+ -1 moreThis might be the worst company in Columbus. After taking a day off work for my first appointment, no one showed up. The office manager was apologetic, so I scheduled another appointment for a Saturday. Fifteen minutes after my scheduled appointment time ended, I called for an update and was told he was "on his way". I then received a call from the contractor himself, who said it'd be an hour (at least) before he could be there, and claimed ignorance when I said my time was already over. I then canceled the work over the phone. I found the contractor rude on the telephone.
Description of Work: I had scheduled to have my tub refinished. The first time, no one showed up. The second, I cancelled the work after realizing that the worker would not be there until significantly later than the scheduled time.

+ -1 moreRepresentative arrived at home on time. Begin to work immediately brought all own tools and materials. Very polite, and knowledgeable. Job took about 2-2.5 hours. After care instructions very clear. Recommended that best type of caulk to use and where to get it. Job turn out much better than I expected. Wish I had gotten the tile reglazed at the same time.
