Description of Work: The cathedral ceiling in our great room was in horrible shape. They came in and retaped drywall seams, fixed some gaps at the corners and re-textured the entire surface. They also repainted the end walls. It looks 100% better.

I don't know if my company has been mistaken for another company, but we NEVER had estimate scheduled with this member. I pride myself in professionalism and punctuality with my customer service. I could have hundreds of previous customers attest to the fact that if I am even running late, that I always call to give an update. Maybe a mistake in identity here, but this report is 100% untrue.

Started out great, franchise owner did a thorough estimate. The workers who actually showed up to do the work were not on time, did not show up at all on one day, did not have the correct paint color instructions prior to starting the work, were not on the same page regarding siding repair work that was to have been done before the painting. Just a general "disconnect" from the franchise owner, his lead foreman, and us. The quality of the paint job itself was quite good. My recommendation is to use this supplier only if you can be at home to oversee the work frequently and spot check. We were out of town and it made things more difficult.
Description of Work: Very thorough and complete painting estimate. Power washing and house painting. Interior touch up in several rooms.

I am the Franchise Owner. I was never even able to meet up with this customer because the customer decided to have their mother/mother-in-law meet with me and pass on the instructions instead. The "disconnect" would have been eliminated if the customer had met up with me instead having their mother come over and attempt to explain what needed to be done. I was at their house and the customer was not. The couple wasn't out of town. Rather, they worked in Cincinnati and got home late on a daily basis. Another problem was the lack of communication between the husband and wife. I often reference this couple as what can happen when people don't communicate. The husband was on one page and his wife was on another. The day we "didn't show up" was a prime example. We told the wife that we wouldn't be out one day, but she failed to communicate this. The husband warned us of his wife's wrath. We completed the work and actually refunded part of the money due to their perceived issues. And again, our ability to communicate was stifled by the customer's actions and lack of actions. We have done great work since 1998 and we have the accreditations to back that up. We did everything that we could do with the limitations that were put on by the customer. Some people just can't be pleased.

Description of Work: I had the family room, dining area, and kitchen painted. My wife and I both smoke, so there was a nicotine problem involved(especially the ceilings). This had to be sealed and a top coat over it. The walls had some minor drywall damage which was spackled, sanded and primed before the final top coat was applied. Work was professionally done in a timely manner. Yes, they will be back as I intend to have my entire house painted...They cleaned up so well that I could not tell they had been in the house....

Chris Reck was prompt in getting to us with an estimate and arrived on time. The work was performed by Casey and Travis and they were polite, prompt, clean, and professional. The work took a week and a half. We particularly liked the way they kept the place clean and asked for permission (to use the microwave, play music at a low volume, etc.) before doing so. Also, when they left the house, they knocked before re-entering. Each evening the cleaned up any mess and did everything they could to cause minimal disruption to our household.
Description of Work: Painted dining room, living room, library, kitchen, family room, butler pantry, small bath, hallways and large entrance way. Wall paper removal on several rooms before painting.

House was cleaned and power-washed. Caulking was minimally performed. Exterior of house was painted and gutters and trim were also painted. Very nice looking job. Very little mess or disruption of our schedule.

They did a great job. Chris (the owner) was prompt with the appointment for the estimate, provided a complete and clear estimate. The work was completed ahead of schedule and on-budget. Called back to ensure everything was done as I expected. Overall a great experience; one that I frankly, did not expect. Highly recommended.
