appliance repair
+ -1 moreI called and the office worker made an appointment for the next day between 12-2pm. I was at the house at noon waiting, and received a voicemail at 1:00pm saying that they didn't have a technician available for my appointment so I would need to call someone else. I returned the call and I was informed that their only technician had been let go earlier in the week but this information wasn't relayed to the person who makes appointments. They were unable to recommend another appliance repair company.
Description of Work: They made an appointment but didn't show up, so they didn't do anything except take my deposit (they did refund the deposit).
