M & M HOME REPAIRS

The Mand M rep was very professional and prompt. He wasn't pushy and answered all of our questions. He was really only there to take measurements and provide a quote for our floors, but we asked him to quote 2 other projects as well. We had 2 other contractors quote these projects as well. We received his proposals yesterday and was pleased. His pricing on the floors was very good, average on the hot water heater installation, and was in line with the others on the counter tops. I decided not to go with Mand M on the water heater installation, which I wish I would have now as I am getting really frustrated with the issues I am having with the provider I did go with (Home Depot), but I am probably going to utilize Mand M for my floors and my counter tops.

Alot of companies didn't even return my call for quote, but Mand M responded immediately, came out when they said they would, started the job right when they said they would, did everything they said they would.........and they did a good job. I am really pleased with my pool deck and will be contacting them for my future projects.

He just came and put it up for me, saying I'd done so much business with him that he just wouldn't charge me. On the jobs where they did charge me the prices were excellent. He does excellent work and is extremely inexpensive, but you have to wait on when he's available, because he's in high demand. I hate to rate him poorly on punctuality because he's so good overall. I certainly don't mind waiting when I get service so inexpensively.

Things went very smoothly. Mand M (Dave Gabert) is very well organized and efficient; he and/or his subs appear when they say they will (not always at the crack of dawn, to my delight), and he has a truck full of stuff that will handle almost any problem that comes up. Dave and his guys are friendly but focused, and they got through an impressive amount of work in a few days. Things were always left as complete and tidy as possible well before dinnertime (important when a kitchen is involved!). Mand M is generally scheduled a month or more out, but Dave does his best to accommodate special needs. For example, he came out and removed cabinets so that I could get countertops installed in December, well before he could do the other work. (And yes, replaced them too.) And when a faucet clogged (because the piping worked on was from 1928), he made time the following evening to take care of it. Mand M will be doing more work for me -- not just the outside items already contracted for, but some more inside renovations.

He got me exactly what I asked for and they were less expensive than any other place that I tried.
