Description of Work: He came out to survey the situation and work up an estimate. After I sent an email follow-up asking about the estimate he replied with the following statement: "Due to recent changes in my workload, I will not be able to take on any new projects at this time. Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience." He seemed like a very nice guy, but it didn't work out that he could help me with this project. Can't report anything further on this. I would have rather rated n/a for overall, but it wouldn't give me this choice and I of course couldn't rate an 'A' for doing not much of anything besides looking.

Description of Work: Jef came to the house to install a retractable screen door for me. The job when finished was absolutely perfect. He did tell me that he had never done this before but if he had directions, no problem. He is very conscience that all fitting was perfect in all respects. The job took about 90 minutes to complete and I'm sure it could have been done quicker but how satisfied would I have been? The door did require precision trimming on all sides, any cuts made short would result in gaps. This did not happen, yes Jeff will be back to do any other job that I have...This is one company that has the correct name, because Stickler fits Jeff to a tee.
