lucky?! I gladly wrote him a check and took many of his business cards to refer to my friends, family and colleagues. Robert-- you have a customer for life and one more person to sing your praises to the masses! Things I'd recommend to anyone potentially considering this company: Robert is a 'MUST HAVE' for your address book. Eventually you'll have HVAC problems and you NEED this guy to be there to fix it!!!

All work that Robert has done for us has been excellent. He arrives on time, is courteous and friendly. He provides an honest appraisal of the situation and provides detailed proposals for any work needing done. We have purchased the maintenance contract from Airmax in the past and have done so again this year. Robert will also be replacing our AC condenser in a week.
