It was part of their protection service. They had installed the air conditioner several years prior to that and I bought some kind of protection plan. Just one person came to complete the work and it took probably a hour. He left the area clean.

I would use them again in the future.

We had a previous favorable experience and decided to use them again when the a/c unit in our rental property needed services. It took 2 calls to get an appointment. We were informed by the tech the unit needed replaced and someone would contact us by the next day to come out and give a quote and set an appointment for the installation. No call was received so we called to remind them we were still waiting to hear from someone. They did come out and gave us a quote which we accepted. The next step was to setup an install date. We waited and did not hear back from anyone. We placed 2 more calls and both times were told, someone will get back to you today. A 3rd call was placed and we were again told someone will get back to you today or tomorrow. No one ever called back. Guess they didn’t want our business.

A/C works but I lost a freezer full of food when they unplugged my freezer to use the outlet and did not plug it back in. After the repair was done they tried to sell me a new A/C system with no information about just what they would install for the price charged. Like buying a car without knowing the make, model or features of the car. They were pressuring me to buy now and I said no than you I would need more info before i spent $9,600 on an A/C unit, Now that I know how careless they were with my home, I'm glad I did not fall for their tactics.

Stevenson was able to send out a repairman late on a week night. That was the only thing we were impressed with. The repairman decided that we needed a new sensor without even opening our furnace up to look inside. As he was writing up my bill our furnace stopped working again. Instead of using some common sense and deciding it was not the sensor he said he needed to clean out the air conditioning coil which would cost an additional $400. Again, without even looking inside to diagnose the part he was saying needed repaired. This guy was super shady and was only interested in selling his yearly maintainance plan not correctly diagnosing and fixing our furnace. Everyone told me to use McAfee instead and now I see why. We ended up paying the $84 service call just to get him out of our house as quick as possible even though we had a free service call coupon!

They are thorough, clean and punctual. They are experts in their line of work and their employees know what they are doing.

I feel like this company was trying to coerce me into buying a new furnace and AC system under false pretenses.
