Alex returned my call within minutes. He came out to look over the doors and had great suggestions, recommendations and a catalog of items I still need to study :) When he came back out to do the work, the mess left in the side door by shotty locks and knob proved to be a challenge. Alex had to totally repair the door that had been hollowed-out. He cleaned up after his work and everything works perfectly...no wobbly knob, double key deadbolt and a fresh lock on an old front door. Alex was extremely knowledgeable and gave suggestions not only on maintaining the locks and doors, but how I could fix the weather strip on my storm doors. He is not pushy and will offer options of all ranges in price and security.

They were very unreliable and unprofessional.We are now spending thousands of dollars to fix what they did do. We have outlets that don't work, circuits overloaded so that when I plugged in a tiny Christmas tree the breaker blew, switches incorrectly wired. There are so many problems with there work it is unbelievable.They also delayed the other workers from completing their work because they never showed up when needed, hence causing delays with the move in date. Constantly complained of all the changes that were made, where as if they had done correctly what they were instructed to do the first time, they wouldn't have had to keep coming back to correct their own mistakes. I would never ever recomment this company to anyone.
